Wake up and be aware of sin

John 3:16 For God so loved the world he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have everlasting life. Amen(Say to the congregation thank you Jesus and help me Lord) It is such a blessing to stand before you today and I thank GOD for giving me a chance to share his word and I thank GOD for it all, Amen. Because of the Lord my Savior he allowed me to speak his truth in love, praise GOD. The Lord is speaking t

o new Christians and some well-seasoned Christians today. I believe both will get this refreshing and understanding of what GOD is saying, I hope in this message you will draw closer to Jesus and this will bring better understanding of what GOD needs from us. Amen and Hallelujah

Maybe someone will need to rededicate their life to Christ, after this sermon is preached Amen. This morning the lord wants to share with you the results of our actions we make in life. GOD gets the glory, Amen! Thank you Jesus! Today's scripture will be coming from Galatians 5:16-25 Amen in the New American Standard Bible, praise GOD. This letter was written by Paul the Apostle as GOD had me study His living word, I have some key points about the book of Galatians Amen

1. Know who GOD is know His character, Amen

2. Know who you are and who you belong to, know your identity as believers in Christ Jesus. Amen

3. What we should believe as Christians we need to have values. Amen

4. How we should live and how we need to be Faith driven. Amen

Also sin is mentioned in the New American Standard Bible 752 times and it is in 641 verses when any word is repeated through the word of GOD take heed, Amen. Please get your bible or your phone and go to

Galatians 5:16–25 “But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not carry out the desire of the flesh. For the flesh sets its desire against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; for these are in opposition to one another, so that you may not do the things that you please. But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the Law. Now the deeds of the flesh are evident, which are: immorality, impurity, sensuality, idolatry, sorcery, enmities, strife, jealousy, outbursts of anger, disputes, dissensions, factions, envying, drunkenness, carousing, and things like these, of which I forewarn you, just as I have forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit the kingdom of God. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control; against such things there is no law. Now those who belong to Christ Jesus have crucified the flesh with its passions and desires. If we live by the Spirit, let us also walk by the Spirit.” Amen

So I come to you today, to informed you the Lord says wake up and be aware of sin. There’s a long list sins, but I’m not going through the whole list. But there’s seven I would like to speak on today, Amen

Idolatry - The worship or adoration of anyone or anything other than the

God.

Envy - A desire for another’s gifts, possessions, position or achievements, closely associated with jealousy.

3. Adultery - Act of unfaithfulness in marriage that occurs when one of the marriage partners voluntarily engages in sexual intercourse with a person other than the marriage partner.

4. Witchcraft - People who attempt to manipulate their environment through mystical or spiritual means.

5. Lying - Intentionally deceiving through either telling a lie or omission. Also: Deceit; Deception; Lying to speak falsely,” “to fabricate,” “to make a false statement.

6. Drunkenness - Over indulging, excessive drinking.

7. Pride - Is arrogance. It is a feeling of deep pleasure or satisfaction derived from ones own achievements, self seeking.

Sin separates us from GOD

Know that temptations is every where, it is in social media in certain types of music,movies ,schools, work environment when were out running errands and being around our family and friends. Be aware, the lord tells us in

1 Peter 5:8 “Be of sober spirit, be on the alert. Your adversary, the devil, prowls around like a roaring lion, seeking someone to devour.”

As fellow Christians were going to be tempted GOD says in

Ephesians 6:10–15 “Finally, be strong in the Lord and in the strength of His might. Put on the full armor of God, so that you will be able to stand firm against the schemes of the devil. For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and having put on the breastplate of righteousness, and having shod YOUR FEET WITH THE PREPARATION OF THE GOSPEL OF PEACE. Amen

r the fisherman and apostle had mentioned in Acts 2:38–39 “Peter said to them, “Repent, and each of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins; and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. “For the promise is for you and your children and for all who are far off, as many as the Lord our God will call to Himself.””

