Who am I?
Who am I?
Some of you or maybe most of you may know who I am, but I know there are some of you that do not know me.
As you maybe well aware, I am the second and youngest child of Sundari Kurniadi, I was born in Ryde Hospital on the 8 February 1982. That’s right, I’ve been on this earth for coming close to 42 years and born during the best period of human history! The 80s!
I am going to share my testimony as to how I became a minister, for many of you who have known me these 40+ years you would have known what my upbringing and what I was like, you’re probably still asking that same old question, how is it possible that such rebellious and troubled boy can be my pastor? Did aliens abduct him and replaced him with someone else?
For many of you, you may have not known what I was like when I was growing up, and so I bring you all back to the beginning of this church before the thought of SISDAC or BISA ever came about.

My memories of church start at Strathfield Chinese SDA Church as you can see from these pictures, my family was well connected with the Indonesian group at Strathfield, as many of you are aware for those that migrated to Sydney.
Being amongst people of your heritage and culture makes Sydney not too far away from home. Of course, Sydney as we know it is a multicultural city. But, the 80s was predominately white, we didn’t there wasn’t many places that had these cultural and ethnic groups that congregated in a suburb apart from Cabramatta where you had the Vietnamese and other South East Asian groups or Leichhardt with the Italians.
