#2 The Promise is Yours (Prayer Walk- Evangelism, Salvation, Salvation Deliverance)PERSUE

Genesis 13:17 “Arise, walk through the land in the length of it and in the breadth of it; for I will give it unto thee.”
Acts 2:38-39 “Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.”
“Arise, walk through the land in the length of it and in the breadth of it; for I will give it unto thee.

Then Abram removed his tent,

and came and dwelt in the plain of Mamre, which is in Hebron,

Point #3 - Secret Place (Gilgal)

“and came and dwelt in the plain of Mamre, which is in Hebron.”
The word Mamre simply means “Place”. Many patriarchs were buried in this area. It is a place of rest. Hebron became the capital of Judah, and from there David reigned for seven-and-a-half years. Before he took the city of Jubus of the Jubsites and was renamed Jerusalem.
Mamre and Hebron are staging places of preparation before taking the city ore going to the next level.
There is also a parallel between Abraham and Joshua and us.
Mamre is a Parallel to Gilgal. The place where the seed of Abraham settled and camped. Every time they grew weary they would come back to base.
Every minister, every child of God needs a secret place of retreat and rest. A place to rejuvenate. We have too many soldiers suffering from battle fatigue. God help us to learn the balance between ministry and family and work and personal devotion and rest.
psalm 42:1-5 “As the hart panteth after the water brooks, So panteth my soul after thee, O God. My soul thirsteth for God, for the living God: When shall I come and appear before God? My tears have been my meat day and night, While they continually say unto me, Where is thy God? When I remember these things, I pour out my soul in me: For I had gone with the multitude, I went with them to the house of God, With the voice of joy and praise, with a multitude that kept holyday. Why art thou cast down, O my soul? and why art thou disquieted in me? Hope thou in God: for I shall yet praise him For the help of his countenance.”
Matt 11:28 “Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.”
Psalm 91 “He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High Shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, He is my refuge and my fortress: My God; in him will I trust. Surely he shall deliver thee from the snare of the fowler, And from the noisome pestilence. He shall cover thee with his feathers, And under his wings shalt thou trust: His truth shall be thy shield and buckler. Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; Nor for the arrow that flieth by day; Nor for the pestilence that walketh in darkness; Nor for the destruction that wasteth at noonday. A thousand shall fall at thy side, And ten thousand at thy right hand; But it shall not come nigh thee. ”

and built there an altar unto the Lord.”

Companies thriving

During and after the pandemic reports came out that many Companies found themselves going out of business.
Several filed for bankruptcy. Not because their products are no longer useful to consumers. But the COVID-19 Pandemic and Social Distance regulations have affected their ability to distribute goods to consumers in a way that adapts to the shifting season and times.
However, not all succumbed to the Retail apocalypse. Some found a way to reinvent themselves.
Some revamped their business model
Restaurants set up tents. Opening up drive- thru’s. The times called for repositioning.
Opportunity is hidden in your struggle.
People who’s got furloughed, started businesses and are made more money. People found ways to reinvent themselves.
But what about the church. Why sit we here until we die.
a. Do not remember the former things: Isaiah writes prophetically to Israel, they were mired in the desperate circumstances of captivity and exile. God wants to focus on the New work He will do, so it begins with a reminder to not remember the former things.
Because, If Israel  remains stuck in the failure and sin and discouragement of the past, they will never go forward to the new thing God has for them.
There is a sense in which we must forsake and forget the past, with all its discouragement and defeat, and move on to what God has for us in the future.
Behold, I will do a new thing:
If we remain stuck in the past can keep us from the new thing God wants to do.
If Israel stayed stuck in the discouragement of Babylon, they would never look for the new thing of their release from exile.
In the Wilderness
c. I will even make a road in the wilderness: Between the captivity in Babylon and the return to Israel lay hundreds of miles of wilderness.
God’s people didn’t need to be afraid because
God would make a road in the wilderness,
provide rivers in the desert, and even
protect His people from animals, because the beast of the field will honor Me, the LORD says.
Elijah- Reposition
Elijah don't get caught at the brook dried up Brook became former things Widows house became greater things.
If you are stuck at the brook When God shifted. He would have died from the famine. But go back into the famine and I will sustain you there. Go to where God is sending you. And he said, I will sustain you there. Get out of good. Out of comfort, of  tradition.
Disciples - You need to Former things you need to Reposition for Greater!
In  the Boat- Disciples were discouraged, disappointed, grief. They experienced loss
They mourned the loss of the master
They mourned the loss of their comforter
They mourned the loss of their miracle
They lost their motivation. They lost drive.
And now the place where they were about to loose their minds, discouragement, disappointment grief.
Jesus showed up and said to them - “Cast your net on the other side.”
Move with the Ark!
Joshua 3:3 “And they commanded the people, saying, When ye see the ark of the covenant of the Lord your God, and the priests the Levites bearing it, then ye shall remove from your place, and go after it.

Back to Text - From where?

Where was Abram when God told him to look? Better yet, what did Abram see? A dessert
He given a promise of nations and seed while he stood in a position of barrenness.
Like Abraham, Some of us have gone through tremendous loss and grief but God is trying to give you a word in a wilderness season.

Bring Back The Glory

b. Uzzah and Ahio, the sons of Abinadab, drove the new cart: 20 years in the house
He grew up before the presence of the Lord 20 years. But was not acquainted with the word of the Lord. Therefore he did not know how to handle the glory with reverence. A fruitful Relationship with God requires a working knowledge of the Word of God.

So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obed-Edom to the City of David with gladness. And so it was, when those bearing the ark of the LORD had gone six paces, that he sacrificed oxen and fatted sheep. Then David danced before the LORD with all his might; and David was wearing a linen ephod. So David and all the house of Israel brought up the ark of the LORD with shouting and with the sound of the trumpet.

