Coming Out The Cave

John 20:24–31 KJV
24 But Thomas, one of the twelve, called Didymus, was not with them when Jesus came. 25 The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe. 26 And after eight days again his disciples were within, and Thomas with them: then came Jesus, the doors being shut, and stood in the midst, and said, Peace be unto you. 27 Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing. 28 And Thomas answered and said unto him, My Lord and my God. 29 Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed. 30 And many other signs truly did Jesus in the presence of his disciples, which are not written in this book: 31 But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.
John 11:38–46 KJV
38 Jesus therefore again groaning in himself cometh to the grave. It was a cave, and a stone lay upon it. 39 Jesus said, Take ye away the stone. Martha, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days. 40 Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God? 41 Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. 42 And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me. 43 And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth. 44 And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin. Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go. 45 Then many of the Jews which came to Mary, and had seen the things which Jesus did, believed on him. 46 But some of them went their ways to the Pharisees, and told them what things Jesus had done.
2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV
17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
John 3:1–21 MSG
1 There was a man of the Pharisee sect, Nicodemus, a prominent leader among the Jews. 2 Late one night he visited Jesus and said, “Rabbi, we all know you’re a teacher straight from God. No one could do all the God-pointing, God-revealing acts you do if God weren’t in on it.” 3 Jesus said, “You’re absolutely right. Take it from me: Unless a person is born from above, it’s not possible to see what I’m pointing to—to God’s kingdom.” 4 “How can anyone,” said Nicodemus, “be born who has already been born and grown up? You can’t re-enter your mother’s womb and be born again. What are you saying with this ‘born-from-above’ talk?” 5 Jesus said, “You’re not listening. Let me say it again. Unless a person submits to this original creation—the ‘wind-hovering-over-the-water’ creation, the invisible moving the visible, a baptism into a new life—it’s not possible to enter God’s kingdom. 6 When you look at a baby, it’s just that: a body you can look at and touch. But the person who takes shape within is formed by something you can’t see and touch—the Spirit—and becomes a living spirit. 7 “So don’t be so surprised when I tell you that you have to be ‘born from above’—out of this world, so to speak. 8 You know well enough how the wind blows this way and that. You hear it rustling through the trees, but you have no idea where it comes from or where it’s headed next. That’s the way it is with everyone ‘born from above’ by the wind of God, the Spirit of God.” 9 Nicodemus asked, “What do you mean by this? How does this happen?” 10 Jesus said, “You’re a respected teacher of Israel and you don’t know these basics? 11 Listen carefully. I’m speaking sober truth to you. I speak only of what I know by experience; I give witness only to what I have seen with my own eyes. There is nothing secondhand here, no hearsay. Yet instead of facing the evidence and accepting it, you procrastinate with questions. 12 If I tell you things that are plain as the hand before your face and you don’t believe me, what use is there in telling you of things you can’t see, the things of God? 13 “No one has ever gone up into the presence of God except the One who came down from that Presence, the Son of Man. 14 In the same way that Moses lifted the serpent in the desert so people could have something to see and then believe, it is necessary for the Son of Man to be lifted up—15 and everyone who looks up to him, trusting and expectant, will gain a real life, eternal life. 16 “This is how much God loved the world: He gave his Son, his one and only Son. And this is why: so that no one need be destroyed; by believing in him, anyone can have a whole and lasting life. 17 God didn’t go to all the trouble of sending his Son merely to point an accusing finger, telling the world how bad it was. He came to help, to put the world right again. 18 Anyone who trusts in him is acquitted; anyone who refuses to trust him has long since been under the death sentence without knowing it. And why? Because of that person’s failure to believe in the one-of-a-kind Son of God when introduced to him. 19 “This is the crisis we’re in: God-light streamed into the world, but men and women everywhere ran for the darkness. They went for the darkness because they were not really interested in pleasing God. 20 Everyone who makes a practice of doing evil, addicted to denial and illusion, hates God-light and won’t come near it, fearing a painful exposure. 21 But anyone working and living in truth and reality welcomes God-light so the work can be seen for the God-work it is.”
Praise Team sings;
In the Respect of time I want to Pull Several Key points from these scriptures, I could take 3 years to preach this, So pray the Lord graces me with doing a little bit in 30 min.

