What does it mean to Live in the Secret Place

Psalm 91:1 says, “He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.”

The word “dwelleth” in the original Hebrew here means to dwell; to lodge; to take up residency; or to move into a place and stay there permanently.
