Isaiah 55:8–9 NKJV
8 “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, Nor are your ways My ways,” says the Lord. 9 “For as the heavens are higher than the earth, So are My ways higher than your ways, And My thoughts than your thoughts.

INTRODUCTION

Good morning New Life church!
My name is Nathan and along with Rachel my wife we pastor Oasis Church in Rockhampton.
We have four children ranging from 26 to 19 year of age.
We thank and honour Ps Craig and Ps Tuppy and your church.
I believe as we spend time studying Gods word, He is going to speak to us, we will receive revelation from Holy Spirit, we will be challenged to grow and we will be blessed.
Let's Pray:
Father I pray that as we hear from your word today, that it will help us to understand what we have in You. I pray that your Holy Spirit will help us outwork in all that you have called us to do. I pray our minds will be alert and our hearts open to receive all that You have for us today Amen.
REACHING THOUSANDS - MISSIONS CONFERENCE
As you may know our building was destroyed by fire last year,
We lost everything (when I say everything, I mean everything)
Standing on the side of the road watching the building burn (getting phone calls, the importance of the body)
We were so blessed, getting a call from Ps Craig offering help (sound and finances)

GET UP AND PRAISE THE LORD

Oh, come on, my soul
Oh, don't you get shy on me, lift up Your song
'Cause you've got a lion inside of those lungs
Get up and praise the Lord
We have an inherent desire to worship, I believe it is a part of our DNA. We have to make the choice where we point our worship, if it is not pointed to God, then we will always point it at ourselves.
We are limited in who we are and what we can do, God is not limited
It is not what we have but what He / GOD has.
I want to encourage you all to come back this afternoon as Rachel is going to share a powerful message on the supernatural power of God at work in us. Rachel will also share some amazing testimony of the miracles we have been seeing God do of healings and breakthrough. If you need a miracle, we would love to pray and believe with you for God to move in your life.

POINT 1

UNDERSTANDING WHAT WE HAVE RECEIVED THROUGH JESUS CHRIST

In order to use what we have, we need understand what we have received through Jesus Christ.
Romans 8:11 NKJV
11 But if the Spirit of Him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, He who raised Christ from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through His Spirit who dwells in you.
We see the disciples were able to step out in the supernatural power of God as they had seen Jesus do this and had learnt from Him. Peter was able to walk on water, the disciple watched as the loaves and the fish feed thousands on different occasions. They understood what they had through Jesus Christ and were able to use it because they had seen Jesus do many miracles.
We have the word of God that we get to see all the miracles, see have Jesus moved in power from the throne room of Heaven. We have been given this same power to outwork the Kingdom today, to see lives touch, change to see people healed and whole to see people save and in relationship with Jesus.
THREE QUESTIONS
WHAT ARE YOU READING?
WHAT IS GOD SAYING TO YOU?
TESTIMONY - GOOD THINGS GOD IS DOING
Acts 3:1–10 NKJV
1 Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour. 2 And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms from those who entered the temple; 3 who, seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, asked for alms. 4 And fixing his eyes on him, with John, Peter said, “Look at us.” 5 So he gave them his attention, expecting to receive something from them. 6 Then Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” 7 And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. 8 So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them—walking, leaping, and praising God. 9 And all the people saw him walking and praising God. 10 Then they knew that it was he who sat begging alms at the Beautiful Gate of the temple; and they were filled with wonder and amazement at what had happened to him.
The lame man was asking for what he thought he needed, Peter and John gave him not what he wanted, but what he needed. From his perspective he needed money, Gods perspective he needed healing and wholeness.
We see in the natural, but God see in the supernatural. He never comes up short.
We see from mans perspective, God sees from a Kingdom perspective.
We always have more then we think, we have God.
Give more then what you are being asked for.
There are no limits in God.

POINT 2

STEP OUT IN FAITH WITH WHAT YOU HAVE

John 14:12–14 NKJV
12 “Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. 13 And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. 14 If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.
Hebrews 11:6 NKJV
6 But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.
The bible tells us in John 10:10 that the thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I come that they may have life, and have it abundantly.
It is because of our faith in God, through Jesus death, burial and resurrection that we can walk in the abundant life given to us.
As our faith in God grows, our capacity to do His will increases.

POINT 3

DON’T LIMIT WHAT GOD CAN DO IN AND THROUGH YOU

Testimony paying for fuel (lost purse)
It is not us but He does
What you have is not insignificant.
At times it is better not to say anything, just step out in faith.
Luke 17:5–6 NKJV
5 And the apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith.” 6 So the Lord said, “If you have faith as a mustard seed, you can say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be pulled up by the roots and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.
Matthew 17:20 NKJV
20 So Jesus said to them, “Because of your unbelief; for assuredly, I say to you, if you have faith as a mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move; and nothing will be impossible for you.
What is the mountain in your life that is holding you back? Today, we can celebrate in the victory we have; our saviour has risen! The tomb is empty! Like Peter, we can step out in faith and use what we have. I believe that as we do, we will see God move upon people’s lives.

CONCLUSION

As we finish up this morning I encourage you don’t look at what you don’t have but rather look at what you do have. And with what you do have, do more with it. In the doing don't let the enemy rob you step out in faith; it has been given to us.
Acts 1:8 NKJV
8 But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses to Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.”
