Romans 4:16–22 MSG
16 This is why the fulfillment of God’s promise depends entirely on trusting God and his way, and then simply embracing him and what he does. God’s promise arrives as pure gift. That’s the only way everyone can be sure to get in on it, those who keep the religious traditions and those who have never heard of them. For Abraham is father of us all. He is not our racial father—that’s reading the story backward. He is our faith father. 17 We call Abraham “father” not because he got God’s attention by living like a saint, but because God made something out of Abraham when he was a nobody. Isn’t that what we’ve always read in Scripture, God saying to Abraham, “I set you up as father of many peoples”? Abraham was first named “father” and then became a father because he dared to trust God to do what only God could do: raise the dead to life, with a word make something out of nothing. 18 When everything was hopeless, Abraham believed anyway, deciding to live not on the basis of what he saw he couldn’t do but on what God said he would do. And so he was made father of a multitude of peoples. God himself said to him, “You’re going to have a big family, Abraham!” 19 Abraham didn’t focus on his own impotence and say, “It’s hopeless. This hundred-year-old body could never father a child.” Nor did he survey Sarah’s decades of infertility and give up. 20 He didn’t tiptoe around God’s promise asking cautiously skeptical questions. He plunged into the promise and came up strong, ready for God, 21 sure that God would make good on what he had said. 22 That’s why it is said, “Abraham was declared fit before God by trusting God to set him right.”

Introduction

Today the Lord has me standing before you to offer you a life-line on this morning. My task is to prepare us for this next season that is already upon us. If we heed to His instructions and have an expectation of manifestation then this next season will BLOW…YOUR…MIND!!!! Today I’m here simply to help you PUSH! We’re not talking about your normal push as if you’re pushing an object or the age old saying Pray Until Something Happens type of push. No sir, no ma’am, This type of push requires a different level of faith, this type of push requires a different level of commitment. This type of push if done correctly will cause a SHIFT to happen in your life into the expected manifestation of God!
Prophecy is defined as: the function or vocation of a prophet specifically: the inspired declaration of divine will and purpose; a prediction of something to come.
Witness is defined as: one who has personal knowledge of something; something serving as evidence or proof; to testify to: attest; to furnish proof of: betoken; to have personal or direct cognizance of: see for oneself.
Beloved may I submit to you on today and remind you that Adam was not just the 1st man but he was also the 1st Prophet and Eve was his witness.
Genesis 2:19–20 MSG
So God formed from the dirt of the ground all the animals of the field and all the birds of the air. He brought them to the Man to see what he would name them. Whatever the Man called each living creature, that was its name. The Man named the cattle, named the birds of the air, named the wild animals; but he didn’t find a suitable companion.
Prophecy at its core should always have a witness. There should always be someone who can testify to manifestation of the prophetic utterance that was released or given. Whenever Jesus prophesied there were always a crowd of witness among him. Even when there was no crowd the disciples were always there. We’ve got too many parking lot prophets in this dispensation of time. They like to wait until service is over or try to catch you in an isolated situation to “give you a word”. The devil is a liar, if you couldn’t give me word in front of my leader and we were just in service together then you don’t have a word for me after the fact.
Folk get on my nerve trying to prophesy or prophe-lie to you and they don’t have not one ounce of anointing on their life. They don’t have that type of relationship with God but they want to PREY on you. We’ve got to be careful of which prophetic utterances we receive and accept, because receiving the wrong word will cause a SHIFT that you’re not prepared for.
Now I’m not saying that you should accept prophetic utterances ONLY when you’re in service. What the Lord saying is that if and when you do receive a word and there isn’t a credible witness then it should be brought to your leaders for what I like to call “Prophetic Validation”.
Prophetic Validation is necessary because they are the ones who stand on the wall and intercede on our behalf when were out here doing things that we think we’re big and bad enough to do. If your leader doesn’t have the gift then they will call upon the In-House Prophet for Prophetic Validation.
1. P.U.S.H.ing requires Faith
Whenever there is a situation or circumstance you have been given the authority to prophesy that situation or circumstance out of your life. You have the power to Prophesy Until a Shift Happens!!!
Matthew 21:21–22 MSG
21–22 But Jesus was matter-of-fact: “Yes—and if you embrace this kingdom life and don’t doubt God, you’ll not only do minor feats like I did to the fig tree, but also triumph over huge obstacles. This mountain, for instance, you’ll tell, ‘Go jump in the lake,’ and it will jump. Absolutely everything, ranging from small to large, as you make it a part of your believing prayer, gets included as you lay hold of God.”
Whatever mountain has presented itself to you, you have the auth to prophprophesy and tell it to move. You have the authority to P.U.S.H!!!
2. P.U.S.H.ing requires a Witness
When P.U.S.H.ing you should always have the right witness! Why? because having the right witness gives strength and validation to your testimony! What happens if your witness gets tainted? A tainted witness can be devastating to SHIFT as their one job was to testify with you about the shift that they themselves seen for themselves.
Matthew 26:59–60 MSG
59 The high priests, conspiring with the Jewish Council, tried to cook up charges against Jesus in order to sentence him to death. 60 But even though many stepped up, making up one false accusation after another, nothing was believable. Finally two men came forward
3. P.U.S.H.ing requires testimony of confirmation
After the shift has occured you have an obligation and duty to deliver a strong testimony. Not for just for our sake but for the sake of HIS glory.
Acts 4:33 MSG
33 The apostles gave powerful witness to the resurrection of the Master Jesus, and grace was on all of them.
Revelation 12:11 MSG
11 They defeated him through the blood of the Lamb and the bold word of their witness. They weren’t in love with themselves; they were willing to die for Christ.