a. So David went and brought up the ark of God from the house of Obed-Edom to the City of David with gladness: David was glad to know that the presence and glory of God could bring blessing instead of a curse. He was also glad to see that when they obeyed God they were blessed.
i. David explained to the priests why God struck out against them in their first attempt to bring the ark to Jerusalem in 1 Chronicles 15:13: For because you did not do it the first time, the LORD our God broke out against us, because we did not consult Him about the proper order.
ii. When the worship was in the proper order it was still filled with gladness and joy. It is a mistake to feel that “real” worship must be subdued, solemn, or only in a minor key.
b. When those bearing the ark of the LORD had gone six paces, that he sacrificed oxen and fatted sheep: This was elaborate, excessive, over-the-top sacrifice. This excess of sacrifice communicated atonement, consecration, and longing for fellowship.
i. 1 Chronicles 15:11-15 shows us that David specifically commanded the priests to carry the ark the right way – on their shoulders. We often think that a “new cart” or “strength” or a “friendly” manner is the way to bring the presence and glory of God. But God always wants His presence and glory to come on the shoulders of consecrated, obedient, praising men and women.
ii. It also showed that David brought the ark to Jerusalem with a big production – bigger than the first attempt. David was wise enough to know that the problem with the first attempt wasn’t that it was a big production, but that it was a big production that came from man and not God.
c. David danced before the LORD with all his might: David didn’t hold back anything in his own expression of worship. He didn’t dance out of obligation but out of heartfelt worship. He was glad to bring the ark of the LORD into Jerusalem according to God’s word.
i. This expression of David’s heart showed that he had a genuine emotional link to God. We never want to serve the Lord from an emotionally detached Christian life.
ii. We don’t think that dancing is strange when the baseball player rounds the bases after the game winning home run.
We don’t think it is strange when the winning touchdown is scored or when our own child scores a goal.
We think nothing at hands raised at a concert or a touchdown.
We should not think them strange in worship to God.
When the Glory comes, you need to embrace it.
d. David was wearing a linen ephod: It is a mistake to think that David was immodest. 1 Chronicles 15:27 indicates that David was dressed just like all the other priests and Levites in this procession.
i. From our knowledge of ancient and modern culture, we can surmise that David’s dance wasn’t a solo performance. He probably danced with simple rhythmic steps together with other men in the way one might see Orthodox Jewish men today dance. In this context, David’s linen ephod means he set aside his royal robes and dressed just like everyone else in the procession.
ii. We might also point out that David’s dancing was appropriate in the context. This was a parade with a marching band, a grand procession. David’s dancing fit right in. If David did this as the nation gathered on the Day of Atonement, it would be out of context and wrong.

#2 ARISE AND WALK

Genesis 13:14-18 “And the Lord said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward: For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever. And I will make thy seed as the dust of the earth: so that if a man can number the dust of the earth, then shall thy seed also be numbered. Arise, walk through the land in the length of it and in the breadth of it; for I will give it unto thee. Then Abram removed his tent, and came and dwelt in the plain of Mamre, which is in Hebron, and built there an altar unto the Lord.”
Lot has been separated from us!
Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward: For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever. And I will make thy seed as the dust of the earth: so that if a man can number the dust of the earth, then shall thy seed also be numbered.
God is ready to impart to you some things in the spirit tonight, And in order to receive these blessings, covenant promises, and gifts there are three keys from the text to help us fall in alignment and stay motivated until the materialization and fulfillment.

“Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.”

Point #1- Reposition - (East of Jordan/Jordan Valley) Church in The Streets

Then Abram removed his tent,
There seems to be a parallel between Abrahams response and the Joshua generation’s response.
Joshua 3:3 “And they commanded the people, saying, When ye see the ark of the covenant of the Lord your God, and the priests the Levites bearing it, then ye shall remove from your place, and go after it.
When God calls you -he expects you to adjust and reposition.
Why?

Repositioning For Greater Things

Isaiah 43:18-19, Joshua 4:10-14

Arise- (Apostolic Hunger, Explore the Deep things of God, Take the Limits off, Awaken the Supernatural possibilities)

Once he recognized his true identity, he was expected to change his mindset.
He may not have known it or recognized fully the power of the Covenant God had made with him. But Abram had nations inside his loins. et it took the spirit of the Lord to Call it out and bring Abraham into awareness.
So God said ARISE!

Possess the Gates
(youths shall possess the gates)Genesis 22:15-18
15 And the angel of the Lord called unto Abraham out of heaven the second time,
16 And said, By myself have I sworn, saith the Lord, for because thou hast done this thing, and hast not withheld thy son, thine only son:
17 That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies;
18 And in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed; because thou hast obeyed my voice.
Application of Gates
In order to understand the promise that God gave to the patriarch Abraham let us consider how gates functioned in Bible times.
Most of the cities or large towns of those days were surrounded by walls that ranged anything from a kind of stick fence to thick and high stone walls for defense. Their purpose was to be able to protect the inhabitants at night from animals who might wander in and most of all, to protect the city from thieves, bandits and conquering armies.
The gate or gates to these enclosures were the only way into or out of the city. So all commercial traffic entered and exited through the gates.
The city gate became a place for all kinds of important activity in the life of the city and its inhabitants. The area near the gate became a literal marketplace, where commodities from farmers outside the city were bought and sold. (II Kings 7:1; Nehemiah 12:25).
With Increased commerce came disputes. So the gate area became a place of law courts where cases were heard. (Is. 29:21; Amos 5:15; Zech. 8:16) The city elders (respected men, not simply “old” men) would sit in the gate area and bring the wisdom of their experience and insight to settle disputes and other matters effecting the life of the city’s inhabitants.
The elders and those passing through the gate area would also discuss the issues of the day and the issues of life, sometimes setting policy for the city and advising the city’s ruler. This in turn gave rise to the gate area becoming the center for political activity . (Judges 5:11)
Kings would sometimes sit in the city gates, to dispense justice and to take the political pulse of the people. (II Sam. 19:8I Kings 22:10.
With kings and commerce and courts congregating at the city gate, no wonder the gate also became a place for public declaration by prophets and others. In the case of Jeremiah’s prophetic ministry, the Lord several times told him to stand in the city gate and proclaim the word of the Lord. (Jer. 7:2; Jer. 17:19) We could say that the city gate was the media center for ancient cities, as well as their commercial center.
So we can summarize then that. The gates to a city, then, represented a point of power, and a place to exercise control over that city.
A military conqueror would try to get control of the gate in order to enter the city easily. A king who had the hearts of the elders who sat in the gate would politically control the city. A person who organized and ran the commercial market and storehouses at the gate would control the economic life of the city—and its surrounding villages.
Whoever gains control of the gates gains control of the city the rulers and the nation.
The book of Genesis records where the descendants of Abraham were given this spiritual heritage: possess the gates of your enemies.
In Genesis 22:17, right after the LORD has provided a substitute sacrifice for the life of Isaac. An angel of the LORD calls out blessings to Abraham from the LORD because Abraham did not withhold his son from the altar.
Among the blessings, he declares, “And your seed shall possess the gate of his enemies.” In other words the seed, or the descendants, of Abraham shall possess the gate of their enemies.
Isaac and Rebecca have twin sons, and one of them, Jacob, is the ancestor of the Jewish people. So we can certainly say that this powerful promise of possessing the gates of the enemy is something available to Jewish people even today, if they walk in it by faith.

