12 Now the Lord said to Abram, “Go from your country and your kindred and your father's house to the land that I will show you.

2 And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing.

3 I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed.”[c]

4 So Abram went, as the Lord had told him, and Lot went with him. Abram was seventy-five years old when he departed from Haran.

Systems help things to function properly.

We were fitly joined together.

Anything that God makes is…..well place.

But God requires a MAN to say YES.

The yes allows you to get into position to receive the blessing.

God does not create anything that does not serve a purpose.

There is always a plan attached to purpose.

Reason for existence

You did come come by accident.

The divorce, the addiction, the thing that you’re afraid to speak of - it all works together, for God to get the Glory.

If you’re going to come into all that God has for you it requires a “Yes”.

I. We don’t see anywhere, where life is smooth after you say yes to the LORD.

There is a Joy in saying yes to the lord - is the knowing that he keeps his promise.

Gen 12:1

12 Now the Lord said to Abram, “Go from your country and your kindred and your father's house to the land that I will show you.

The Lord gives Abram a Command to GO.

Notice the Go

FROM -from your country

FROM - and your kindred

FROM - and your father’s house

V2 And I will make of you a great nation, and I will bless you and make your name great, so that you will be a blessing.

I will make Greek: “awe-sah” - manufacture or cause to become or come into

A great Nation - what’s to come is going to be bigger than anything you can think or imagine.

Notice - Before Abram CAN BECOME he says to leave something behind

In the text, his kindred was route to cannon but got stuck in Haran.

Comfortability will keep you from your promise

Hebrews 12:1 - law aside every weight.

In other words, What your attached too is stuck in Haran

11th chapter, but when they came to Haran, they settled in haran.

And God tells him, Don’t get comfortable. GO, because I have a plan for you.

But the plan is NOT A NEW plan

V3 I will bless those who bless you, and him who dishonors you I will curse, and in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed

I. When you GO (Move with GOD), there’s favor attached to your life.

II. And him who dishonors I will curse -

* Stick to the plan. God plan will always prevail

* When you GO, you have to watch

1 Peter 5:8

Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour (swallow up)

Be Sober - You must have the ability to control excessive or unreasonable emotions.

Be Vigilant - Beware or Stay awake.

Holy Ghost Helps to regulate the emotions or desires

Without clear vision or direction, the enemy will paralyze you.

The journey from Mt Saini to Kadesh, should have only taken Israel 11 days, instead took them 40 years.

God has given you an assignment, your failure to GO will cause not only you but those attached to you to miss opportunities.

God is not only blessing you…for you alone. He’s blessing you to be a blessing to someone else.

BUT……YOUR

Lack of purpose or direction - Seeking god for Direction

Failure to WAIT…..someone of us want to move too fast

Fear of failure or rejection

Feeling overwhelmed

Perfectionism

And he began to teach them that the Son of Man must suffer many things and be rejected by the elders and the chief priests and the scribes and be killed, and after three days rise again. And he said this plainly. And Peter took him aside and began to rebuke him. But turning and seeing his disciples, he rebuked Peter and said, “Get behind me, Satan! For you are not setting your mind on the things of God, but on the things of man.” And calling the crowd to him with his disciples, he said to them, “If anyone would come after me, let him deny himself and take up his cross and follow me.

Jesus Rebukes Peter

* Even Peter had an issue seeing things in the spirit.

10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have

life ZOE - to be alive, happy, with Joy,

and have it more abundantly - beyond extraordinary.

C clause says - “in you all the families of the earth shall be blessed”

From your Yes, I’m going to blessed everything attached to you.

Isaiah 55:11

Because he word can not return to him void. It must complete that which it was set out to

accomplish - Awe- sah - which means to MAKE

which I purpose - DESIRE

7 Then the Lord appeared to Abram and said, “To your offspring I will give this land.” So he built there an altar to the Lord, who had appeared to him.

* When you start to walk with God he will reveal his plan to you IN DUE SEASON.

PAUL Galatians 6:9

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap

IN DUE SEASON - in “ONE OWN” “CARE Roast” or time.

Your appointed time belongs to you.

but dont get stuck in the haran - the place of comfortability.
