The Sales Plan

I was going in a different direction until he came and asked me the question. Are you going to do another part of business plan for my life and I'm going I don't think so. And then literally then he just started working it out. This is what needs to be said I said, okay, so that is what we're going to do a part 3 to business plan for my life.

Now, I know it's been some time since I did part 1 and 2. So a God is so good. He just uses me and kind of crazy ways. But I just said it's okay God. However, you want to use me use me. And he gave me a unique way to do the recap but first. before I do the recap as we know there might be some people go on a business plan for my life. Isn't that worldly the business plan? I mean, oh come on, that's something that was made by man. I got news for you. It was not it was the Lord who made and I like I know there's nothing new Under the Sun. A business plan was not due to him because he had it in the word. We know that if that's a written road map to achieving the goals that we're looking for sew in the business plan. She always wants to be about the father's business. You can write down Luke 2:14 night, cuz I'm always going to equate everything with scripture to nobody can run out of here going. So I don't know what she was talking about Pastor. Ken just was saying all kinds of stuff know it will be backed up by scripture. We like to make sure he would make Play Jesus Culture Ministries that whatever comes from this Pulpit has come from him.

And then in the business plan, we got to be wise in our business decisions. You can write down proverbs 31 16. And God cares about how we conduct our business whether it's personal or professional he cares about it all we can't come into church on Sunday and say oh, oh, yes, Lord, Jesus. I love you and then go into work on Monday cussing up a storm telling everybody that you know where they can go.

Listen up to this recap. Let me break it down. God I have a business plan that in Jesus is found a written road map the key to the land. All of God's children need a plan in their hand. David Solomon Kings with a plan building a temple in a chosen land wisdom given like a Shining Light Plans by the spirit every detail white from the holy of holies to the outer courts every stone in place a masterpiece to report. Skilled artisan and Craftsman in place where they belong building the Temple courageous and strong. Then there was Joseph. Pharaoh had a dream where his Spirit was trouble. He called for his Sears to come on the double. I'm mystery veiled In the Still of the Night. No one able to interpret gave them all of Rights the chief Butler knew just who to find a dream interpreter named Joseph of a gifted Tara said bring this man from the dungeon shaved and clean Joseph Rejoice on finally being seen. The Pharaoh told a dream to him upon his release. Joseph said God will give Pharaoh an answer of peace. Seven fat cows they were chilling in the pasture and 17 cows came disaster after disaster. 7 has a grain looking good as they should them seven empty heads wishing. They only could look good. Joseph said your two Dreams Are One. Got a plan for the future. Let's get this done. Cuz there's so many things out in the world that the that they're gay. And oh, yeah, I love that. Well, I got Loop sexy listen up. Let me drop some truth about love in the choices. We choose if you love the world with all its desires you got to realize you put up with all this fire. Worldly pleasures they may seem sweet but the Father's love the world can't compete. Material gains and the lust of the eyes worldly love mask the truth in disguise. You can't serve or you can't serve two masters can't walk both lanes. Alright can't serve two masters. Can't walk worldly Love Ring transient games. And we talked about establishing our brand who is Jesus. Jesus the name we proudly display. In the world of land Brands. He's the only way Not talkin fashion. Not talkin Trends talkin about a love that never ends in a world of labels. We choose the best Jesus our brand above all the rest. No need for Rivals no need for the bait. He's the way truth and life. No need to complicate. Establishing his name in every nation a brand that brings. Hope joy and salvation. Not just a logo but a living word in the market of Life. Jesus is hurt. Now, I hope through this recap. You truly understand the power in your life with having a business plan.

