But in Fact Christ Has Been Raised

This Easter Sunday, Pastor preaches from 1 Corinthians 15. Christ’s resurrection, we must understand, is more than a happy ending to the sad life and death of Jesus. In the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead is our own resurrection and the consummation of all God’s plans for this sin-wrecked globe. The promise of a glorious coming kingdom and the exaltation of God over all things is rooted in a historical fact, the resurrection of Jesus of Nazareth from the dead.
