Total Average Attendance: 220 (up 30 from January Last Year)

One Service 80% capacity was 190

39 of the 46 Sundays were at or above our single service 80% capacity

While 9 of those (1 Sunday a month) was over our max capacity in general.

Meaning we would have had to shut the doors and turn people away.

Only 7 total Sundays were fewer than our single service 80% capacity, but when we say that it was only by 10 people so not very much.

Which remember still only equates to 2 seats per row

70% of Sundays were averaging 180+

The other 30%: 165

Good News on Debt

Current Money: $841,755

As of May 2023, the remaining mortgage on the building was $683,078.

Functionally out of debt.

Could pay it off and still have $158,000 in reserves.

We won’t because it doesn’t balloon until March 2026 and we are making more on interest than we are paying in interest on our mortgage.

God’s grace that we are functionally debt free 2 years early and Lord willing will be officially debt free before our Mortgage is up all thanks to your faithful giving.
