Mark 16:1-6 read

The Force of Faith …

We are talking about how Faith works … and that … Faith is a force… a spiritual force ...

if you know anything about spiritual things you know that physical things are controlled by the more powerful world of the spirit.

… physical things are controlled by the more powerful world of the spirit.

All through the gospels Jesus talks about Faith and Believing and even Paul as he writes the epistles writes the same thing.

As a matter of fact he says that the Just shall live by Faith.

this is written in the old testament and the new testament.

And so if you are going to live by something we certainly need to know how it works…

because this is what you are going to have to live by.

we are talking about the people of God now…

I think of David coming to the front line as a boy a youth… and as he came to the front line...

...remember King Saul what he tried to do he tried to hang his armor on David…

Goliath was there and they were fearful and afraid and he tried to hang his armor on David as he came to the front line.

but David said something to him in 1 Samuel chapter 17 he said,” I haven’t proven this (I haven’t tested this out.)”...

this is one of the tricks of the enemy is to try to get you to leave the realm of Faith… and to come down and operate in the realm of the natural…

where mainly the masses are being controlled by the spirit of fear.

And he said,” i haven’t checked this out.”

And he took it off and advanced toward the frontline.

He told king Saul, “ i slayed a lion and a bear i can take this big guy.”

I think some people don’t advance to the front because they are looking to hard at the size of the giant rather then the size of their Faith…

There are giants out here…

The 10 spies spoke when they came back … they said,” hey there are giants in that land we can’t take’em.”

… well you can’t take them in your own strength… and the trick of the enemy is to try and reduce us to fighting him in our own strength…

… and this is not where you want to be… that is a losing proposition because no human can defeat satan…

… But if you ever get the human operating in Faith…

Faith moves the hand of God. Faith is a force that can do the impossible anytime.

Faith can even cause time to speed up… and slow down… That’s how powerful Faith is.

Jesus asked many times,” where is your Faith?”

So the enemy is not after us… he is after out Faith…

… because he knows Faith will defeat him… everytime.... not one time of sometime, everytime.

These women … they picked up the oil…

They bought spices…

They knew the tomb was sealed… yet they bought the spices… they knew the tomb was sealed… yet they bought spices to anoint Him.

That is the same principle of calling things that be not as though they were. same...

Faith has an operation

its operation is a process

… the idea of walking by Faith is not walking by common sense…

… its walking by Faith, it is something in the heart, it has to be released when you act on it, and when it is released it can do what no human can do.

… nobody could move that rock…

Another case is in Luke 17

God weather we know it or not speaks to us … of course through His word, but He also speaks into our spirit and we can either believe it or not…

we know that He is thee God of increase He says try Me and see that I won’t pour you out a blessing you cannot contain.

and in His word He says bring your tithes and offerings and as you obey His word you will begin to learn that with the same measure you bring the same will be measured back to you… which in of itself is a massive blessing.

And in this understanding you will begin to understand God wants to raise your faith to faith… He wants to increase your Faith and He understands it will be a process for you to trust Him to mold you into what He plans for you and do what He plans for you to do so He is always creating ways to … get us up to speed to do the kind of work the Spirit of His word says it can and will do in and through your life…

The more we increase to God, the more we give to God … “I must decrease so God can increase”… the more God will increase us as we need as heirs with His Son.

when we raise our level God is Faithful in what you do for Him… (parable of the talents)

what happens these days is people are looking to be increased or leveled up first before they obey God’s word…

they want to feel something, see something before they act on what God has said…

VERSE 11 (Luke 17:11-14) read

“...as they went they were cleansed...”

suppose they didn’t “went”… what would have happened?

suppose they sat there and said,” we can’t we got the leper-racy!”… what would have happened? … nothing…

But once they acted on His Word believing Him, not being able to have all the answers but acting on what they heard...

The force of Faith kicked in to operation and removed the condition… in this case it was leper-racy… Faith removed what was in their body…

SO THE ENEMY MIGHT TRY AND PUT SOMETHING ON YOU, BUT FAITH CAN GET IT OFF… AMEN.

We need more of this because the Bible says,” take heed what you hear.”

Mark 4:21-24 read

so we have to take heed what we hear...

