말씀이 내 삶에 실제가 되다.

신명기 30:1–4 NIrV

I have told you about all of those blessings and curses. The Lord will bring them on you. Then you will think carefully about them everywhere the Lord your God scatters you among the nations. You and your children will return to the Lord your God. You will obey him with all your heart and with all your soul. That will be in keeping with everything I’m commanding you today. When all of that happens, the Lord your God will bless you with great success again. He will be very kind to you. He’ll bring you back from all of the nations where he scattered you. Suppose you have been forced to go away to the farthest land on earth. The Lord your God will bring you back even from there.

Israel will fail in keeping God’s law.

Deuteronomy Chp 28 verse 1-14 talks about the blessings when Israel obey the law and covenant with God while 15-69 proclaims the curses when they disobey the word of God.

The worst curse of Israel was to be scattered to the other nation and captivated by other nations as a slave and loosing their identity and cuture.

신명기 28:63 NIrV

It pleased the Lord to give you success and to increase your numbers. But it will please him just as much to wipe you out and destroy you. You will be removed from the land you are entering to take as your own.

Accordingly, Moses prophesized the future of Israel and it could mean “you will be failed to follow the law, therefore you would be distroyed accordance with the promise of God. You will not be able to do what God wants you before the word of God. You will be distroying due to that you fall down in keeping his laws. You are the man who cannot desire your God and reject the regulations of your father. Moses knew and prophesized in advance about the failure of Israel. God speaks this in the context. But God will not let Israel fall down.

He will fix their heart and recover them according to His covenant.

신명기 30:3 NIrV

When all of that happens, the Lord your God will bless you with great success again. He will be very kind to you. He’ll bring you back from all of the nations where he scattered you.

God will come first for the men failed in obeying His word.

He was ready anytime when His people were realized their sin and misery. When they fell failed and there is no hope in them, God starts to move for restoring His people.

“Moreover the Lord your God will circumcise your heart and the heart of your descendants, to love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul, so that you may live.

Then Moses prophesized that God will circumcise their heart and the heart of their children.

God comes first for His people who failed and separeted from the relationship with God due to their sin. He returns His heart to restore His people in accordance his covenant that he made Himself with many ancestors of Israel.

What is the meaning that God will circucise their heart?

골로새서 2:11 NASB95

and in Him you were also circumcised with a circumcision made without hands, in the removal of the body of the flesh by the circumcision of Christ;

the circumcision of Christ means.

Since Adam sinned, God put a sword at the east of the garden of Paradise to block going pass the area. Jesus passed the flaming sword to restore the relationship between God and man.

예레미야 31:33 NASB95

“But this is the covenant which I will make with the house of Israel after those days,” declares the Lord, “I will put My law within them and on their heart I will write it; and I will be their God, and they shall be My people.

Christ’s circumcision means God heals the gearts of the people who He has called and transform them into prople who love God.

How can we apply this to us?

If you get the circumcision in your heart, you are supposed to confess the fact that I should be on the cross instead of you, Jesus because I commited in sin. So I have to be separated from God and and burden the sin of universe. These are my sins.

2. Jesus did this work for you.

God died on the cross for me. The event of cross was not only for Israel, but also for me.

When you acknowledge the state of your sin and misery and confess I am sinner, please save me, God transfers, passes on the righteousness and the work that Jesus did on the cross. Then He regards this your work.

As a result, those who were circumcised in your heart should be good to follow the word of God.

In other words, if you met Jesus on the cross and believed in He was crucified due to your sin and misery, His righteousness should be transfered to you.

So we can love all things God wants us. Christian can forgive one who hates me and fight against sinful nature.

This is because God gave us His Holy spirit by fixing our hearts in Christ.

The Holy Spirit helps us realize the knowledge about Jesus and persuades us to accept Jesus Christ which is given us withour priceless.

There is no problem problem with the Gospel. With gospel your all things could be changed.

This means we can be transformed in accordance with God’s desire for us while the gospel will reject all things that sinners wants.

All things considered, as a sinner we were totally failed, however, God fixed our heart and transformed the nature.