God confirms the covenant with Jacob at Bethel
House of God- Anywhere, Anytime
Gates of Heaven- Access
Stealing the birthright from his frivolous brother Esau, Jacob being weary from running and resting, receives a dream. In the dream Jacob sees a ladder reaching from earth up to Heaven, God is at the other end of the ladder, angels ascending a descending. Jacob wakes up from the dream and says "How dreadful is this place! this is none other but the house of God, and this is the gate of heaven.
1) The house of God- There was no building there. The house of God is the place where God dwells or inhabits.
But thou art holy, thou that inhabitest the praises of Israel. (Psalm 22:3 KJV)
Yet you are holy, enthroned on the praises of Israel. (Psalms 22:3 NIV)
Once they got to Canaan, everything was shut up because the inhabitants were paralyzed  by fear  because of the children of Israel. Everything that belonged to Israel within the wall and was shut up. But Praise gave them access.
PRAISE HIM AND SEE IF HE SHOWS UP!
Here God gives Jacob a key to Possessing the Gates
2)The Gate of Heaven- Here God gives Jacob another key to Possessing the Gates you have access to the gates of Heaven, you have access to gates on Earth.
Deliverance its at the gate?
Your breakthrough is at the gate
Tie Israel to the Church
Even though We here tonight are not the physical descendants of Jacob? But we are Abraham's seed.
Let’s look at Gal. 3:29. “And if you are Christ's, then you are Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise.” (NKJV)
The previous verse says that there is neither “Jew nor Greek”—neither Jew nor Gentile—in Messiah Yeshua. We are all one in Him, without distinction.
And if we belong to Him, we are Abraham’s seed. So we inherit all the promises spoken to Abraham’s seed in the Word of God, including the promise to possess the gates of our enemies.
Modern Gates- Rise up and Possess the Gates of your enemies!!!
This brings us to the modern day in which we live. In our lives—in our cities, states, nations—it often seems like an enemy of the Kingdom of God has possessed our “gates.” This enemy represents ideals and principals contrary to that of Heaven’s Kingdom. Yet it . influences our business life, our cultural life, our social life, our political life—even our church life.

#1. Catch the Vision (Apostolic Identity, Harvest)

It is important for Abram to lift up his eyes and see what God was giving, and he has to (Catch The Vision)
Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward:

Lift up your eyes- Look

Lord Give me a second Touch/ Revive My Vision
22And he cometh to Bethsaida; and they bring a blind man unto him, and besought him to touch him. 23And he took the blind man by the hand, and led him out of the town; and when he had spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon him, he asked him if he saw ought. 24And he looked up, and said, I see men as trees, walking. 25After that he put his hands again upon his eyes, and made him look up: and he was restored, and saw every man clearly.
Myopia is an abnormal eye condition in which light rays from distant objects, passing through the lens, focus in front of the retina instead of on it. This causes blurry vision.
In other words, Myopia is a defect in your eyes that keeps you from seeing objects far off. You can see objects up close, but you cannot see objects that are far away.
Thankfully, we have the knowledge and technology today to overcome this obstacle, so the physical problem is usually corrected by eyeglasses, contact lenses, and sometimes even surgery. Left untreated, however, it can evolve into bigger problems, such as eyestrain and severe headaches.
The wise man solomon warns us in the book of
PRoverbs 29:18 “Where there is no vision, the people perish: But he that keepeth the law, happy is he.”
There is a common problem that plagues our present day youth culture. It is called spiritual Myopia.
Endtime pandemics are just a fraction of the cause of hopelessness, fear, depression, anxieties.
The problem with is that we become so focused on the problems of here and now, that we fail to see the possibilities and potential as a covenant children of the Kingdom.
Unfortunately, Some of our churches have reached a point where are lacking foresight, we have lost the ability to see things as clearly as we should see them.
If we are not careful we will miss what God is doing in this season
When spiritual Myopia sets in the church, people live in a fog, and we become totally unaware of the urgency of the times.
I submit to you tonight, that The hour that we live in requires for the church to be vigilant. Because the advasary knows he has but a short time and he is going about seeking to devour our homes, our chiurches, our ministries, our marriages, our destiny and our victory.
But in Jesus name God is going to give us fresh vision.
We need an understanding of the times. The days are evil.
Blindness is of the Devil. The church cannot afford to let spiritual Ignorance. We need an awareness of the times!
Abraham - Lift up now your eyes!
Application
My prayer tonight in the second night of True Witness Youth Week is Lord Touch our eyes again, Don’t let us miss what you are doing in this season.
Eli’s Eyes grew dim and God spoke to Samuel! If we allow our eyes to grow dim God will skip over us and give some other youth group the blessing.
The Lord has come to give us a second touch tonight.
To clear up some foggyness that fear has caused, complacency, condemnation,
Lord give me a second touch!
God has come tonight to give of clarity of sight and corrected vision!
Thy word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path!
The entrance of thy word giveth light!
We come against Doctrinal Myopia
Spiritual Myopia has caused a limited capacity to see God as He really is versus the fuzzy "God" the world embraces. A myopic Christian's indistinct view of God will keep him from understanding what God is doing and what God expects of him.
Oneness of God- Spirit and Truth, Candlesticks and Table of Shewbread,
In God's revelation to John, particularly in his message to the seven churches of Asia, one church had a problem with vision, the church of the Laodiceans. As we know, Jesus warns this church of God about a number of spiritual matters. Lukewarmness, materialism, and spiritual pride are just a few of His indictments of them. He recommends steps for their spiritual improvement in Revelation 3:18-19:
I counsel you to buy from Me gold refined in the fire, that you may be rich; and white garments, that you may be clothed, that the shame of your nakedness may not be revealed; and anoint your eyes with eye salve, that you may see. As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten. Therefore be zealous and repent.
Laodicea was an actual first-century church, and its recorded spiritual condition exposes characteristics—broadly termed "Laodiceanism"—that affect God's church today. In a way, it has affected nearly every person to varying degrees. It has influenced beliefs and views, causing many of God's people to lose their godly sight, and crippling many in making and keeping God's way as their way.
Myopia of Apostolic Identity
Another facet of spiritual myopia concerns a person's efforts to see himself as God and others see him. This dilemma of blindness can result in a lack of apostolic victory our personal lives.
This generation is struggling with more than self esteem issues.
Now young people are confused if they are a he, him she, her, they, it. CONFUSED.
1 peter 2:9 “But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:”
Who told you it was too hard for you to live for God?
Who told you that you are not spiritually gifted?
Who told you God couldn’t use you?
David wasn’t invited to his own crowning ceremony! Because his family saw him as –David the sheperd boy, God saw him as King David! KING. Your identity is defined by God!
Identity Myopia- David said I come to you in the name!!!!!
In my name ye shall cast out devils
In my name you shall lay hands up on the sick..
Get reacquainted with the Christ in you.
You shall say to this mountain
Soul Myopia
In the gospel of Mark chapter 8: 22, they brought a blind man for the Lord to touch him. And the Lord did something out of the norm. The Bible says that the Lord spit on his eyes, and put his hands upon him, and then he asked the man if he was able to see; and the reply was rather intriguing because he said: yes I see, but I see man as trees.
The Lord touched the man of bethsaida a second time and made him look up and his eyesight was restored for he saw every man clearly.
What about a second touch from God!! So we may see every soul whether is black, white, yellow, hispanic, asian, is a soul that needs to be saved.
When spiritual Myopia sets in we have the incorrect perception of people.
We need the Lord to touch our eyes so we see them as souls in need of a savior. Hurts, abuse, lies, disappointments, broken hearts, causes us to view people through the lens of our past pain instead of their future possibilities. Our vision of people become blurred by our traumatic events of our past experiences.
God touch us again with a fresh burden for the Lost!
God told Ananis to go to a stree called straight. His perception was Saul the murderer, God saw Paul the preacher, the apostle, the world changer.
Jesus came to his own and they received him not. But to as many received him gave he the power to become the sons of God!
This man went to have his eyes checked and told the doctor that he was having problems seeing objects that were 20 feet away from him.
The optometrist after checking his eyes, told this man: Sir, the problem is not in your eyes, the problem is that you are spending most of your time in front of your computer and your eyes have adjusted themselves to see up close. So what I want you do, is go to the highest point in the city, and for 20 minutes, fix your eyes on the farthest point that you can see. If you will do this exercise for 20 minutes every day your eyesight is going to improve.
Applying this principle to our spiritual life, the truth of the matter is, that we have been looking up close for too long.
The Lord told us: "Say not ye, There are yet four months , and [then] cometh harvest? Behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest." (John 4: 35).
This is the hour to see beyond ourselves, beyond our culture, beyond our communities, beyond the color of our skin, beyond our language, beyond the material things. . . and look to the fields. . .that are ready to be harvested. We've got to look at everybody as one soul that needs to be saved.

