2 Kings 3:9–24 KJV

9 So the king of Israel went, and the king of Judah, and the king of Edom: and they fetched a compass of seven days’ journey: and there was no water for the host, and for the cattle that followed them. 10 And the king of Israel said, Alas! that the LORD hath called these three kings together, to deliver them into the hand of Moab! 11 But Jehoshaphat said, Is there not here a prophet of the LORD, that we may enquire of the LORD by him? And one of the king of Israel’s servants answered and said, Here is Elisha the son of Shaphat, which poured water on the hands of Elijah. 12 And Jehoshaphat said, The word of the LORD is with him. So the king of Israel and Jehoshaphat and the king of Edom went down to him. 13 And Elisha said unto the king of Israel, What have I to do with thee? get thee to the prophets of thy father, and to the prophets of thy mother. And the king of Israel said unto him, Nay: for the LORD hath called these three kings together, to deliver them into the hand of Moab. 14 And Elisha said, As the LORD of hosts liveth, before whom I stand, surely, were it not that I regard the presence of Jehoshaphat the king of Judah, I would not look toward thee, nor see thee. 15 But now bring me a minstrel. And it came to pass, when the minstrel played, that the hand of the LORD came upon him. 16 And he said, Thus saith the LORD, Make this valley full of ditches. 17 For thus saith the LORD, Ye shall not see wind, neither shall ye see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, that ye may drink, both ye, and your cattle, and your beasts. 18 And this is but a light thing in the sight of the LORD: he will deliver the Moabites also into your hand. 19 And ye shall smite every fenced city, and every choice city, and shall fell every good tree, and stop all wells of water, and mar every good piece of land with stones. 20 And it came to pass in the morning, when the meat offering was offered, that, behold, there came water by the way of Edom, and the country was filled with water. 21 And when all the Moabites heard that the kings were come up to fight against them, they gathered all that were able to put on armour, and upward, and stood in the border. 22 And they rose up early in the morning, and the sun shone upon the water, and the Moabites saw the water on the other side as red as blood: 23 And they said, This is blood: the kings are surely slain, and they have smitten one another: now therefore, Moab, to the spoil. 24 And when they came to the camp of Israel, the Israelites rose up and smote the Moabites, so that they fled before them: but they went forward smiting the Moabites, even in their country.

The 3 Kings had a need, they sought a Prophet, One who was known more for his ability to serve and be submitted than his actual gift.

Matthew 23:11 KJV

11 But he that is greatest among you shall be your servant.

2. The Prophet had zero tolerance for Puppet Kings who where serving false gods. & He honored True Kings and was willing to serve them

Elisha requested a minstrel And it came to pass, when the minstrel played, that the hand of the LORD came upon him.

Gifts require the right atmosphere to produce effectively.

3. The Word Of the Lord Came: Are you ready This is for us!!

Thus saith the LORD, Make this valley full of ditches.

Ask Just one person that looks like they got it going on strong…. ask them

29 For the gifts and calling of God are without repentance.

You See, you where born with a gift that comes and goes very naturally in your life, even in your sin you flow in and out of it. Thats why many folk’s are in sin and thank they still saved.

Judges 16:20 NLT

20 Then she cried out, “Samson! The Philistines have come to capture you!” When he woke up, he thought, “I will do as before and shake myself free.” But he didn’t realize the Lord had left him.

See some of us mastered hiding in plain Sight, but your gift makes room..

See your gift can begin to operate in your life as soon as maybe 3 years old.. But If you don’t have a mature spiritual mentor in your life you will miss it and possibly mess it..

