Support and stay

God takes away support and supply (stay and staff)

Stay is city is country

Staff is symbolic of support as an elderly man may lean on it for support. There church and kingdom had grown old and decaying and God was threatening to remove the support.

Bread and water is the life source to people. By just witholding the rain God could remove the support of both from the people.

Christ is the bread of life and water of life

These can also be withheld by Him withholding His blessings. Amos 8:11 ““Behold, the days are coming,” declares the Lord God, “when I will send a famine on the land— not a famine of bread, nor a thirst for water, but of hearing the words of the Lord.”

Matthew 4:4 “But he answered, “It is written, “ ‘Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.’ ”

Christ tells us he who drinks the water i give him will never thirst again.

Haggai 1:6 “You have sown much, and harvested little. You eat, but you never have enough; you drink, but you never have your fill. You clothe yourselves, but no one is warm. And he who earns wages does so to put them into a bag with holes.”

Romans 13:1 “Let every person be subject to the governing authorities. For there is no authority except from God, and those that exist have been instituted by God.”

He removes the elder and manly and replaces with the babies and effeminate

When government collapses caos breaks out

Radical feminism wants male headship eradicated. Anytime a male takes on the role or characteristics of a woman he has degraded himself and like wise the woman taking on the role of a man.
