Introduction

Hello everyone. This morning we are going to take a look at the book of Judges.
The first time I read this book, the title was a little confusing to me because I associated the word judge with someone who sits on a bench in a court room one who takes difficult cases and handles them. I think of someone who should be of high moral character who is seeking to provide justice and uphold the law and the character.
As I read through Judges, I did not see any of that.
So then what are these judges if they are not there primary to handle judicial cases?
Where they faithful?
