In the beginning God spoke and a life-giving story began to swirl around this Word-wrought world. The first human sprouted up out of the ground, and the second sprouted from his side. Together, created in the image of the great Storyteller, they were to carry this Story into the future. Two humans growing in a garden, made to multiply, formed to fill, living in the midst of the life-giving presence of God. Where does it all go? How does this great Story of God end?
Children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren will fill the earth like the sand of the seashore and the stars of the sky.
A city will blossom around God and his people — The most magnificent Garden-city anyone will ever see! It’s the way God always promised it would be:
So He can dwell with us, and we with Him. Always and forever, world without end.
My name is Kenneth Padgett and this is The Story of God Podcast, presented by Wolfbane Books.
