THE KINGDOM OF GOD

Luke 13:3 (ESV)

No, I tell you; but unless you repent, you will all likewise perish.

A WAKE UP CALL:

ARE YOU PREPARED FOR WHAT LIES BEYOND?

GOD IS PATIENT

GOD DESIRES OUR REPENTANCE

GOD DESIRES OUR FRUITFULNESS NOT OUR DESTRUCTION

2 Peter 3:9 (ESV)

The Lord is not slow to fulfill his promise as some count slowness, but is patient toward you, not wishing that any should perish, but that all should reach repentance.

Ezekiel 33:11 (ESV)

Say to them, As I live, declares the Lord God, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked, but that the wicked turn from his way and live; turn back, turn back from your evil ways, for why will you die, O house of Israel?

REPENTANCE = TURN TO GOD CONTINUALLY

WHAT FRUIT ARE WE BEARING?

LET’S ASK OURSELVES:

1. IS OUR FAITH REFLECTED IN OUR DAILY LIVES?

2. DO OUR ACTIONS ALIGN WITH THE TEACHINGS OF JESUS?

3. HAVE WE FORGIVEN THOSE WHO HAVE WRONGED US?

4. ARE WE ACTIVELY SPREADING JESUS’ PEACE AND LOVE IN OUR COMMUNITIES?