1 Samuel 3:1–11 NKJV

1 Now the boy Samuel ministered to the Lord before Eli. And the word of the Lord was rare in those days; there was no widespread revelation. 2 And it came to pass at that time, while Eli was lying down in his place, and when his eyes had begun to grow so dim that he could not see, 3 and before the lamp of God went out in the tabernacle of the Lord where the ark of God was, and while Samuel was lying down, 4 that the Lord called Samuel. And he answered, “Here I am!” 5 So he ran to Eli and said, “Here I am, for you called me.” And he said, “I did not call; lie down again.” And he went and lay down. 6 Then the Lord called yet again, “Samuel!” So Samuel arose and went to Eli, and said, “Here I am, for you called me.” He answered, “I did not call, my son; lie down again.” 7 (Now Samuel did not yet know the Lord, nor was the word of the Lord yet revealed to him.) 8 And the Lord called Samuel again the third time. So he arose and went to Eli, and said, “Here I am, for you did call me.” Then Eli perceived that the Lord had called the boy. 9 Therefore Eli said to Samuel, “Go, lie down; and it shall be, if He calls you, that you must say, ‘Speak, Lord, for Your servant hears.’ ” So Samuel went and lay down in his place. 10 Now the Lord came and stood and called as at other times, “Samuel! Samuel!” And Samuel answered, “Speak, for Your servant hears.” 11 Then the Lord said to Samuel: “Behold, I will do something in Israel at which both ears of everyone who hears it will tingle.

So your gifted but not disciplined, Gifted but not studied, Gifted but not consecrated, gifted but not sold out to Christ..

I don’t have the stats, but i promise you its a whole lot of gifted Christians that have never moved beyond the service of there gift because they never been around Prophetic people that will dare them too dig deep..

Could this be why your so unsettled in your spirit, in your ministry, In your relationships, in your financial affairs. Your Like Africa: World of Wealth but everyone is profiting off it but you..

No disrespect, but one of the main reasons why Christian’s can’t cross over is because we lazy…

For the last two weeks God has been whispering in my ear.. Dig Deep, Dig Deep..

I knew giving up what i love for God would mean, id have to draw closer.. That requires work..

See its easier to come to church and worship, sing & pray corporately but many don’t do it privately. That could be why you struggle with fasting. You are a corporate worshiper and not a private worshiper.

Matthew 6:6 KJV

6 But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

So my digging requires a greater poured out Prayer Life, And being the type of guy i am. The Lord sets me on time tables.. What i discovered is my prayer life has been left lacking in the past. But know i am delivered from TV and social media.. My hart is panting harder for God in Prayer.

So let me ask again can you dig it!!

17 For thus saith the LORD, Ye shall not see wind, neither shall ye see rain; yet that valley shall be filled with water, that ye may drink, both ye, and your cattle, and your beasts.

You Dig, God fills, You Dig and just like those natural resources will begin to Flow… Every glass ceiling is shattering right now once you catch this revelation.

Many of us are struggling Unnecessarily because faith is a curse word. And we don’t trust God..

2 Kings 3:18 KJV

18 And this is but a light thing in the sight of the LORD: he will deliver the Moabites also into your hand.

I need 20 folks to lift up your hands and say Lord I trust you and I am going to dig…say it loud from your belly.. Come on Africa i don’t hear you..

What God has to turn around in your life is a Light thing. The hardest part is getting you to trust him..

2 Kings 3:18–19 NLT

18 But this is only a simple thing for the Lord, for he will make you victorious over the army of Moab! 19 You will conquer the best of their towns, even the fortified ones. You will cut down all their good trees, stop up all their springs, and ruin all their good land with stones.”

2 Kings 3:20–24 NLT

20 The next day at about the time when the morning sacrifice was offered, water suddenly appeared! It was flowing from the direction of Edom, and soon there was water everywhere. 21 Meanwhile, when the people of Moab heard about the three armies marching against them, they mobilized every man who was old enough to strap on a sword, and they stationed themselves along their border. 22 But when they got up the next morning, the sun was shining across the water, making it appear red to the Moabites—like blood. 23 “It’s blood!” the Moabites exclaimed. “The three armies must have attacked and killed each other! Let’s go, men of Moab, and collect the plunder!” 24 But when the Moabites arrived at the Israelite camp, the army of Israel rushed out and attacked them until they turned and ran. The army of Israel chased them into the land of Moab, destroying everything as they went.
