The Word of God is the Standard, not this worksheet.

This is only a tool to help you examine yourself.

Answer each question fully and honestly.

If you find that you do not currently meet the qualifications of an elder but may qualify one day, work on the things you need to work on over the next few years, and then come back and reassess yourself.
