Today we are looking at the career of a man who was a real dynamo for God, a worker, a motivator. We see him first in King's court in Persia, where he was born. The term of captivity ended, Cyrus had decreed that captive Jews could return home. That was 90 years earlier. But returning to the homeland was not a popular idea, because these people had been born in exile and the foreign lands were "home." The Jews who had gone back to Jerusalem were paralyzed by jealous enemies besides being dispirited and discouraged. The situation needed HELP. Nehemiah to the rescue! Securing an official appointment to the governorship, he went to Jerusalem, and things began to change. FAST. How did he do it? Let us look into the Scriptures and learn his secrets.