All right, the sales plan. I found that in a sales plan. Cuz some people will go. Well are we trying to sell us up? No, we're not selling ourselves in a bad way. Right sales plan isn't always necessarily about the sales a sales plan itself. There's another term for it and it can be referred to as the revenue generation strategy for our GPS is what I call it. And what this is is it's not necessary. Making that sale but strategically generating revenue for a business. They're talkin about the strategies to go about 2 to get revenue for your business. So the Lord began to show me okay where we got a quick this people and business and remember there's nothing new Under the Sun. So all of this is biblical So it involves outlining the methods tactics goals for driving sales for talkin about a business. So what I'm going to do is I'm going to be comparing people to a revenue generation system because I'm going to draw a parallel between the two and what it is is it will show the individual characteristics and traits that are used in this versus the the things that are used in a business itself. the first thing

in the comparison goals and vision businesses, they have to set clear objectives for the business outlining where it goes where aims to go and what it hopes to achieve. liking to man we have to think about

What are our short and long-term goals? We have to really give that some thought so then that way we're not floundering floundering around through life going whatever way that somebody else is steering us to versus the way that God wants us to go God has a way and he says I want you to think about these things. What are your short and long-term goals? What are they? Do you have a vision for your life? Create a board. What is the vision for your life? You have aspirations you got life goals. That's right. I'm down. It's good to write these things down. Now. I know that the biblical support on that is Philippians 3:14. Most people should know that. I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.

Habakkuk 2 you can put that on Scream 2 2 through 3.

Then the Lord answered me and said write the vision write the vision. There's something about writing the vision and I went ahead and I suppose you know, what? Let me look up what it is about that, you know about him saying write the vision and I just wanted to look at some things from present-day saying, okay. Well why is writing so important? Okay, not just because it went mainly because God says so but if for those that may say well I usually look at my tablet or put everything in there. I typed and I do all of that I said but God said specifically write it down. And I read some research. I found some research and they said research suggests that taking notes by hand as opposed to typing on a laptop and hands his long-term retention and understanding of information. The other findings were expressive writing where individuals right about emotional experiences has been linked to improve emotional well-being and health outcomes. The act of generating information such as writing it down and hands his memory retention compared to passive learning. I'm in the cognitive benefits are handwriting is associated with cognitive benefits, especially in the context of brain development in pre-literate children. I have this information if you're interested to know where it came from the sources, I'll be more than happy to let you see that but you see that there is benefits and literally just writing down and one of the main things that I love to write down myself is because of the retention it does help keep things. I'm thinking about as I'm looking at my kids when they were younger. If they did something bad and I would find a scripture and literally say you have to write that I have them like right it down 100 times because what is water writing it they're going to retain that information that they wrote on that scripture. So writing is a good thing. As God says write the vision and make it plain on tablets that he may run who reads it.

For the vision is yet for an appointed time. So when we receive these Visions, it's not always just going to come like right here right now today.

But you need to write it down and maintain it. So then that way when it does you can say it here it goes cuz but at the end it will speak and it will not lie though it tarry wait for it. You know that easy thing to do wait because it will surely come he says it's going to come we just have to be patient and wait it will not Tarry.

Hallelujah So right that vision and make it plain.

Write it down. Now. The next thing is we have to be adaptable. Adaptability is a big thing.

In a business, you got to be flexible and responsive to ships in the market or business environment. That's why a lot of business. Is there constantly going places or finding out what's going on in the market so they can keep their business on top of things that's out that helps them with an additional finances and things like that. four person

I guess we really have to think how well. Do we adapt to changing circumstances?

How well do we adapt? I want you to think about I'm going to give you five questions it to think about if you want to actually answer the question are I have some for you after service? But why questions it, you know, I want you to think about how do you typically respond to unexpected changes in your daily routine routine or plans?

When faced with a major life transition, how do you poach the situation?

In a work or team setting how do you handle changes in leadership or organizational structure?

When confronted with unexpected setbacks or challenges, what is your usual response?

So now if I see somebody put the head down for like a while I get it. How open are you to try new experiences or activities outside of your comfort zone? Cuz we all do get comfortable and complacent and then the Lord will come up and switch some up like a message and then it's like oh, okay. I've got to switch to this instead of that over there.

We have to adapt to changing circumstances, but I what I'm going to do is when we talk about these changing circumstances looking in the Bible Exodus 14 be put up 10 through 12.