God wants us to see that because Faith has to be fed… but so does fear…

God tells us to fight one fight… 1 Timothy 6:12 “fight the good fight of Faith.”

Did He tell you to fight the devil? Did He tell you to fight people? Did He tell you to fight denominations?

He told you to fight one fight… the good fight of Faith… why is it good?

We win how many times? every time… there are no win a few lose a few… we win at every one.

Fear we have to make sure it stays out of our lives.

This idea about Faith when it comes sometimes it has a tendency to make you seem just a little bit radical.

lets look at Mark chapter 2 ( Mark 2:1-9)read

(verse 9 its just as easy to be healed as it is to be saved...)

Mark 2:10-12 read

Notice how the Spirit of Faith made them seem a little radical.

sometimes you can’t hang around folks ...

my challenge is to stay kind and in love when folks try to bring fear or something other then Faith to me.

Faith has to be exercised

And if you don’t you’ll lose Faith dexterity (skills, (especially with the hands) mental quickness...)

always fishing vs haven’t been fishing in years...

a good experienced fisherman can feel the fish on that hook… his dexterity is honed in, his sensitivity his spiritual senses understand what is going on… verses not having been fishing in years and as a result when he checks the line he finds out the bait is gone everything is gone because the dexterity has been lost.

For a gillnet fisherman it would be using old gear or the gear is not mended up and so fish would just swim right through the gear verses an experienced gillnet fisherman would know to mend the net would know to make sure the gear is taken care of so it would be an abundant successful time out on the water

in either case the skill and time put in would determine the success of the action.

If you are not exercising your Faith you are losing you sensitivity your awareness of its importance in our assignment our life.

We have to operate in Faith everyday … trying in that everything i do like this message coming out right now has to gotten by Faith.

Being thankful to God for leading us into His Plan His will for our life not even knowing what He wanted me to say ...

I’m rolling away the stone …

Faith has got to be acted on you got to speak it you got to say it.

David had to say something to Goliath… He said,” this day shall the Lord deliver you into my hand.” He was releasing Faith.

Faith causes the hand of God to move.

to move when? … this day…

Many times if not all the time i don’t know … I just have to walk by Faith, I just have to live by Faith…

the enemy is always trying to get us to come out of Faith… he lies to us, he tries to deceive us, he temps us…

we have to bind that devil from attacking our lives in the name of Jesus. there is power in the name of Jesus.

We have to Fight the good Fight of Faith you got to stay in Faith, if you made that confession you have to stay there, amen.

you can’t go by how you feel or whats coming against you. You can’t go by how it looks or what somebody said.

you got to go by one thing … the Word of God. If God said it that’s what you believe and if that’s what you believe that’s what you speak that’s what you say that’s what you act on that’s what you do. amen

Say what God said and pretty soon something going to have to start happening BECAUSE FAITH WILL DOMINATE IN THIS EARTH PRAISE GOD IN HEAVEN.

The devil is always trying to get you to respond out of Faith… go show yourself to the priest…

See but that wasn’t legal in those days if you still got signs of the leper-racy you’re not suppose to go.

BUT as they went… they were not looking at all the evidence on the outside. They were looking for the evidence of Faith…

This is key to help you cross over to the otherside… now you’re about to get your inheritance. because your inheritance has to be recieved by Faith.

2Timothy1 (hold this passage)

Luke 21:25-26 read

“mens hearts failing them for fear.”

one thing is to be frightened and sometime we gasp and cover our heart.

But what the scriptures also refer to as our heart is our spirit and this passage refers to a time when the spirit of a man will fail to produce…

in these last days fear will take over the hearts

and mankind will not be able to produce things that he’d like to produce and fear will control his or her life.

Now 2Timothy 1:7 read

GOD hasn’t given us a spirit of fear. So if you have fear did it come from God? … nope...

someone might say,” a little fear is kind of healthy for you.”

What does the scripture say about that? Revelation 21:7-8 read

NO FEAR. One day meditate no fear… it would definitely change you when you have NO FEAR.

What people think about you, what people say about you, if this does not work

I wonder how you would act if you have no fear zero… absolute zero fear.

ABSOLUTE FAITH WHERE YOU HAVE NO FEAR IN YOU AT ALL.

The fear and just a little bit is designed to contaminate your Faith. (No Fear 1.50)