In Conclusion - The Promises: (Application)

#1 - I will multiply your seed (Our Children will receive the Holy Ghost)
Arise and Walk Parents,
Arise and Walk Altar Workers
Look at them, You are looking at preachers, Sunday school teachers, world changers, these are they who will turn the world upside down.
#2 - For I will Give “it” to thee (The Holy Ghost)
5 Kids received the Holy Ghost last month, in Sunday school, on Zoom-
God wants to fill multitudes of out children with the Holy Ghost tonight.

3. (16-19) David brings everyone present into the worship experience and the fellowship meal.

Now as the ark of the LORD came into the City of David, Michal, Saul’s daughter, looked through a window and saw King David leaping and whirling before the LORD; and she despised him in her heart. So they brought the ark of the LORD, and set it in its place in the midst of the tabernacle that David had erected for it. Then David offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before the LORD. And when David had finished offering burnt offerings and peace offerings, he blessed the people in the name of the LORD of hosts. Then he distributed among all the people, among the whole multitude of Israel, both the women and the men, to everyone a loaf of bread, a piece of meat, and a cake of raisins. So all the people departed, everyone to his house.
a. She despised him in her heart: David’s wife Michal didn’t appreciate David’s exuberant worship. She felt it wasn’t dignified for the King of Israel to express his emotions before God.
i. “No doubt, there are particularly nice and dainty people who will censure God’s chosen if they live wholly to his praise, and they will call them eccentric, old-fashioned, obstinate, absurd, and I don’t know what besides. From the window of their superiority they look down upon us.” (Spurgeon)
b. They brought the ark of the LORD, and set it in its place in the midst of the tabernacle: After many years – since the ark was lost in battle – the ark was returned to the tabernacle and set in the most holy place. The emblem of God’s presence and glory was set at its proper place in Israel.
c. Then David offered burnt offerings and peace offerings before the LORD:
The burnt offerings spoke of consecration.
The peace offerings spoke of fellowship. This was a day of great consecration and fellowship with God. It was also a great barbeque.

4. (20) Michal’s complaint.

Then David returned to bless his household. And Michal the daughter of Saul came out to meet David, and said, “How glorious was the king of Israel today, uncovering himself today in the eyes of the maids of his servants, as one of the base fellows shamelessly uncovers himself!”
a. David returned to bless his household: After this day of great victory David came home to bring a blessing to his whole family.
b. How glorious was the king of Israel today: With biting sarcasm, Michal’s criticism could have ruined this whole day for David. He might have expected such an attack after such a remarkable day of victory. “Pirates look out for loaded vessels.” (Spurgeon)
c. Uncovering himself today: Michal seemed to indicate that she didn’t object to David’s dancing, but to what David wore when he set aside his royal robes and danced as a man just like the other men celebrating in the procession. David acted as if he were just another worshipper in Israel.

#4 My Response

Part 4-Abraham’s Response- Commitment, Legacy, Joshua Generation.
Then Abram removed his tent, and came and dwelt in the plain of Mamre, which is in Hebron, and built there an altar unto the Lord.”
Preserving the promise. Keep the fire burning. Joshua Generation carrying the mantle of the Generation of Abraham, and Moses.
Propositional Statement: If we are going to continue to Walk in the promise we have received this week, there are three things from the scripture that we must do to stay on course.
“Then Abram removed his tent,”
Here is how you walk in the promise.

5. (21-23) David’s rebuke of Michal.

So David said to Michal, “It was before the LORD, who chose me instead of your father and all his house, to appoint me ruler over the people of the LORD, over Israel. Therefore I will play music before the LORD. And I will be even more undignified than this, and will be humble in my own sight. But as for the maidservants of whom you have spoken, by them I will be held in honor.” Therefore Michal the daughter of Saul had no children to the day of her death.
a. It was before the LORD: David didn’t let Michal’s sarcastic criticism ruin his day. He simply explained the truth: “I did it for God, not for you.”
i. This is not a justification for everything in the context of worship. When David considered the context of the procession and the whole setting, his conscience was clear. He knew his dancing wasn’t inappropriate to the setting or context. Someone who acts inappropriately to the setting or context of a meeting can’t simply justify it by saying, “It was before the LORD.”
b. To appoint me ruler over the people of the LORD: “David did not say, ‘Over my people’: he acknowledged that they were not his people, but Jehovah’s people. He was only lieutenant-governor; the Lord was still the great King of Israel.” (Spurgeon)
c. And will be humble in my own sight: What David did was humbling to him. He didn’t dance to show others how spiritual he was.
i. “David would more and more abase himself before the Lord. He felt that whatever Michal’s opinion of him might be, it could not be more humbling than his own view of himself. Brother, if any man thinks ill of you, do not be angry with him; for you are worse than he thinks you to be.” (Spurgeon)
d. Therefore Michal the daughter of Saul had no children to the day of her death: Michal’s barrenness was not necessarily the result of Divine judgment. It may be that David never had marital relations with her again. Nevertheless, the principle stands: there is often barrenness in the life and ministry of the overly critical.
Michal.
In other words she was saying-
It doesn’t take all that to worship God
The Party is Lit
Dance before the Lord
I will celebrate before the Lord
Dance
Celebrate his Goodness
Keep on Dancing
Dont dis my Dance
Dance like nobody is watching.
It doesn’t take all that.
DAVID DANCED WITH ABANDON
Israel brought the ark of the covenant home to the tabernacle in Jerusalem, and King David’s heart overflowed. The Bible says he “danced before the LORD with all his might” (2 Samuel 6:14). This mighty warrior, public figure and chosen king was so consumed by God’s glory he celebrated by dancing. His wife criticized him for his display of worship. She tried to make him feel embarrassed, but David told her it wasn’t about what people thought. His worship–in this case dancing for the Lord–was an act of worship.
O Lord, thou art my God;
I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name;
for thou hast done wonderful things;
thy counsels of old
are faithfulness and truth.

