Warm-Ups

Dribble

Go up and down the court

After doing this once, switch hands

Passing and shooting

Players start with basketball

They pass to me, I pass to them

They shoot the ball

Defense

Take turns playing defense on me and dale

Spread your hands out, and stay between the player and the basket

And remember… keep your eye on the ball!

Pass to a Friend (and Get Open)!

One player will start with the basketball

All other players will spread out, getting open for a pass

The player will pass, and then the player it is passed to will go in for the shot

We will take turns on who starts with the ball, and who the ball gets passed to.
