none of those can be separated from those of us who are in Christ because the Father loves us as his children

stuff we have been beating to death lately

the one who practices sin

the one who has not repented of the sin that is in there life

does John expect you to be perfect?

John does expect you just as God expects you to get rid of sin that is continual

if it rules over you then God does not

Application

make sure that God and his love are what have authority in your life

otherwise you will be ruled by the evil one and he will not treat you like a child

he will get what he wants