And when Pharaoh Drew near the children of Israel lifted their eyes and behold the Egyptians March after them. This is after Moses was taking them out of Egypt and they're going towards their Promised Land.

So they were very afraid and the children of Israel cried out to the Lord. Then they said to Moses because there were no graves in Egypt. Have you taken us away to die in the wilderness? How do you think they're adapting to change? Why have you so dealt with us to bring us out of Egypt?

Is this not the word that we told you any just saying let us alone that we may serve the Egyptian so they didn't want to change at all. They were just saying that we can stay here and still be slaves and servants serve the Egyptian. Why would we want freedom?

Basically, but they're saying because to have freedom guess what I've got to adapt. I've got to change I've got to be or do something different. When I'm free.

For it would have been better for us to serve the Egyptian than that. We die in the wilderness. Let's serve the Egyptians as a slave or die in the wilderness free. I don't know go figure. What would you choose?

Hallelujah Exodus 32

these children of Israel. They had a hard time. They constantly complained. I'm not talking about just a little bit every time Moses turn around there like super why are we? How come we don't have water will have food they get mad enough water and then all of a sudden they get water and then they're still complaining about something else. Constant complaining because they don't want to adapt to change.

And the Lord said to Moses go get down for your people whom you brought out of the land of Egypt have corrupted themselves.

They have turned aside quickly out of the way, which I commanded them. They have made themselves a molded calf and worship hit and sacrifice to it and said this is your daughter is real. So here we go. Again the god that just delivered them and have freed them. All he asked for is a little change just trust and believe in me. That's all we ask trust and believe in me. Adapt to that versus going to worship a fatted calf. This is your god over Israel that brought you out of the land of Egypt is what they're saying.

and the Lord said to Moses. I have seen this people and indeed it isn't stick stiff-necked people. They are stubborn. so stubborn people may have an issue with it at that patient. you think

children of Egypt so by them being stiff-necked stubborn not wanting to change not wanting to adapt and just say yes Lord, we trust and believe in you. We want to go back to what was it resulted in them not getting into their Promised Land. The one that flows with milk and honey.

adaptability

the next one communication skills In a business, it requires a clear and coherent communication to convey. They need to outline their service is offered as valuable. You want to see their services is valuable? Because otherwise people will look at it like while you're just like the one over here. They've got to show themselves to be more than with the other ones the prepared one of the preferred one. They got to be the preferred business that people want to come to for their products or services. liking to man woman I guess first you have to think do you communicate well with others? Do you get your point across?

Have to really think about that. Cuz if you're not here, we're trying to Interchange thoughts and opinions with one another or B Withers by writing talking. And then we have to think okay, if I didn't get my point across if not, why? What was it that I need to do in order to get my point across better to other people because this is also essential even in witnessing because of people aren't understanding exactly what you're trying to say. Then they're going to look at you like well, this is just another one of those if you you're not able to get across to them. Just watch how good Jesus is then they're going to be like what I can go over here to one of the other religions communication is essential essential in every aspect of Our Lives. And there are ways to improve our communication. So don't think I can't talk like Moses. He said I can't talk Lord to go talk to the Pharaoh. But yet the Lord said okay here this is what's going to happen. I'm going to send Erin with you. But then in the process all that process, I'm sure he began to learn and listen to what Aaron is saying and how he said it almost like a mentor cuz these days a lot of times you might have mentors at help us through. So if you don't know how to say something the mentor says Hey try it this way and begins to teach you but you have to be teachable you have to have a teachable spirit and be able to adapt.

Communication is very very important.

Active listening active listening to very important to you got to be an active listener very much though. Very much. So because if you're not listening because that involves your having to concentrate on what somebody is telling you you got to understand what they told you you got to be able to respond back to what they said and hopefully you've responded back to the question or concern that they actually spoke to you and then you got to remember what's being said. So then that way later down with a go you really didn't hear what I said did you? You lie. I thought I did at that point then if you really didn't quite understand that you needed to say. Let's discuss this because I didn't quite understand what you were saying. Because then that's what's going to be remembered like oh, okay, at least they were concerned enough about my welfare to want to clarify what was being spoken.

