10 For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; Neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.
11 Thou wilt shew me the path of life: In thy presence is fulness of joy; At thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

…looking very narrowly before him as he went, he espied two Lions in the way. Now, thought he, I see the dangers that Mistrust and Timorous were driven back by. (The Lions were chained, but he saw not the chains.)
Then he was afraid, and thought also himself to go back after them, for he thought nothing but death was before him: But the Porter at the lodge whose name is Watchful, perceiving that Christian made a halt as if he would go back, cried unto him saying,
“ Is thy strength so small? Fear not the Lions, for they are chained, and are placed there for trial of faith where it is, and for discovery of those that have none. Keep in the midst of the Path, and no hurt shall come unto thee”
…Then I saw he went on, trembling for fear of the Lions, but taking good heed to the directions of the Porter; he heard them roar, but they did him no harm.
We found out that our path is surrounded by God’s providence, we are arrested by His Grace. From beginning to end, we are all swallowed up by Providence.
The system is rigged, not against us, but for us.

is the portion which is my share The Hebrew word used here, menath, describes a person’s allotment. The psalmist is saying Yahweh is sufficient to meet any need (Ps 73:26; Lam 3:24). In Ecclesiastes, the ability to accept one’s portion is a gift of God
18 Behold that which I have seen: it is good and comely for one to eat and to drink, and to enjoy the good of all his labour that he taketh under the sun all the days of his life, which God giveth him: for it is his portion.
19 Every man also to whom God hath given riches and wealth, and hath given him power to eat thereof, and to take his portion, and to rejoice in his labour; this is the gift of God.

This is a reference to Joshua and the placing of the Children of Israel.
David didn’t move to Bethlehem, he was born there.
You were born naturally where you were for a reason.
Like, many kinds of hills; like, many kinds of rivers, springs, lakes. They were here when you come here, first, because the kindness of your Heavenly Father placed them here. Because, some men likes mountains. Some people likes waters. Some likes deserts.
So, you see, your coming, He knew your nature and what you would be, so He made it just the way that you could enjoy it. Oh! I think that’s a wonderful Father, see, know that He made it like this.
I’m glad He made mountains. I like the mountains. I…And I like that. Where, the others, “Oh, I can’t stand…Oh, He must have emptied His mortar box out there.” Well, He emptied it out so I could enjoy it. You see? So then say, “I like the plains, where I can see a long ways.” Well, the two different natures, both of us Christians.
But the Father knew that you would be here, and prepared everything for you before you got here. Amen. Your first coming, here, He had it ready for you when you got here. 65-1205 - "Things That Are To Be"
He chose your path of life, the place and time of your birth, both naturally and spiritually.
When them mothers and them Hebrew women in labor give an utterance to those children being born, it placed their name; it told their birth; it put them in the homeland; it set them over to eternity.
Then watch Jacob, when he was dying there, when he laid his hands upon the patriarchs and blessed them, he’d tell them exactly where they would be.
And that’s exactly according to their name, and exactly according to their birth. And sure, it has something to do with you.
Now, that’s your birth path; that’s what you are, a natural man or natural woman. But when you’re reborned again, that’s not the outside conscience. The outside is what you see, taste, feel, smell, and hear, but the inside of that is what you really are.
Now, this out here, Satan just tempts you and knocks you around every way here; but down here he can’t do it unless you let him do it.
For in here you’ve got faith, and faith don’t come from the outer conscience, it reasons. But in faith there’s no reason. You’ve got it from God, and you know it’s there. I don’t care how much it looks wrong, you still know it’s right; it’s THUS SAITH THE LORD.
And there’s nothing going to bother that. Nothing can bother that; it’s moving right straight on. Difficult means nothing to it; wades right on through it, for It’s the Word. 64-0830M - "Questions And Answers #3"
Where is the place of your spiritual birth?
Jesus was born in Bethlehem, the House of God’s Bread.
35 And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.
If Christ had to become the Bread of Life, to be born in Bethlehem, which is Life’s Bread House, then every one of true believers in Christ is born in Christ, they are born in God’s Bethlehem. Amen.
Then, not only Jesus was born in Bethlehem, I was born in Bethlehem, you were born in Bethlehem. 63-1214 - "Why Little Bethlehem"
If you are born in Bethlehem with Him you have Bethlehem potentials.
Only those born in Bethlehem had the potential to be the Messiah.
Only those born in Christ have the potential to be messiahettes.
12 Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall he do also; and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father.
He is Papa Eagle, we are His eaglets.
Now, we find out He calls Himself Eagle too, so He’s Jehovah Eagle. And then He’s got a bunch of eaglets: eaglets, like Messiahettes, eaglets.
Now, I can see the big father eagle as he’s walking around over the nest. He loves to look at his children. Oh, my. How he loves to look at them. How do they look? Look just like he does.
They’re not hybrid. They’re not half buzzard and half crow and something else. They’re eagles. Amen.

