Now what

I work as a lineman for C&E at ATT. We are the guys that hang all of the lines in the back yards and block traffic in the roads. I know that you love us. One of the jokes that we have is that we have to point in the air as we carry on conversations so that we look official. So did you see the game last night? Nah me and the wife were watching Hallmark Christmas movies instead.

The crazy thing about it is how many people drive down the road and look up at what we are pointing at. Don’t feel bad if you have done it, most of the time we really are pointing at something important.

But this brings up a question. Have you ever done something that didn’t make sense to other people? As Christians we do a lot of things that people think are strange.

Today we are going to look at something strange from the early Church.
