David was rejoicing

§ Two: When are we out of order, I think its when we despise someone or don't act in love. And it can be both ways.
§ Despise means:
synonyms: detest, hate, loathe, abhor, execrate, deplore, dislike;
scorn, disdain, look down on,deride, sneer at, revile;
spurn, shun;
1. 1: to look down on with contempt or aversion <despised the weak>
2. 2: to regard as negligible, worthless, or distasteful
• David blessed the people, Mirah despised David
• You can't receive the blessing when you are despising in your heart.

Romans 12 9 Love must be sincere. Hate what is evil; cling to what is good. 10 Be devoted to one another in love. Honor one another above yourselves.11 Never be lacking in zeal, but keep your spiritual fervor, serving the Lord. 12 Be joyful in hope, patient in affliction, faithful in prayer. 13 Share with the Lord’s people who are in need. Practice hospitality.

• What if a homosexual couple came in holding hands.
○ How would you handle that.
○ How do we not despise people but hate the sin
○ How do we hate the sin but not the people
○ We can either take the word out of a vexed spirit and beat people with it and misrepresent the Father or we can love people no taking part in the sin letting the holy spirit use us to bring them to freedom.

○ How we handle it is the most important, we can kill people getting free or we can create a place where people can be set free.