I got to be honest ,when I was attending a baptist church I didn’t know much about God or Jesus. But the little that was spoken to me about the Holy Bible. I made a promise to GOD to help me share the truth in the living word of GOD and to be a disciple of Jesus Amen. We can’t sit in the pulpit and be casual and laid back, this is serious Amen. JESUS says in the book of John 21:15–17 “So when they had finished breakfast, Jesus said to Simon Peter, “Simon, son of John, do you love Me more than these?” He said to Him, “Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.” He said to him, “Tend My lambs.” He said to him again a second time, “Simon, son of John, do you love Me?” He said to Him, “Yes, Lord; You know that I love You.” He said to him, “Shepherd My sheep.” He said to him the third time, “Simon, son of John, do you love Me?” Peter was grieved because He said to him the third time, “Do you love Me?” And he said to Him, “Lord, You know all things; You know that I love You.” Jesus said to him, “Tend My sheep.” Amen

I was a sinner, not knowing the results of our actions. My husband and I use to say this saying before we gave our life to Christ, “there’s a cause and effect” and yes indeed it can be repercussions. My brother and sisters even being disobedient at times can lead to the world’s sins. As a reminder, GOD is a forgiving GOD Amen through his son Christ Jesus Amen. It was GODS grace and mercy Amen who kept me, but GOD. Now I’m a young woman of GOD, I know the importance

of knowing GOD’s word and fearing GOD. Thinking about what not do, living as a Christian it is not easy but I wouldn't have it any other way praise GOD. So we must teach others about the gospel let us Spread love. GOD’s love is power, Hallelujah. Our time is near, HE is already setting up preparation for the day our lord will return. We can’t be blind, we can’t be deaf Amen. So as GOD says in Matthew 24:44 ““For this reason you also must be ready; for the Son of Man is coming at an hour when you do not think He will.”

So please read and get acquainted with Heavenly Father’s living word, GOD is alive, GOD is real, get to know JESUS. HE is also real, read the book of John. There’s so much detail about JESUS and his journey Amen. I’m in love with the Lord and I hope you all fall in love with Jesus and know that Jesus loves us very much. You can all have the same beautiful relationship with him as well as you continue to get to know GOD. You have to know his son Jesus, as it is written in John 14:6 Jesus *said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father but through Me, Amen.

Reminder we must carry ourselves in a different manner AMEN, as it is written in the 1 John 1:5–10“This is the message we have heard from Him and announce to you, that God is Light, and in Him there is no darkness at all. If we say that we have fellowship with Him and yet walk in the darkness, we lie and do not practice the truth; but if we walk in the Light as He Himself is in the Light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus His Son cleanses us from all sin. If we say that we have no sin, we are deceiving ourselves and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, He is faithful and righteous to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness. If we say that we have not sinned, we make Him a liar and His word is not in us.” Amen thank you GOD we are free and don’t take advantage of being free from sin Amen.

Know who you belong to as God says in Matthew 5:14 (14-16)““You are the light of the world. A city set on a hill cannot be hidden; nor does anyone light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on the lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house.

Matthew 5:16 “Let your light shine before men in such a way that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father who is in heaven.” apply this living gospel to your heart everyday we have to be steadfast and let me say it again it’s not easy but know we are not alone be encouraged always, faith moves GOD we are messengers we are servants we are ambassadors. Spread the message.Amen” let your love shine in all things we do for the Lord Amen

As a reminder GOD gave us a gift Hallelujah without Jesus we couldn’t have been forgiven, but GOD gave us Jesus AMEN followed by this beautiful scripture John 14:12–14 ““Truly, truly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do, he will do also; and greater works than these he will do; because I go to the Father. “Whatever you ask in My name, that will I do, so that the Father may be glorified in the Son. “If you ask Me anything in My name, I will do it.” GOD can change us but are you willing vessels ask yourself are willing to deny yourself John 3:30 ““He must increase, but I must decrease.” Amen

