THE SEVEN SAYING OF JESUS

LUKE 23:46 And when Jesus had cried with a loud voice, he said, Father, into thy hands I commend my spirit: and having said thus, he gave up the ghost.

To begin with I want to capture,claim, and cultivate the Gospel Message by saying Thank you Jesus .You’ve brought us from a mighty mighty long way. Lord, You’ve been so good to us. You’ve been better to us than we’ve been to ourselves and I just want to say Thank You. Lord you kept us from hurt, harm, and danger, and we thank you Dear God. Father watch over Baton Rouge because Baton Rouge needs a healing.Baton Rouge need deliverance and Baton Rouge needs a new start with a new heart Please Father watch over our great city and it’s wonderful citizenry. Father we’re careful to give you the glory the honor and All the Praise, In Jesus’ Name And the church said Amen.

Well it’s preaching time and right off the bat Jesus did something spectacular for us. He made a tremendous sacrifice for the sins of the whole wide world. Jesus became the ultimate atoning suffering servant sanctifying sacrifice. And Jesus is now suffering on the cross, at Calvary. Everybody say Calvary. Calvary wasn’t no joke the place looked like a human skull, It stinks, it’s bloody, it’s filthy, and it’s where Jesus is enduring an Ignominious, vicarious, and hideous death.

Jesus is suffering He has one thief on the left and another theif on the right. Both are harden criminals but One said Lord Remember me when you come into your Kingdom, Yes, sir because One day when it’s His to call and mine to answer I want to be ready to go where Jesus’ Kingdom is. I want to hear the Lord say Today thou shalt be with Me in Paradios. And can I quickly tell us that in order to go to Paradise weg have to be Born Again.

And I see clearly why “Jesus said Father Forgive them for they know not what they do. Because scriptures say He that knew no sin became sin for the sins of the whole world. Jesus paid the price with His precious Blood. And the church said Amen.

Let’s talk about family. Our families need a restoring a redeeming, and a rededicating to the wholesome qualities that most of us were raised on. Jesus told His Mother I hate for you to see me like this but John take care of my mother when I’m gone.

And then Jesus felt the Abandonment. Boy ain’t nothing worst than when your closet family and friends turn their backs on you. Jesus said Eli Eli Lama Sacbbachthani, Why has thou forsaken me. And the Father could not look at the sins being placed on “His Only! Begotten! Son! Lord have mercy 2x the bible say the veil of the temple split right down the middle from top to bottom.

And now Jesus says I thirst. In other words I’m looking for righteous folk holy folk saved folk sanctified folk full of the holy ghost folk In other words One day I’m coming back for a church without a spot or a wrinkle, Jesus said I’ thirsty for Righteousness.

And the Roman Guards gave Jesus vinegar and Hyssop and when He drank foul, awful, and nasty tasting vinegar, He said It’s Finished. Wait It’s Finished. The prophecy from before time ever began is being fulfilled. Because the bible says in Revelations that as a Lamb that had been slain before the foundations of the world. Do I have a witness Here is Jesus the Precious Lamb of God, the suffering servant saying Father It’s Finished. The job is done.

And I heard Jesus saying Father Into thine Hands I commend My Spirit. Well I’ve held y’all long enough, um um um But tah the bible says that Jesus hung His Head In the Locks of His shoulders and He died! Didn’t He die. Yes Because Jesus Came down through 42 Generations to save mankind Yes.

Because In Genesis Jesus is the seed of the woman

In Exodus He is the Passover Lamb. um um Yes

In Leviticus Jesus is High Priest.

In Deuteronomy He’s the True Prophet.

In Number Jesus is the She-kaina Glory Oh Lordy and

In Joshua Jesus is the Captain of our Salvation yes and

In Judges He’s our Delivering Judge/ Uplifted One.

In Ruth He’s our Kinsman Redeemer

In Ezra and Nehemiah Jesus is our Restorer.

In Samuel Chronicles and Kings Jesus is the True King

In Psalms Jesus is our book of songs oh yes He is.

In Proverbs He’s our wisdom teaching us right from wrong.

In Ecclesiastes He’s the Lover of Our Souls.

In Isaiah Jesus is the Bridegroom whose coming back for His church one day.

In Jeremiah He’s JUST LIKE FIRE SHUT IN MY BONES Oh Lordy.

In Ezekiel Jesus is the Wheel in the Middle of the wheel. um um

In Daniel Jesus is the fourth man in the Fiery Furnace. Yes He took the heat out of the flames. oh yes He did.

In Hosea Jesus is the Husbandman.

In Joel Jesus said I’ll pour out my spirit on all flesh.

I’ve got to quit y’all but just before I go Is there anybody in here that Know that Jesus is the Rock ,,,, Shelter,,,, bridge,,, bread ,,, water,,,, Jesus is my Healer and you just wait until Sunday Morning Because He Died He died He died and I’m so glad that Jesus is my Lord and my Savior Yes. Because He Saved my Souls MADE ME WHOLE PICK ME UP AND TURNED ME AROUND PUT MY FEET ON SOLID GROUND HEY HEY HEY LORD AIN’T HE ALRIGHT 3X
