a fact Paul wants to make plain to everyone before he gets tot he big idea

it is only by immeasurable grace that we have been saved

life is a gift

The Mystery

Paul’s personal mission and revelation

a staunch member of the opposition to everything of this nature

makes as plain as possible one of the best things about the gospel

something God has shown before this many times throughout the old testament

something that was refused to be understood

God loves all of his creation and cares for it, not just the Jews

through them was blessing supposed to come to all nations, not just by way of Jesus

Jesus was just the most successful in bringing it

Application

no one is ever denied access to the creator

God seeks a relationship with everyone and offers the gift freely regardless of background

its not our place to choose who is deserving of forgiveness