Point #2 - Secret Place (Gilgal)

Point #3 Praise and Worship!!! (Jericho)

“and built there an altar unto the Lord”
Bring back the Glory - familiar with the Ark

#1 Separate from Secular Culture (The Dangers of Sodom)

Scriptural Illustration
The Bible Has Much to Say about the disintegrating condition of the World in the Last Days!
2 Timothy 3:1-5 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
4Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
1. Media- Is a channel distraction, social media, reels, tick Tock, snap chat. We spend more time scrolling than we spend praying.
The Music we listen has power to create mood and channel the spirit. You could be opening doors to more oppression, depression, anxiety, anger. Your mood changes based on what you listen to.
2. Soul Ties, -Whether its Friends, parents, siblings, spouses, girl/boy friends, children, co-workers, bosses, etc. We can allow any of these relationships to distract us from God. It is our relationships that are our connection with the world, and it is our human nature to have them, but when we allow any one of these relationships to become more important to us than our relationship with God…well, they become a distraction.
relationships are extremely important, but our relationship with God is of the utmost importance. Remember that!
The Spirit of Oppression - It is on an assignment to hold back, hold under and restrict you through attacking your weaknesses through temptation.
God is trying to speak to this generation.
Identify the trait of :
The spirit of Lot is not a demonic possession, but it is a spirit of oppression.
There is a difference - Demonic possession controls a person from within, The spirit of oppression controls the person from without.
The Spot of Oppression - It is on an assignment to hold back, hold under and restrict you through attacking your weaknesses through temptation.
This world will be judged (Key)
Romans 1:18For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; 19Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. 20For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: 21Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened. 22Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools, 23And changed the glory of the uncorruptible God into an image made like to corruptible man, and to birds, and fourfooted beasts, and creeping things.
24Wherefore God also gave them up to uncleanness through the lusts of their own hearts, to dishonour their own bodies between themselves: 25Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.
26For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature: 27And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet.
28And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; 29Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, 30Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, 31Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: 32Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.
2 Cor 6 17 “Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you,”
1 john 2:15 “Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.”
A child of God don’t speak don’t speak like the world, act like the world. You don't have any business at the club. Dancing to the music of Sodom. I still believe, Profanity should not come out of the mouth of an apostolic Holy Ghost filled child of God. Keep that demonic spirits out of our music, out of our worship.
Nadab and Abihu (Strange Fire)
Leviticus 10:1-2 “And Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, took either of them his censer, and put fire therein, and put incense thereon, and offered strange fire before the Lord, which he commanded them not. And there went out fire from the Lord, and devoured them, and they died before the Lord.”
Leviticus 10:10 “And that ye may put difference between holy and unholy, and between unclean and clean;”
We don’t want to be guilty of mixing the profane with the Holy.
It is still holiness unto the Lord!!!
When the unsaved come among us they ought to feel conviction. Just the pure holiness of God should bring them to their knees!
We must separate from the world. So God can move among us the way he wants to.
We don't want strange fire, we need the real fire! WE need Holy Ghost Fire!
Psalm 24:3-4 “Who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord? Or who shall stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; Who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, Nor sworn deceitfully.”

“Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.”

Preach Reposition- The Church-
If we reposition. We can see miracles,
we will grow our youth groups.
Prayer Meetings, outdoor services.
SHIFT!!!!!!! God is doing a new thing!!!!

Scriptural Illustration: I am the resurrection and the Life
Story of Mary, Martha and Lazaraus
John 11:25 “Jesus said unto her, I am the resurrection, and the life: he that believeth in me, though he were dead, yet shall he live:”
The Resurrection
Not only has God come to command you to arise, within his command is the power to give you life.
John 1:1-4 “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. The same was in the beginning with God. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made. In him was life; and the life was the light of men.”
Somebody - God has come to fill you with the Holy Ghost tonight.
There are some things that the church must be intentional about:
Gifts of the spirit, Five fold ministry have been dormant for too long
Spiritual hyper vigilance
Thirst, Hunger
I want more, It’s not enough in the pool, The altar, bible studies, prayer, fasting, the word,
amos 6:1 “Woe to them that are at ease in Zion, And trust in the mountain of Samaria, Which are named chief of the nations, To whom the house of Israel came!”
Ephesians 5:14 “Wherefore he saith, Awake thou that sleepest, and arise from the dead, and Christ shall give thee light.”
Wake Up! 11th hour alarm is activated.
Take the limits off.
Prodigal son- I will arise and go to my father
Lame man at gate beautiful, Silver and Gold have I none. Rise up!
He got up so you can get up
command your praise to raise up
Command your faith to raise up
Command your worship to raise
Psalm 121 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, From whence cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord, Which made heaven and earth. He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: He that keepeth thee will not slumber. Behold, he that keepeth Israel Shall neither slumber nor sleep.
Psalm 24
Lift up your heads, O ye gates; And be ye lift up, ye everlasting doors; And the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord strong and mighty, The Lord mighty in battle. Lift up your heads, O ye gates; Even lift them up, ye everlasting doors; And the King of glory shall come in. Who is this King of glory? The Lord of hosts, he is the King of glory. Selah.”
Raise it up!

#1 SEPARATED FROM LOT

Part 1 - Lot Must Go. Lot Has To Go, weights sins, repentance, God is speaking. Isaiah 6
And the Lord said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him,
Genesis 13:14-16 “And the Lord said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward: For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever. And I will make thy seed as the dust of the earth: so that if a man can number the dust of the earth, then shall thy seed also be numbered.”

