If you ask people what they're looking for in a religion, you'll get all kinds of different answers. Paul tells us in 1 Corinthians that it was the same way in his day. As human beings, we're all looking for different things, but God doesn't always give us what we're looking for. Instead he gives us the one thing we need: Christ crucified.
