the most powerful people want him dead

he is human; he doesn’t want to suffer

questioning his actions and choices and knowing that God could take him away from all of this

Application

hurting what God has made for good is sin

you are something that God has made with the ability to do good

whether you see it in yourself or not

whether anyone else sees it or not

you are an important part of the very good in the world