Introduction - Prelude + Abraham and Lot Background

In the gospel according to Luke, in chapter 18, A rich young ruler asked Jesus, “Good teacher, what must I do to inherit eternal life?” Jesus answered him, obey the commandments- do not commit adultry, do not kill, do not steal, do not bear false witness, He said honor thy mother and thy father. And the young man replied that, he had kept all the commands from his youth, Jesus said, “Well, you still lack one thing- Sell everything you have and give to the poor, and you will have treasure in heaven. Then come and, follow me.” When the young man heard this, he became very sorrowful and went away because he was very wealthy.
When the young man left, Jesus continued the discussion with his disciples, he said, “How hard it is for the rich to enter the kingdom of God! Indeed, it is easier for a camel to go through the eye of a needle.”
The disciples asked, “Who then can be saved?”
Jesus replied with this important saying: “I tell you the truth, no one who has left home or wife or brothers or parents or children for the sake of the kingdom of God who will not receive many times as much in this life and will receive eternal life in the world to come.
Anyone that has been successfully walking with the Lord for some time can bear witness with me that:
In order to gain real abundant blessings in this life, you have to be willing to give up some stuff.
But whatever you give up for the sake of the Kingdom of God cannot be compared to the blessings that God has in store. He took five loaves and two fishes and multiplied it. He’ll trade your mess and give your a message, he’ll take your depression and give you deliverance.
I wouldn’t trade nothing for my journey now, You can take the whole world but give me Jesus. I’d rather have Jesus than silver or Gold.
Information
And so it is that we find in out text a crucial separation between two individuals, Lot and Abraham.
Lot was the grandson of Terah, son of Haran, and nephew of Abram (Abraham). Lot’s father Haran died unexpectedly, and so Lot was taken in by the rest of his family. At some point, after Haran’s death, Lot’s grandfather Terah decided to relocate his entire family to Canaan. They ended up settling in Harran instead. After Terah’s death the Lord spoke to Abram and told him to resume the journey to Canaan, promising to make him into a great nation (Genesis 12:1–3). Abram set out on this journey, and Lot went with him. But, When they came to Bethel, Abram’s and Lot’s sheepherders began to quarrel because there was not enough land to support the amount of livestock each man owned. So Abram presented an offer to Lot: that they would part company,
Lot could have first pick of the land he would occupy (Genesis 13:8–9).
Lot chose the land near the Jordan River, because it was rich and lush. The land he chose to settle his family was near the sinful city of Sodom (Verse 12)
Abram took other land.

Revelation- Abrahamn’s choice

At this point in the story, it would seen that Abram in our text had lost very much, in parting ways with Lot:
Lot his nephew
and some prime real estate in Canaan
But Abram did not lose the best land -
Abram did not lose family. No, God was giving him offspring like the dust of the earth, so that if anyone could count the dust, then could his offspring be counted.
God was giving him the entire land of Canaan. The land north and south, east and west, including that little circle of well-watered pasture in the plain.
Abram did not lose family. No, God was giving him offspring like the dust of the earth, so that if anyone could count the dust, then could his offspring be counted.
Sometimes the decision to separate may seem trivial and light. You know, Abraham could have chosen to compromise with Lot.

#3 The Promise is Yours (Salvation, Healing & Deliverance)

Genesis 13:17 “Arise, walk through the land in the length of it and in the breadth of it; for I will give it unto thee.”
Acts 2:38-39 “Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. For the promise is unto you, and to your children, and to all that are afar off, even as many as the Lord our God shall call.”

Explanation- Lot’s Choice

Much of Lot’s life is a picture of the consequences of greed and the negative influence of a sinful environment. Lot knew God, but he chose to live among people who would lead his family into sin and complacency.
He Pitched his tent towards Sodom
And next, We find Lot in Sodom- a wicked and evil place. Where God ultimately executed his wrath and judgement by causing fire and destruction.
Separation
Separation can be a painful thing, because everyone of us like to feel a sense of belonging especially to the people we love. However, some folks are placed in your life for a season. And you need to understand that, because of the unique plan of God for your life and where God is taking you, not everyone will be able to go with you.
OT Illustration: Isaac and Ishmael
Application- God called Abraham, not Lot- Lot would have been a distraction Baggage .
In fact before He reveal His Plan He will require that you release some people from your life
The reason why there is so much drama in your relationships is because some folks were not designed to be covenant partners to your calling.
You have to be careful who you walk with.
You see, God knew Lot’s intentions and inclinations long before he ended up in Sodom.
Let it go, let him Go, let her go, let it go.
Before you can Arise and walk , Lot Has to Leave. Lot has to Go
There is a spirit that is hindering this generation from being who God purposed them to be.
But the Spirit of the Lord is on a mission to BREAK YOU FREE FROM THE SPIRIT OF LOT!
Tonight is the night for your breakthrough.
Lot had to go so God could reveal to Abram what he had in store for Him in the next dimension of his destiny.
Major revelation is preceded by a decision to separate from Lot.
When we separate from Lot, God will speak
OT Illiustration
Isaiah 6:1–8 KJV 1900
In the year that king Uzziah died I saw also the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up, and his train filled the temple. Above it stood the seraphims: each one had six wings; with twain he covered his face, and with twain he covered his feet, and with twain he did fly. And one cried unto another, and said, Holy, holy, holy, is the Lord of hosts: The whole earth is full of his glory. And the posts of the door moved at the voice of him that cried, and the house was filled with smoke. Then said I, Woe is me! for I am undone; because I am a man of unclean lips, and I dwell in the midst of a people of unclean lips: for mine eyes have seen the King, the Lord of hosts. Then flew one of the seraphims unto me, having a live coal in his hand, which he had taken with the tongs from off the altar: And he laid it upon my mouth, and said, Lo, this hath touched thy lips; and thine iniquity is taken away, and thy sin purged. Also I heard the voice of the Lord, saying, Whom shall I send, and who will go for us? Then said I, Here am I; send me.
Application: Lord, Here am I send Me
We must be tuned in to what God is saying so we go and do what God wants us to do.
Isaiah 55:6–11 KJV 1900
Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, Call ye upon him while he is near: Let the wicked forsake his way, And the unrighteous man his thoughts: And let him return unto the Lord, and he will have mercy upon him; And to our God, for he will abundantly pardon. For my thoughts are not your thoughts, Neither are your ways my ways, saith the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are my ways higher than your ways, And my thoughts than your thoughts. For as the rain cometh down, And the snow from heaven, And returneth not thither, But watereth the earth, And maketh it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower, and bread to the eater: So shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: It shall not return unto me void, But it shall accomplish that which I please, And it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it.
When the Lord Speaks-
When God speaks- He sends his word to heal, He sends His word to bless, He sends his word to restore your broken places. His word will never return void but it will accomplish.
SPEAK LORD!!! - Thy Word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.
Propositional statement
If you are going to hear the voice of God and catch a revelation of your individual God designed purpose in life, There are three things that this generation of young people must do.

