Without the Holy Spirit, Christian discipleship would be inconceivable, even impossible.
The second chapters in Luke’s two narratives parallel each other. In Luke 2 there is a Spirit conception and a Bethlehem birth. In Acts 2 there is a Spirit conception and a Jerusalem birth.

David Is Buried
1 Ki 2:10 records the burial of David. His cause of death was old age. This burial is also reported in Ac 2:29 and Ac 13:36.
The burial site was a tomb near Jerusalem in King’s Valley.
The burial happened during this Biblical event: David Dies.
Conclusion
As Peter’s sermon suggests, the appropriate response to hearing about the mighty deeds, death, burial, resurrection, and exaltation of Jesus is faith, forgiveness, and repentance. The climactic mark of salvation is the gift of the Spirit