He likes to, because he knows that they are thoroughbred. They got his flesh, they got his blood, they got his spirit. Amen. How proud he looks over his eaglets, walking around. Amen.
The little eaglets look at him and say, “How great thou art, how great thou art.” Look at myself, oh, my. “Going to take a flight one of these days, ain’t we, papa?”
See? Oh, how he likes to look at them. They look like him. They act like him. They are his flesh, his blood, his spirit. Amen.
That’s the way God’s church is, His Eaglets, His Messiahettes. They look like Him; they act like Him; they preach like Him; they do the works that He did.
What if He looked down at one of them little eagles, and the first thing you know he had a bill like a buzzard. He’d say, “Now, wait a minute here. There’s something wrong.”
An old crow jumped up on the nest and began to say, “Caw, caw, caw. The days of miracles is past. Caw, caw, caw. There’s no such a thing as Divine healing.” Ha, I bet he’d just take his big paw and oust him right out.
And he’d break his neck just as sure as the world. See? Yeah. “Oh, there’s no…That’s mental telepathy. There’s no such a thing as them things in these days.” You buzzard of the flesh, and that’s dead flesh too.
God wants eaglets. He wants Messiahettes. He wants men and women who have signs and wonders, anointed ones. He wants a church that’s filled with the Holy Ghost, a church reflecting Him the same yesterday, today, and forever.
God didn’t die. He just borned a Kingdom, got His Messiahettes in it. Amen. Every word He says, they say “amen” to it. That’s right. Yes, sir.
They look like Him, act like Him; they believe it, got the Conductor moving right on out with signs and wonders following. That’s Messiah. 61-0117 - "The Messiah"

He has given me counsel. He didn’t just leave me in the path of life without instructions.
26 Likewise the Spirit also helpeth our infirmities: for we know not what we should pray for as we ought: but the Spirit itself maketh intercession for us with groanings which cannot be uttered.
How do we know that the instructions we are given in the inward man are right?
105 NUN. Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, And a light unto my path.
130 The entrance of thy words giveth light; It giveth understanding unto the simple.
133 Order my steps in thy word: And let not any iniquity have dominion over me.
23 For the commandment is a lamp; and the law is light; And reproofs of instruction are the way of life:
Every feeling, sensation or gift must be taken back to the Word. How many times? Every time.
17 For the time is come that judgment must begin at the house of God: and if it first begin at us, what shall the end be of them that obey not the gospel of God?
But when we come here, we are here for one specific purpose. This is the house of correction. This is the throne. This is the throne of God, and judgment goes forth from the house of God.
And here is where we come together, gather in love, with one another, as only Christians can love. But, in here, we are under a leadership of the Holy Spirit. The Holy Ghost is among us.
And we’re here to take reckoning among us, to see where our short places are, our shortcoming, and how can we catch from where we should be, over to where we ought to be now; where we are, and where we ought to be.
And that’s what we study. Ministers study those places, for their people. When they see the people, the lack, then they begin on that. 63-0825M - "How Can I Overcome?"
Lord, we are happy this morning to be back in the house of God, in another service. And we pray, God, that You will correct us this morning of all of our errors.
Show us the path that You have ordained that we should walk. And give us of Thy grace and love, that we might follow those paths and instructions with all of our hearts, that we might be found, that day, in Christ, blameless, for we believe, Lord, that His appearing is soon. 65-0718M - "Trying To Do God A Service Without Being The Will Of God"
We correct everything by the Word.
The main thing, of any gift, is getting your own ideas away, and let Christ. Then whatever It said, if you want to know whether it’s Christ or not…Just a sensation, leave it alone. But if it’s just an emotion, leave that alone.
But if it’s written in the Word, then it’s God. Always judge everything, that any spirit tells you, by the Word. The Word, don’t never get away from that Word; if you do, you’re lost. 63-1201M - "An Absolute"

He is first in my life. Everything I do, I do at the foot of His throne.
Wherever you go, place God. If a man gets angry and cusses you, place God between you and him. If a guy calls you a holy-roller, place God between you and him. If the wife gets angry with you, place God. If the husband gets angry, place God. If the children aggravate you, place God.
Whatever you do, place God. If papa and mama gives you a little spanking and corrects you, place God, remember what God said about that. “Bring up a child in the way it should go.”
Always remember, place God. Put God before you, and you’ll have reverence for God and respects for Him. That’s right. 62-1013 - "The Influence Of Another"

