The fasted life is the prosperous life.
One of the things we’re believing for as a result of this corporate fast are personal breakthroughs.
What is the financial breakthrough the Lord is telling you to believe for?
Is it a new home? Debts cancelled? An increase in your income? Additional streams of income? As we enter into this time of fasting together as a church family, I want you to know there is power in our agreement. As a pastoral staff, we are in agreement with you for your breakthrough. So as we are fasting, here’s the verse the Lord gave me as the catalyst for our financial breakthroughs.
Galatians 6:7–9 (ESV)
7 Do not be deceived: God is not mocked, for whatever one sows, that will he also reap. 8 For the one who sows to his own flesh will from the flesh reap corruption, but the one who sows to the Spirit will from the Spirit reap eternal life. 9 And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.
Our time of fasting is sowing to the things of the Spirit. From that sowing, we reap what the Spirit desires for us. We go from seeking riches of the world to inheriting the prosperity and wealth of the Kingdom. This fasted life is going to result in more prosperity than you’ve ever experienced. Don’t give up on seed sowed by the Spirit. A time of fasting is a time of harvest if we don’t give up and set our hearts on the things of God, and one of those things is Biblical prosperity for people who have tuned their ears to the Holy Spirit and shut out the flesh to receive what we need to bring the Kingdom of God to earth.