The Resurrected You

Belief:
Jesus had been crucified buried and Got up out the Grave and shown* himself to the disciples except Thomas. And Thommy said:
John 20:25 KJV
25 The other disciples therefore said unto him, We have seen the Lord. But he said unto them, Except I shall see in his hands the print of the nails, and put my finger into the print of the nails, and thrust my hand into his side, I will not believe.
What has gotten in your way of believing that God got up so you can get up?
John 20:29 KJV
29 Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet have believed.
We are more concerned with what Color Jesus was than the fact that he had Power to defeat death & hell . And Jesus has come that we might have Life.
Galatians 3:28 KJV
28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.
Next time someone ask you what color was Jesus tell them he was RED… And when God see’s his Blood on you God will passover
Look at your neighbor and say he ain’t lieing..
Hebrews 11:6 KJV
6 But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.

2. Answering The Call

I was 16 years old when It was prophesied to me, that this right here was my destiny.. (I ran from it & my calling came after me)
We switch from Thommy to Jesus best friend Laz,
In this Text Laz has been dead for 4 days, His body has decayed he is a corpse.
Here comes Jesus 4 days after his death..
He instructs them to roll away the stone..
The Moment that stone is rolled Light enters in that dark Place..(work that)
Martha, the sister of him that was dead, saith unto him, Lord, by this time he stinketh: for he hath been dead four days. 40 Jesus saith unto her, Said I not unto thee, that, if thou wouldest believe, thou shouldest see the glory of God?
Some Family members prefer to keep that stone where it is, Because of the fear of the stink of family dysfunction being exposed. (Jesus isn't intimidated by your family funk)
Jesus Prays to God:
And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me. 42 And I knew that thou hearest me always: but because of the people which stand by I said it, that they may believe that thou hast sent me.
Jesus Call’s For Lazarus
43 And when he thus had spoken, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth.
Dead Lazarus Answer’s God’s Call
44 And he that was dead came forth, bound hand and foot with graveclothes: and his face was bound about with a napkin.
( Can I ask you, what kind of cave where you in When Jesus called you? ) Or should i say what kind of cave is holding you?
I have been placed on an assignment today to roll way your stone…. And as a former cave man I call you out the cave
Jesus saith unto them, Loose him, and let him go.
Can you imagine all those other dead people that Laz had to hop over to get to the light. I bet this is what he said to them as they begged him to remain dead with them..
Take a good look at me, take a good look, take a gooood look, because the next time you see me my situation will have changed, The next time you see things won’t be the same
3. Its Not What’s On you that matter’s Its Whats In You!
2 Corinthians 5:17 KJV
17 Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.
4. You Must Be Born Again…
Here comes the good part, In the message version Jesus said we are in a crisis..
In order to be reborn you have to be willing to die.. to your self, your pleasures, your ambitions, that dried up nigeran at home waiting for you..
We have believers and nonbelievers that avoid the Light Of God.. And scripture tells us
And we have people groping in the darkness.
Deuteronomy 28:29 NIrV
29 Even at noon you will have to feel your way around like a blind person in the dark. You won’t have success in anything you do. Day after day you will be robbed and beaten down. No one will be able to save you.
Ephesians 5:8–12 GW
8 Once you lived in the dark, but now the Lord has filled you with light. Live as children who have light. 9 Light produces everything that is good, that has God’s approval, and that is true. 10 Determine which things please the Lord. 11 Have nothing to do with the useless works that darkness produces. Instead, expose them for what they are. 12 It is shameful to talk about what some people do in secret.
You Have Been In Church 3 years, 6 years, 10 years yet you haven’t found success in anything.. And You are attracted to the Dark..
In the dark you don’t see your true reflection, In the dark you don’t fell judged, In the Dark you have no need to change or stop doing what you know is wrong.
But the minute the Light of God Shines on your heart. You Know You are a sinner and you want to come back home to God.
He was out the cave but he still had on his grave clothes…..
Jesus instructs them to. Remove the napkin from off his face, and Lose him from all the dead things that had him bound up and LET HIM GO….