Then I see David, when he was old, getting down to the end of his road, and all the physical strength was just about gone. He said, “Moreover, my flesh shall rest in hope, because He will not suffer His Holy One to see corruption; neither will He leave His soul in hell.”
He foresaw Jesus, the resurrection of Christ; and knowing that His body would not stay in the dust of the earth, but it would rise again. 53-0405S - "Go, Tell My Disciples"
Jesus took this word and believed it.
19 Jesus answered and said unto them, Destroy this temple, and in three days I will raise it up.
And in the grave, Jesus’ body was quickened by the Word of God; and transformed, from a dead, cold image, to a resurrected, glorified Son of God.
Because the prophet, Psalms 16:10, if you want to put it down, 16:10, said, “I will not leave His soul in hell, neither will I suffer My Holy One to see corruption.” O God!
That Word has to come to pass, It’s God’s Word! Plant It in your heart, if you want to go in a Rapture. If you want to be Christians genuine, place this Word.
As I believe it was Ezekiel, God said, “Take that scroll and eat it up,” that the prophet and the Word would become the same. And every promise in there has to manifest itself, because it’s God’s original Seed.
Don’t you let some educated theologian out here try to pump It out of you. Don’t you let him spray you with that carnal science and knowledge, and education. Believe God! 65-0911 - "God's Power To Transform"
Let’s think about David. He got all stimulated, too. He said, “My cup is running over.” I believe he really had a great event in his life. What, what caused him to do that?
When he was in the Spirit…For, he was a prophet. We know he was. The Bible said so. Prophet David, now, for he was a prophet, and he was in the Spirit, and he seen the resurrection.
If you’d like to read it, it’s in Psalm 16:8 to 11. He said, “Moreover my flesh was made glad. My! I rest in hope, because You’ll not leave my soul in hell; neither will You suffer Your Holy One to see corruption.”
And I tell you, his cup got to running over, ’cause he seen. No matter what it was; oh, he seen the resurrection, and he was really…and his cup run over. 63-0321 - "The Fourth Seal"
David was happy in his old age, because He saw the same God that knew him from his mother’s womb would also raise him up.
God has set all of His laws to serve Him, both natural and spiritual, working according to His Word, regardless of the conditions. I love that.
God set all of His laws into motion, that it must work according to His Own Word. Are you getting it? See? His Word! His laws has to work according to His Word.
He commanded the sun. He commanded the moon. He commanded the earth. He commanded nature. And they all fall right in line, and all the laws work in harmony with God’s spoken Word. And the law of Life that’s in us will also bring us to a resurrection. It’s got to. It’s impossible for it not.
That’s the reason, the law of Life that was in Christ. When the Word was spoke, and said, “I’ll not suffer My Holy One to see corruption, neither will I leave His soul in hell,” there wasn’t enough time, there wasn’t enough devils, there wasn’t enough anything, to keep Christ in that grave till (He) His body begin to rot, because the law of God would bring the Word to pass.
And the law of God, by the Holy Spirit, brings any promise to pass (you get it?), regardless of the conditions.
Job said, “Though the skin worms destroys my body, yet in my flesh I’ll see God.”
Regardless of how little we are, how low we are, how impure we are, how unholy we are, how sick we are, how afflicted we are; the law of God’s Spirit, by His Word, makes it obey Him, forces the issue, and says, “Give it back!” Amen.
Oh, if we could just think of that for a minute. Forces it, regardless of conditions. No matter what the condition is, the law of God’s Word forces the condition to cope with His Word. See? It’s got to. 62-0422 - "The Restoration Of The Bride Tree"

Conclusion
If the laws of nature are rigged to bring the Word to pass, how much more is the law of the Spirit of Life rigged to get me in the rapture. Let me believe the Word, and the Word only. Let me Trust Him to show me the path.
David here was speaking of life, “Thou will show me the path of life.” Did you notice it? “Will You show me?” Or, “Could You show me? I hope You show me.” “Thou will show me.”
I believe that every one that God has called will hear and will come. I believe that that’s what we are facing now in our meeting.
We can only sow the Seed. Some will fall by the wayside, some will fall one way, and some fall another, but some will fall on good ground. That is right. “Show me the path of Life.” 62-0621B - "The Path Of Life"
