I am not moved by what I see or by what I feel. I am moved by what I believe. I believe the WORD of God! The victory is mine! I have it now! I can see it through the eyes of my faith! In Jesus Name!

Introduction:
As we have entered into this holy space . My prayer is that in your home, in your car, at your job , where ever you are at - today we can find hope,
today through the word of God added to the mustard seed of faith that we have we can see the light and we can find a place of new beginnings
Young people have this saying “Life is Life-ing” Today in this world with all of its ups and downs, this thing called life can make us feel tired,
This thing called life can wear you out! It seems like the more we do, the more there is to do!
But here is what I know - here is what I stand on I stand on this - The God we serve, Our God is strong, when we are weak, Our God keeps his promises no matter what!
So this message will be a message of comfort and hope. Today, we are going to look at the comforting words of Isaiah 40:31 and learn how we can fly like eagles and feel stronger in the arms of our loving Creator!
Let’s look at the history
The Prophet Isaiah lived in the eighth century! Now this is a very important time in Israel's history. When you read the entire book of Isaiah The first 39 chapters talk about how the children of Israel will be punished and sent away because they didn't follow God's rules. basically, they were in sin and God would use some neighboring countries to threaten them and bring an end to the Northern Kingdom of Israel.
Then we get to chapter 40 and there is a clear change in tone and theme by the writer! The writer then begins to talk about the Israelites' captivity in Babylon and sends them a message of comfort and hope.
This atmosphere of hope and relief is what Isaiah 40:31 is set in. This text is near the end of the chapter, and we see Isaiah reassuring the people that God's power and faithfulness will last, even though things are hard for them. The idea of flying like an eagle is a strong way to describe how God gives strength and renewal to those who trust Him.
Now, the children of Israel would have continued to feel hopeless and worn out while they were in exile in Babylon. But This chapter is meant to support them back then and support us today by reassuring us that God is in charge and that those who put their hope in Him will get a deep renewal of strength that will help them get through the tough times! he reminds them that if the Trust in God their will be a renewed strength that comes to you to keep on going!
31 But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint.
31 But those who trust in the Lord will find new strength. They will soar high on wings like eagles. They will run and not grow weary. They will walk and not faint.
1. Place your Hope In Jesus
This is what Isaiah wants us to remember: our strength is not in our problems, but in the Lord. We need to put our hope in Him.
When you are going through something! The Psalm writer says this
7 “And now, Lord, what do I wait for? My hope is in You.
7 “What am I doing in the meantime, Lord? Hoping, that’s what I’m doing—hoping
No matter what - I must put my hope in Jesus
That’s why the songwriter penned the song
I Must Tell Jesus all of my trials, I cannot bear these burdens alone, In my distress, he kindly will help me, He ever loves and cares for his own!
I must tell Jesus, I must tell Jesus , I cannot bear my burdens alone, I must tell Jesus, I must tell Jesus, cause jesus can help me- jesus alone
I’m gonna tell Jesus , because he gives me hope! When you and I put our hope in God, we connect with what I call an endless source of power
2: Acknowledge you need strength to make it through
Isaiah tells us, Isaiah paints an amazing picture of God renewing our strength.
Life and all the problems, life and all the issues, Life and all the unexpected surprises, Life and all the disappointments, Life and all the challenges can be exhausting, and we may feel drained at times!
Now, let’s keep this real- Sometimes You and Iare exhausted because of sin in our lives - Sin that we are currently involved in, sin that we are currently acting on and Sin that we don’t want to let go! Sometimes, You and I are exhausted because of the sin of others around us! Sometimes, we are exhausted because of attacks from the enemy, but God promises to refresh and revive us.
3 He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake.
When you and I get tired of the sin, trust in God's ability to renew your strength, knowing that He is always faithful.
When you and I get tired of being tired the bible tells us that God will restore our souls and that he will then take the lead and get us back on the right path for his names sake.
3. Flying like an eagle
People know eagles for being strong and able to fly above weather. In the same way, here is what God can do. he gives us the strength to get through hard times.
Flying like an eagle isn't just a poetic picture for people who put their hope in the Lord; it's a deep truth. Eagles soar above storms, and God wants us to do the same. By doing so, we can gain new strength, spiritual understanding, and the knowledge that He is always with us.
Even God had to remind Paul when Paul had his illness, his challenge, his thorn in the flesh and Paul tells the Corinthians what God told him
2 Corinthians 12:9 (NKJV)
9 And He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My strength is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore most gladly I will rather boast in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.
Man, the grace of God can give you strength to go each and everyday! Knowing that Jesus Loves you in spite of what you are currently going through!
When we depend on God's grace, we can rise above problems with more power.
Point 4: You can run and walk without getting tired
Isaiah tells us that people who trust in the Lord will not only fly like birds, but they will also be able to run and walk without getting tired. This means that you will stay strong for the road ahead.
13 I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.
God gives us the strength to not only rise above problems, but also to run the daily race and walk with stamina.
So let me close with this
before we go through the hard hard challenges:
Start each day with intentional time spent in prayer and reading God's Word. This act of seeking God's presence allows you to anchor your hope in Him, setting a positive tone for the day ahead. Make it a habit to meditate on verses that remind you of God's promises and His renewing strength.
When you do that you can Trust God your Challenges:
Stop thinking you need to handle everything on your strength! You have to purposely place your trust in God. As you encounter difficulties, take a moment to pray and surrender the situation to Him. Remember that God's strength is made perfect in our weakness (2 Corinthians 12:9).
Start purposely practicing Gratitude and learn to be Content
when you ae grateful - something shifts in your spirit . Something shifts in your thoughts You focus less on your problems and challenges and focus more on the goodness of God
11 Not that I was ever in need, for I have learned how to be content with whatever I have.
12 I know how to live on almost nothing or with everything. I have learned the secret of living in every situation, whether it is with a full stomach or empty, with plenty or little.
13 For I can do everything through Christ, who gives me strength.
when you are going through problems began to Serve Others with God's Strength:
Engage in acts of service, using the strength God provides. Whether it's helping a neighbor, volunteering at a local charity, or simply offering a kind word to someone in need, allow God's strength to flow through you. Acts of service not only bless others but also become opportunities for you to experience God's empowering grace Galatians 5:13
13 It is absolutely clear that God has called you to a free life. Just make sure that you don’t use this freedom as an excuse to do whatever you want to do and destroy your freedom. Rather, use your freedom to serve one another in love; that’s how freedom grows.
get yourself around some praying people
In times of trouble, having people around you that prays, that encourages, and that uplifts can make a huge difference.
9 Two are better than one, Because they have a good reward for their labor.
10 For if they fall, one will lift up his companion. But woe to him who is alone when he falls, For he has no one to help him up.
11 Again, if two lie down together, they will keep warm; But how can one be warm alone?
12 Though one may be overpowered by another, two can withstand him. And a threefold cord is not quickly broken.
Take care of your body, your mind, and your soul is
19 Or do you not know that your body is the temple of the Holy Spirit who is in you, whom you have from God, and you are not your own?
20 For you were bought at a price; therefore glorify God in your body and in your spirit, which are God’s.
Adequate rest, healthy habits, and moments of relaxation contribute to your overall strength and resilience.
My prayer is that you would apply the word of God to you life
May God bless you and keep you!
