2 Chronicles 15:17 (NKJV)
17 But the high places were not removed from Israel. Nevertheless the heart of Asa was loyal all his days.
2 Chronicles 16:9 (NKJV)
9 For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to show Himself strong on behalf of those whose heart is loyal to Him. In this you have done foolishly; therefore from now on you shall have wars.”
KJV-”perfect” NKJV-”loyal” ESV-”wholly true”, “blameless”

“obedience to the divine will as fulfillment of specific concrete requirements.”

What does it mean to have a “perfect” or “loyal heart”?
How can I position myself in order for God “to show Himself strong” in my behalf”?
What prevents God from showing “Himself strong” in my behalf”?
What changes do I need to make in order for God to do this in my life?