Just as in Proverbs 15. Says the wise will hear and increase their learning. Are you wise today? So you're hearing Hallelujah and the person of understanding will acquire wise counsel and the skill to steer his course wisely and Lead others to the truth and that goes back to actually speaking the word to other individuals to getting them to understand. What is the truth? Who is the truth? Hallelujah?

Now there's another one about communication. which I thought was a it's just amazed. Jesus is always amazing. And I remember the story of Jesus walking down the road running into a group of men going on the road to Emmaus and they're all just talking and talking about the crucifixion. This is after Jesus Transfiguration in these coming back, but he hasn't ascended up into heaven yet. So

And he's walking down the road with them and they're just talking about the the the whole crucifixion and Jesus is like what are you guys talking about? You know and one guy says Where Have You Been? Are you the only person in this area that doesn't know about the crucifixion they killed and they just killed them and they were all sad and everything that they shouldn't have done it. He was supposed to lead us supposed to be the one and you know, Jesus make sure that you know himself was not revealed yet. so he like you and you're all sad, you know, have you really listened to what the prophet said said about this whole thing, you know, the prophet said I needed to die and be crucified so I can be resurrected for you and you know, so he's just like me so what are you saying for and they were like, well you like I'll read it to you do foolish ones and slow of heart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken. I'm sorry, I put that on screen.

You saying that he said to the most foolish ones and slow apart to believe in all that the prophets have spoken cuz he said that he said that they were spoken the prophets had already told him what was supposed to be happened. It happened. I mean, but they didn't grasp it yet or not the Christ who have suffered these things and to enter into his glory. So he's trying to tell him that it had to happen that way.

And beginning at Moses and all the prophets. He's found it to them in all the scriptures that things concerning himself. So they still don't know. This is Jesus yet talking to them and he's expounding on the scriptures to them letting them know everything. Then they drew near to the village where they were going and he indicated that he would have gone farther and I like yet. Don't get me to go there like that. Because he's now it's founded on the scripture. They were enjoying what he was saying. He was communicating quite well to them cuz they began to understand at this point. But they constraining St applied with us for it is toward evening and the day is far spent and he went in to stay with them.

Now it came to pass. Now before I read on communication comes in a lot of different forms, not just in writing. Or you know Sydney Somebody by that is meaning sending somebody up note or talking to them. But we also communicate by our body language and things that we've done things that we do that people get used to like I might and I'm not telling myself. There are certain things that I may do and they're like, oh no, that's Kim over there. He might say that that's my wife cuz he sees things that I've always done and he knows that it's me. I just like people with children, you know that they do certain things just in their body language. They don't have to tell you, you know, if they're not feeling well be just by their body language and they're not telling you you know, so that's what happened here. As he sat at the table with them that he took bread blessed and broke it and gave it to them. Then their eyes were opened and they knew him cuz that's what they had done with them. They were always up there with him in there. Like this is Jesus and he vanished from their site. So they had their moment, but you know Hannah's from this site Hallelujah. But nonverbal communication is also very very important because somebody don't know if you're not pleased with something maybe by the shrug your shoulder or you sitting back light or your face all we know some people's faces. Tell it all. Yes, it does not naming any names Pastor James. Don't worry about it. Yes. Now because I know it's getting close to time relationship building. That is another one that is very important. Now. This is the first half I will finish the other ones the next time for different comparisons, but relationship-building.

In a business, you have to Foster the relationship with your customers and clients cuz you want to be able to keep them for us long-term and for repeat customers and a business now for us. We have to really then look at how healthy are our relationships. With our family friends co-workers. We got to really think about that. Okay, what how healthy is my relationship in this in this Arena cuz building strong relationships is actually crucial to your personal life. Trying to say I thought I had something else here.

I left it. It's all good. Alright, so relationships are crucial to your personal life. So like if we look at Matthew you don't have it up there. I will read it then.

Matthew 6:14 through 15 you got to understand. I don't trust the computers all the time. So I end up print out on my scripture on top of actually having it up there.

