Introduction

Greeting
Welcome hybrid Church,
Story
About year and half, i was giving this intern Pastor Position. I remember feeling both excited and Afraid. Faith and I were driving back from the banaff ministry retreat. If you know me im a dreamer and as we were driving back i remember thinking were doing to this and that and im going tio speak here in the follow year. Whats funny i they actually just aske dme to speak there or pray so close enough lol but as we were dreaming all this things for the church i lose control of the car and we start slidding and we start i see the semi truck coming in full force. I remember feel like like life is temporary you need to stop being afriad, Dealth can knock of everyone door. I Remember two Lessons i learned from the accident first live with less fear but becuase life is temporary and time wait for no one. But second was More Important dont live in your dreams or fears but live and focus on the present for that is what shapes the future.
Summary
I want to do a quick recap of this series because we coming to the end. Pastor Sam spoke to us about The vision how we will be planting churchs but it requires love, unity from the church. Pastor terefe spoke to us giving us greater context that from 30 years ago God Called him to plant a church and he say a neeed for the second generation called Hybrid not only for there kids but for all nations and He saw Hybrid In the future Planting Many churchs in major cities. then Caleb sereke spoke to us about our history as hybrid and how key leaders helped bring revival and build some young leaders for this mission. Today, my assignment is to teach where Hybrid is in the present, i belive even though maturity is a lifelong journey just like purity where individuals have big spurs of growth i think we are currently in that season.
Teaching
Colossians 1:28 NIV
He is the one we proclaim, admonishing and teaching everyone with all wisdom, so that we may present everyone fully mature in Christ.
Transition
I belive that we will see Greater maturity in our organzition and as a people in this season.

The Church

The Story
One of temptation we all face is to ignore problems in our life or organzation, We dont want to look at our cheques and savings because we spending to much or we ignore a interpersonally conflict we have with someone, we ignore and the thing about ignoring problems is they grow unless there addressed. We as a lead team are in the proccess as address challegenes and the disorder in hybrid church because we do have problems we dont act like we dont have problems but were always willing to fix them bring solutions to the church.

Quote by Caleb Serek
If we give enough attention to any probolem we can fix it.
Transition
We are addressing this challeneges becuase we want to mature as a organization and the reason we want to mature as a organzation is because we feel we need to be example another churchs specailly the ones we plant.

The People

Introduction
I do beliveve God is calling everyone in this room towards maturity now, The Church depends on your maturity. In scripture maturity isnt measured by age, gifting or physical devolpmement. God measures maturity diffeently then Humans becuase Gods ways arent always Mans ways. Do you want to be mature in christ, do you want to be a example to anothers becuase i want us to assess the scriptures and let the scriptures tell us what is maturity is and lets test ourshelves and see where you can mature in chirst?
Bibliical Knowledge
Hebrews 6:1–3 NIV
Therefore let us move beyond the elementary teachings about Christ and be taken forward to maturity, not laying again the foundation of repentance from acts that lead to death, and of faith in God, instruction about cleansing rites, the laying on of hands, the resurrection of the dead, and eternal judgment. And God permitting, we will do so.
The author of hebrews calls the belivers towards maturity by telling them they need to go beyond basic introduction doctrines about christianity.
Ephesians 4:11–15 NIV
So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. Then we will no longer be infants, tossed back and forth by the waves, and blown here and there by every wind of teaching and by the cunning and craftiness of people in their deceitful scheming. Instead, speaking the truth in love, we will grow to become in every respect the mature body of him who is the head, that is, Christ.
Paul contrasts infants with the mature by saying infanst belive everything and there easly decieved there are people who decietive and teach faslehood. The mature are tossed or shaken by every doctrine and can distern fasle hood from truth.
Righteous Living
1 Corinthians 3:1–3 NIV
Brothers and sisters, I could not address you as people who live by the Spirit but as people who are still worldly—mere infants in Christ. I gave you milk, not solid food, for you were not yet ready for it. Indeed, you are still not ready. You are still worldly. For since there is jealousy and quarreling among you, are you not worldly? Are you not acting like mere humans?
The apostle Paul calls christians who live worldly in word and deed as imature becuase the fruit of maturity isnt just show in knowledge of Gods word but aslo in righteosus living empowered by his spirit.
1 Corinthians 13:1–13 NIV
If I speak in the tongues of men or of angels, but do not have love, I am only a resounding gong or a clanging cymbal. If I have the gift of prophecy and can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge, and if I have a faith that can move mountains, but do not have love, I am nothing. If I give all I possess to the poor and give over my body to hardship that I may boast, but do not have love, I gain nothing. Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love never fails. But where there are prophecies, they will cease; where there are tongues, they will be stilled; where there is knowledge, it will pass away. For we know in part and we prophesy in part, but when completeness comes, what is in part disappears. When I was a child, I talked like a child, I thought like a child, I reasoned like a child. When I became a man, I put the ways of childhood behind me. For now we see only a reflection as in a mirror; then we shall see face to face. Now I know in part; then I shall know fully, even as I am fully known. And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love.
The righteous Living starts with our heart, where our intention and movatations are fueled by love.
