King James Version (John 3:16-17)
16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.
King James Version (John 14:6)
6 Jesus saith unto him, I am the way, the truth, and the life: no man cometh unto the Father, but by me.
King James Version (John 6:44)
No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him:
King James Version (John 16:7)
7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you. 8 And when he is come, he will rreprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: 9 Of sin, because they believe not on me; 10 Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; 11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

1. Scripture tells us that there is a Divine Trinity!

In our text we see this.

2. The Holy Trinity is active in the work of the salvation!

Creation
King James Version (Genesis 1:1-3)
1 IN the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. 2 And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
3 And God said, Let there be light: and there was light. 4 And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
I realize that this is what Scripture is saying. That the Holy Trinity is active in the work of salvation.
You see first of all,

3. The Father sent the Son to be the lifeline for all of humanity!

4. The Father and the Son sent the Spirit to draw humanity in through that lifeline.

King James Version (Acts 1:4)
And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father,
King James Version (John 14:16-17)
And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever; 17 Even the Spirit of truth;
King James Version (John 16:7)
7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come unto you; but if I depart, I will send him unto you.
THE WORK OF THE SPIRIT IS TO DRAW MEN AND WOMEN BACK TO GOD!
HOW DOES HE DO THIS? Through conviction or in other words pulling. Drawing.
King James Version (John 16:8-11)
And when he is come, he will reprove the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgment: 9 Of sin, because they believe not on me; 10 Of righteousness, because I go to my Father, and ye see me no more; 11 Of judgment, because the prince of this world is judged.

Sin nature - lusts and desires

For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. 17 For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved. 18 He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God. 19 And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil. 20 For every one that doeth evil hateth the light, neither cometh to the light, lest his deeds should be lreproved. 21 But he that doeth truth cometh to the light, that his deeds may be made manifest, that they are wrought in God.