#2 Starve the Appetite of Lot (Self Denial)

Cultural Context
I am not sure if Lot intended and planned to go to Sodom; he planned to settle the plain. But he pitched his tent in the direction of Sodom, and in time that did it. Sodom reached out and got him. When God in His wrath destroyed the ancient cities, Lot was not out on the plains where planned to settle; he was in Sodom.
1 Thess 5:22 “Abstain from all appearance of evil.”
Imprisoned by Your Appetite/ A Slave to yourself )))))Preach b4 illustration((((
Thomas Costain wrote a book called The Three Edwards, it is a history of England during the perid of 1272 and 1377 it described the life of Raynald III, a fourteenth-century duke in what is now Belgium. This guy Raynald was extremely overweight, and was commonly called by his Latin nickname, Crassus, which means, “FAT.” True story.
After a violent battle, Raynald’s younger brother Edward led a successful battle against him. Edward captured Raynald but did not kill him. Instead, he built a room around Raynald in the Nieuwkerk castle and promised him he could regain his title and property as soon as he was able to leave the room. This would not have been difficult for most people since the room had several windows and a door of near-normal size, and none was locked or barred.
The problem was Raynald’s size. To regain his freedom, he needed to lose weight!
But Edward knew his older brother, and each day he sent a variety of delicious foods. Instead of dieting his way out of prison, Raynald grew more overweight. When Duke Edward was accused of cruelty, he had a ready answer: “My brother is not a prisoner..... He may leave when he so wills.”
Raynald stayed in that room for ten years and wasn’t released until after Edward died in battle. By then his health was so ruined he died within a year … a prisoner of his own appetite. *
Here is the revelation of the origin of SIN: “But each one is tempted when he is drawn away by his own desires [or appetites] and enticed.  Then, when desire has conceived, it gives birth to sin; and sin, when it is fully grown, brings forth death” (James 1:14-15).
Paul exclaimed, “O wretched man that I am! WHO will deliver me from this body of death?” (Romans 7:24).
Then Paul gave THE answer: “I thank God; through Jesus Christ our Lord!”  (Romans 7:25).  ONLY JESUS... can deliver us from the power of sin and death!
Jesus WON the ultimate victory over sin and death..... when He died on the cross as payment for sin (Ephesians 1:7) and broke the bonds of death through His resurrection (1 Corinthians 15:1-4).  WE can share in His victory through our submission to His will: believing in Him (Acts 16:30-31), turning from sin in repentance (Acts 17:30-31), confessing Him before men (Romans 10:9-10), and being baptized into Christ for the forgiveness of our sins (Acts 2:38).  Then, if we will continue to walk in the light of His Word, we, too, will be victorious.
2 Corinthians 6:16-1816 And what agreement hath the temple of God with idols? for ye are the temple of the living God; as God hath said, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; and I will be their God, and they shall be my people.17 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you.18 And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
And This Idol- Your flesh is imprisoned by its appetite!!!
The Devil knows your weakness is the appetite of your flesh.
1John 2:14I have written unto you, fathers, because ye have known him that is from the beginning. I have written unto you, young men, because ye are strong, and the word of God abideth in you, and ye have overcome the wicked one. 15Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him. 16For all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, and the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life, is not of the Father, but is of the world.
Many times, WE are our own worst enemy.  We become imprisoned by our own selfish desires and, unless we are rescued, our sin will lead to our own destruction not "liberty."
Solution for lust is to flee
"Flee also youthful lusts!" (2 Tim. 2:22).
Subject Your Appetite
19What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 20For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. (1 Cor. 6:19-20).
13There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it. 14Wherefore, my dearly beloved, flee from idolatry.
Flee Fornication
15Know ye not that your bodies are the members of Christ? shall I then take the members of Christ, and make them the members of an harlot? God forbid. 16What? know ye not that he which is joined to an harlot is one body? for two, saith he, shall be one flesh. 17But he that is joined unto the Lord is one spirit. 18Flee fornication. Every sin that a man doeth is without the body; but he that committeth fornication sinneth against his own body.
19What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? 20For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God's. (1 Cor. 6:19-20)
"Flee fornication!" (1 Cor. 6:18)
Pitch your tent towards Christ! Turn it around.
Hell has enlarged its mouth. Broad is the way that leads to destruction. Narrow is the way to eternal life.
Time to Lay aside the weight and the sin....that specific sin.

What God is Showing us

The church is pregnant right now with the greatest revival ever!!
in the last days saith God, I will pour out of my spirit on all flesh!
LOOK
Look - Pompano Beach, world changers, opportunity,
We need the spirit of Joshua and Caleb that says- We are well ablE
True Witness Pompano Beach- Do you see the land?

#3 Become a Living Sacrifice (Idol called self - Sacrifice of Praise and Worship)

Live for God by dying to self
We can learn a great deal about the apostolic church and preservation of our heritage through the study of the nation Israel. Way before the inception of the Church, the nation of Israel had been under attack and targeted  for destruction complete extinction.
In an article in the Jerusalem Post written on October 12, 2012 by Ahrone E. Wexler.
A great philosopher and theologian Prof. Michael Wyschogrod observed that the election of Jews as a people is biological rather than, as in Christianity, of a community of faith.
He also observed that Since the Jews are a people of flesh and not faith alone, Israel must be ready to sacrifice its flesh for its faith. This REALIZATION is the strength that allowed it to survive, massacres and genocide that cover Jewish history.
Because Israel knows that its existence in the flesh is an invitation to aggression by those who hate God and take their anger out on Him by attacking Israel.
So In order to preserve our faith and our existence we sacrifice our flesh without hesitation.
It is interesting to note that While The physical Jewish Temple structure has been destroyed in AD 70 The Jewish people have continued to sacrifice their Flesh to keep their Faith and Posterity alive.
We live in a generation that places much emphasis on the body.
We invest in products to clean up, paint up, and fix-up.
Concern about physical shape is ever on the increase. Diets: low fat this, low fat that. Diet pills industry is on the boom.
Exercise clubs, exercise machines, etc. There is a great investment on physical health. Watch that cholesterol, reduce that salt, and eat more roughage.
Honey you’re cute but get over yourself.
My body belongs to Jesus.
Man was the crowning act of the creation of God, made in the image of God, and designed to be a counterpart of God. Man is very dear to God, because he was formed by the hands of God in his own image.
We are fearfully and wonderfully made.
Yes! you are a great prize but your body is more than a trophy for show. You are the temple of the Holy Ghost. You are not your own you have been bought with a price.
“Jesus replied, “If anyone loves me, he will obey my teaching. My Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our home with him” (John 14:23). Your body is the temple of God. Be careful where it goes. Be careful what it does. Be careful what it ponders. Be careful how it reacts.
YOU ARE NOT YOUR OWN.
God is the owner of the whole man. Soul, body, and spirit are his.
Don't I have the right to do as I please with my own body? — No, you have no moral right, because you are violating the laws of life and health which God has given you.
You are the Lord’s property, — his by creation and his by redemption. Every human being is under obligation to preserve the living machinery that is so fearfully and wonderfully made.
You do not have the right to do as you please with your body, it is not your own. You have been bought with a price.
We therefore must realize our responsibility to guard the temple of God from defilement of sin, from the indulgence of appetite or from sinful practice, the body which is designed to represent God to the world.
"Flee from idolatry!" (1 Cor. 10:14).  Self worship is idolatry. Over indulging in the flesh is self worship.
define idolatry- excess adoration or devotion, obsession with something. Obsessed with yourself it is idolatry get over yourself. It's like you have discovered yourself and have this by hufolitnet view of this idol. This idol is your flesh.
No good thing in the flesh, who shall deliver me from the body of is death. It is a trap.  A prison. You are imprisoned by self.
Living Sacrifice
Romans 12:1-2 “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”
A dead sacrifice can only be offered once . a living sacrifice is a Continuous sacrifice.
Living sacrifice... Not dead. Better than a dead sacrifice because it is offered willingly. But the problem with a live sacrifice is that it keeps coming off the altar.
Holy acceptable
Reasonable service.
Rom8:1 walk not after the flesh but after the spirit.
Sacrifice of praise
Sacrifice time
Sacrifice finances
Good and acceptable and PERFECT Will of God- The perfect , acceptable will of God is TEMPLE SACRIFICE.
Definition of sacrifice
1 to give up or to let go: drop, lose, kiss goodbye, surrender
2 To deny ones self: sacrifice, abstinence , rejection,
3 To bless: confirm, consecrate, dedicate, exalt, glorify, offer, to give thanks to, praise.

