The Harvest Of The Earth IS Ripe

What does it mean that the Harvest is plentiful

Matthew 9:37 “Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few.”

The Pharisees are being critical:

Verses 1-8- Jesus heals a paralytic.

verses-9-13Jesus calls Matthew,a tax collector,and is chided by thePharisees for spending time with “sinners’.

THE FIELDS ARE WHITE

Revelation 14:14“And I looked, and behold, a white cloud, and on the cloud was seated one like a son of man, having on his head a golden crown, and in his hand a sharp sickle.”

Revelation 14:15 “And another angel came out of the temple, crying out with a loud voice to the one seated on the cloud, “Send out your sickle and reap, because the hour to reap has come, because the harvest of the earth is ripe!””

Revelation 14:16 “And the one seated on the cloud swung his sickle on the earth, and the earth was reaped.”

Revelation 14:17 “And another angel came out of the temple that is in heaven; he also had a sharp sickle.”

Revelation 14:18 “And another angel who had authority over the fire went out from the altar, and he called out with a loud voice to the one who had the sharp sickle, saying, “Send out your sharp sickle and harvest the clusters of grapes from the vine of the earth, because its grapes are at their prime!””

Revelation 14:19 “And the angel swung his sickle into the earth and harvested the vine of the earth, and threw the grapes into the great winepress of the wrath of God.”

Revelation 14 ;Revelation 20 “And I saw an angel descending from heaven, holding the key of the abyss and a great chain in his hand. And he seized the dragon—the ancient serpent, who is the devil and Satan—and bound him for a thousand years, and threw him into the abyss, and shut it and sealed it above him, in order that he could not deceive the nations again until the thousand years are completed.
