Every Spiritual Discipline is a key to abiding in Christ.
Abiding in Christ is not passive. It is active.
Abiding is like going to a buffet restaurant.
Meditation is one of the ways we eat and drink of Christ and the Father.
Meditation is
Not about nothing
Or doing
But about receiving
Receiving the presence of God.
Meditation is about emptying our mind and heart of everything and filling it with the things of God.
There are 4 things we can focus on in order to do this.
Think of the word STAR.
God is meant to be the STAR of meditation.