Worship is a lifestyle. Your life should bring him glory
Worship is about more than singing.
It is more than just something we do for  during praise and worship service
Worship is a lifestyle
Worship is 24/7
Psalm 63:1-8-
Micah 6:8-
1 Corinthians 10:31- So whether you eat or drink or whatever you do, do it all for the glory of God.
Colossians 3:17-
1 Thessalonians 5:16-18-
Hebrews 13:15-16By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name. 16But to do good and to communicate forget not: for with such sacrifices God is well pleased.
Hebrews By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise continually which is the fruit of our lips
My Praise is my REASONABLE Service- Fair (after all he has done), Sensible (not foolish, I praise him because I understand, I realize, I praise him because "I GET IT" do you get it),
This temple was made to sacrifice and be sacrificed- Whole duty of man fear(Reverence, worship, praise) Keep his commandment.
1.Reverence-Honor
2.Obedience- as opposed to being disobedient- (witchcraft) Devil's sin lack of worship
21¶From that time forth began Jesus to shew unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day. 22Then Peter took him, and began to rebuke him, saying, Be it far from thee, Lord: this shall not be unto thee. 23But he turned, and said unto Peter, Get thee behind me, Satan: thou art an offence unto me: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but those that be of men. 24¶Then said Jesus unto his disciples, If any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. 25For whosoever will save his life shall lose it: and whosoever will lose his life for my sake shall find it. 26For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?
Jesus Christ set forth our example when he layed down his life. He said nevertheless less not my will But thine be done.
He Humbled himself even to the death of the cross. He sacrificed his life to preserve our existence. It was the sacrifice of his Temple.
The apostles understood this first hand and were willing to follow suit by sacrificing their very bodies and life for the existence and preservation of truth and righteousness and the apostolic message.
In a devil influenced society where the slogan is "do what though wilt." The slogan for the church should be "Temple Sacrifice."
For the world, homosexuality is the new norm, ungodliness is the new norm. We go by a different set of rules . our bodies are not our own, we have been bought with a price. we were born to Glorify God in our bodies. Temple sacrifice is the new norm.
Mark 15:37-38
37And Jesus cried with a loud voice, and gave up the ghost. 38And the veil of the temple was rent in twain from the top to the bottom.
Jesus died and gave up the Ghost. Something gets released when you die.
Is your all on the altar of sacrifice laid?
In Closing
Jesus makes the promise (John 14:15-26) “If you love me, you will obey what I command. And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another Counsellor to be with you forever –the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you” (John 14:15-17). With the Spirit indwelling you, every word, every thought, and every deed is in His view. The Holy Spirit knows you. He knows your strengths and your weaknesses. He knows your sinful acts and your holy deeds. He knows you better than you do.
You’ve been having a fight in your walk lately. Come let the word work on your behalf
You’ve been feeling the fight to stay alive spiritually, come God wants to fight for you.
Its been a struggle. Spirit of Lot is attacking your peace
Prophecy

Red seas
famine, hunger
But he that keepeth israel neither slumbers nor sleep.
Isaiah 53:1–5 KJV 1900
Who hath believed our report? And to whom is the arm of the Lord revealed? For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, And as a root out of a dry ground: He hath no form nor comeliness; And when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him. He is despised and rejected of men; A man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: And we hid as it were our faces from him; He was despised, and we esteemed him not. Surely he hath borne our griefs, And carried our sorrows: Yet we did esteem him stricken, Smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities: The chastisement of our peace was upon him; And with his stripes we are healed.
But God showed him a generation that would conquer, take up the mantle Elijah Elisha. Doing greater works, building, fighting the enemy. an established nation. Remind them of the covenant every generation.
For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed for ever.
Faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen.
Here God gives the evidence.

Catch the vision and not only see it but Hold on to what God has shown you. Write it down what God has revealed to you.
You will come across jealous people, dream killers, anointing assassins.
Herods who seek to kill you in your infancy. Let no man despise your youth.
But God has a word for you tonight, You shall not die but live to declare the works of the Lord!

Walk In Dominon (Apostolic Power)

Why sit we here until we die, God is calling you to “step” into a greater dimension of authority. Come up
Greater is he that is in you
God is calling you in this season to Arise and Walk, Get up and Go, It’s time to make a move
Abraham’s Generation (Intro) walked, Joshua’s Generation possessed the land.- Parallels between Abraham’s walking and Joshua possessing - arise, walk, altar, reposition, faith,
God is calling Why sit we here until we die, you to greater things, come up higher
Whom shall I send- Here I am Lord!

17 That in blessing I will bless thee, and in multiplying I will multiply thy seed as the stars of the heaven, and as the sand which is upon the sea shore; and thy seed shall possess the gate of his enemies;

O Lord, thou art my God;
I will exalt thee, I will praise thy name;
for thou hast done wonderful things;
thy counsels of old
are faithfulness and truth.