And that says for if you forgive others their trespasses, they're Reckless and willful sends your heavenly father will also forgive you. But if you do not forgive others nurturing your hurt and anger with the result that interferes with your relationship with God then your father will not forgive your trespasses forgiven for us is very important. Because if we do not forget forgive it can really affect the relationship with the Lord because we'll have stuff festering inside of us and just staying there inside of us and that when we try to do certain things the Lord's like but I can still I still feel I can still hear your unforgiveness there of that individual. So that's a that's a very very important thing. We must forgive that's that's a big part in the relationship building is to forgive. And then in marital relationships the Lord has described it as he says drink water from your own cistern and fresh water from your own. Well mean. Man woman you don't go cheating because you got your sister and that's where you stay. . God didn't say well, you know, if that other one look good go ahead now. I didn't say nothing like that.

And then say that was your moment.

And then he also wants us to always love our neighbors and this one I really like because it's almost like it shows us to have self denial on behalf of others is is the title there and I said that's that's really good. Especially when we're coming up to people that don't quite know about Jesus or know about how to address certain other individuals. And this one says, it's Romans 15:1 through three

Now we who are strong in our convictions and Faith people of God ought to patiently put up with the weaknesses of those who were got strong that's going to keep reading what you think about that. We've got to put up with the weaknesses of people that are not strong cuz there's sometimes people overcome this when I guess I'll tell him myself a little bit. There's a one family member that whenever when something always comes up. She's very true traumatic and cries about a lot of stuff and I'm not a crier. I really don't like to cry. I will I'm not saying I won't but it just one certain things up, I'd rather not I know that's a good thing that might be because I always called myself my dad's third son.

And I don't know if that's what it is. But and then I have time I'm trying to minister to her and telling her, you know, basically you can't cry about every little thing. Ben and I read that long as I thought a Lord I'm going to try my pair. Okay, cuz this is an area that she's weak in you know, she's not she's not a strong individual in these areas. So I'm trying were to have more patience there. And not just please ourselves as being part of that. We're not strong enough. Just please ourselves Let each one of us make it a practice to please his Neighbour for his good to build him up spiritually. So we're not saying do anything and everything for your neighbor that they just they just want because what they want might not be in accordance to what God wants for them. So yes, he saying yes, you know tend to their weaknesses, but he's not saying just just agree with everything I say or do because that makes them happy. We just can't do that because then we don't love them.

For even Christ did not please himself. Daddy did it if he pleased himself you think you could have gotten on that cross? right

But as it is written in scripture the reproaches of those who reproach you which is the father fell on me the Sun. Oh my Lord my Lord my Lord.

so in essence

all of these relationships any type of relationships, they need to start with wanting a closer relationship with the Lord. Cuz it's all about us and him. So you got your relationship. You've got your relationship. You've got your relationship you guys relationship is not my relationship with him. He likes that individual love expressed from each of us to him. So we should really want to be even closer and closer and closer with him.

So right now I want you to just think on just being closer with him.

You can raise your hand you can stand up you can sit down whatever it is. You talk to him and say how you want to be closer with him.

Well, we've had it for a few years now for the past 18 almost 24 months we've done absolutely nothing to it. We put up we went through the beginning and all these episodes that we stopped for. I've had 18 to 24 months. We've been getting so many downloads of stuff that we haven't touched them a year-and-a-half two years. It's kind of like, okay that door is open in 24 need to actually begin to add some things to it. So we're going to do that and and spice it up a bit and do some more but we're still getting downloads from all of those messages. Well part of it. There's people listening to it that we need and should be able to do things such as statements of what she had and so, you know these things so that people can begin to hear He's a practical advice but Spirit-filled powerful advice to help them in their business and their spiritual walk. So I'm excited about what the Lord will do it through the word that you were just sharing and you know, she sought the Lord this weekend and this morning just to make sure all of it came together. Thank you for your persistence and just give God one more hand price for that a man.

And in this case you're able to give to him and he is the one that provides everything and all he asks for is a seed and so by him doing that.