Don’t depend on man don’t get discouraged depend on GOD remember he is a jealous GOD. Please be led by the Holy Spirit welcome him in every part of your life, it’s not over you can have a new start if your willing to give up worldly things Amen. God says in the book of Titus 3:3–6 “For we also once were foolish ourselves, disobedient, deceived, enslaved to various lusts and pleasures, spending our life in malice and envy, hateful, hating one another. But when the kindness of God our Savior and His love for mankind appeared, He saved us, not on the basis of deeds which we have done in righteousness, but according to His mercy, by the washing of regeneration and renewing by the Holy Spirit, whom He poured out upon us richly through Jesus Christ our Savior,” Amen. We as Christians can not take this lightly we must be aware of the enemies tricks and ways. If we follow mans ways, we will become as slaves to their mindless ways of life. Obey our Heavenly Father, He only has goodness and love for us. GOD hates the wicked and anything that has anything to with evil Amen. Never forget were the LORD brought you out of, be mindful as we come to a close be reminded in 1Peter1:13-25

1 Peter 1:13-20 “Therefore, prepare your minds for action, keep sober in spirit, fix your hope completely on the grace to be brought to you at the revelation of Jesus Christ. As obedient children, do not be conformed to the former lusts which were yours in your ignorance, but like the Holy One who called you, be holy yourselves also in all your behavior; because it is written, “You shall be holy, for I am holy.” If you address as Father the One who impartially judges according to each one’s work, conduct yourselves in fear during the time of your stay on earth; knowing that you were not redeemed with perishable things like silver or gold from your futile way of life inherited from your forefathers, but with precious blood, as of a lamb unblemished and spotless, the blood of Christ. For He was foreknown before the foundation of the world, but has appeared in these last times for the sake of you. 1 Peter 1:21–25 “who through Him are believers in God, who raised Him from the dead and gave Him glory, so that your faith and hope are in God. Since you have in obedience to the truth purified your souls for a sincere love of the brethren, fervently love one another from the heart, for you have been born again not of seed which is perishable but imperishable, that is, through the living and enduring word of God. For, “All flesh is like grass, And all its glory like the flower of grass. The grass withers, And the flower falls off, But the word of the Lord endures forever.” And this is the word which was preached to you.”

Being a child of GOD a Christian, is not a one day a week thing this a way of life. Live as this is your last day, speak the gospel and show others the goodness of God and through Jesus we are free we have been cleansed by the blood of JESUS HALLELUJAH!

As GOD allows my journey to continue with the HIM I will always seek the power of the Holy spirit. My advice to you is to seek the Holy Spirit, God guides me through my days and he will do the same for you. AMEN and GOD is making it clear, wake up and be aware of sin. In closing, i would like to leave with Proverbs 4:1-27

Proverbs 4:1–26 “Hear, O sons, the instruction of a father, And give attention that you may gain understanding, For I give you sound teaching; Do not abandon my instruction. When I was a son to my father, Tender and the only son in the sight of my mother, Then he taught me and said to me, “Let your heart hold fast my words; Keep my commandments and live; Acquire wisdom! Acquire understanding! Do not forget nor turn away from the words of my mouth. “Do not forsake her, and she will guard you; Love her, and she will watch over you. “The beginning of wisdom is: Acquire wisdom; And with all your acquiring, get understanding. “Prize her, and she will exalt you; She will honor you if you embrace her. “She will place on your head a garland of grace; She will present you with a crown of beauty.” Hear, my son, and accept my sayings And the years of your life will be many. I have directed you in the way of wisdom; I have led you in upright paths. Proverbs 4:12–27 “When you walk, your steps will not be impeded; And if you run, you will not stumble. Take hold of instruction; do not let go. Guard her, for she is your life. Do not enter the path of the wicked And do not proceed in the way of evil men. Avoid it, do not pass by it; Turn away from it and pass on. For they cannot sleep unless they do evil; And they are robbed of sleep unless they make someone stumble. For they eat the bread of wickedness And drink the wine of violence. But the path of the righteous is like the light of dawn, That shines brighter and brighter until the full day. The way of the wicked is like darkness; They do not know over what they stumble. My son, give attention to my words; Incline your ear to my sayings. Do not let them depart from your sight; Keep them in the midst of your heart. For they are life to those who find them And health to all their body. Watch over your heart with all diligence, For from it flow the springs of life. Proverbs 4:24–27 “Put away from you a deceitful mouth And put devious speech far from you. Let your eyes look directly ahead And let your gaze be fixed straight in front of you. Watch the path of your feet And all your ways will be established. Do not turn to the right nor to the left; Turn your foot from evil.”