So that we follow His way and walk with the Holy Spirit. Now, we are supposed to love Him and love all things He wants us. Praise the Lord of God.

신명기서는 어떻게 예수그리스도를 보여주는가?

복음의 핵심요소는 다음을 포함한다.

1. 이스라엘은 실패할 것이나 하나님은 그들을 고치실 것이다.

신명기 28:63 여호와께서 너희에게 선을 행하시고 너희가 번창해 수가 늘어나는 것을 기뻐하셨듯이 그분은 너를 황폐화시키고 멸망시키는 것을 기뻐하실 것이다. 너는 네가 들어가 차지할 그 땅에서 뿌리째 뽑힐 것이다.

‌유배와 흩어짐은 그들이 받는 가장 큰 저주

‌그 저주의 클라이맥스는 이방인에 의해 포로로 끌려가 모든 것을 잃을 것이다. 언어가 통하지 않고 무자비한 민족에 의해 포학을 당함으로서 저주를 받을 것을 예언 한다.

‌레위기 26장과 신명기 30장은 모세가 하나님의 언약을 따를 때 받을 축복과 떠났을 때 받게 될 저주에 대한 말씀이다. 하지만 이 약속에 말씀에 따라 그들이 언약을 지키는데 실패하게 될 것이고 그로 말미암아 어떤 저주를 받을 것인지 미리 예언하는 말씀이기도 하다.

따라서 30:1은 근본적으로 모세는 하나님의 뜻을 다음과 같이 전하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 너희는 내게 받은 율법과 규례를 따라 살 수 없는 존재야! 원하지도 않을 뿐더러 기쁨으로 나가가지 않을거야. 그러므로 너희는 나의 뜻을 행하는 삶에서 반드시 실패할 것이다. 그것이 너희의 정체성이야. 너희는 그런 본성으로 저주를 향해 달려갈 수 밖에 없는 존재들이다.

‌그러므로 하나님은 모세의 입을 통해서 그리스도의 복음을 선포하시는 것이다. 내 율법과 언약은 너희가 지킬 것을 고대하며 주어진 것이 아니라, 저주 아래에 놓여 쓰라림과 비참함으로 결말을 맞이 할 인생이라는 것을 배우게 하려고 주어진거야. 하나님은 작정한 백성에게 이 그림을 보여주시려고 율법과 언약을 제시하신 것이다. 그래서 복음은 아버지를 떠나 살아가는 내 인생이 얼마나 비참하고 내 죄로 인해 내 결말이 얼마나 참혹한 것인가를 먼저 자각해야지 따라온다. 죄를 따라 살 수 밖에 없는 존재이며 음행과 우상숭배를 쫒다가 하나님의 율법에 의해 저주를 받아 반드시 실패하는 자리에 놓이게 되어 있다.

‌ 하지만 죄인 됨을 자각하고 구원을 바라보는 백성들의 마음을 하나님은 고치실 것이다. 본문은 그 분의 말씀을 따르는데 실패함으로서, 저주와 하나님의 진노에 놓인 죄인들을 어떻게 찾아오시며 회복시키시는가를 예언한다. 모세는 이스라엘이 죄 아래에서 하나님의 언약을 지키므로 얻는 복에 실패할 것을 미리 알고 있었다. 또한 그 소망이 없는 자들에게 놓여진 영원한 비참함을 내버려두지 않으시고 회복시키시는 하나님의 일하심을 조명한다.

신명기 30:3 너희 하나님 여호와께서 너희를 사로잡힘에서 회복시키시고 너희를 긍휼히 여기셔서 그분이 너희를 쫓아내신 모든 민족들로부터 너희를 다시 모으실 것이다.

신명기 30:6 너희 하나님 여호와께서 너희 마음과 너희 자손들의 마음에 할례를 베푸시고 너희가 그분을 너희 온 마음과 온 영혼으로 사랑하게 하셔서 너희를 살게 하실 것이다.

‌‌이스라엘 백성들의 마음에 할례를 베푸셔서 그들의 마음을 고치실 하나님을 예언한다. 여기서 분명한건 죄로 인한 하나님의 진노에 의해 죽어야 할 사람을 불쌍히 여겨 찾아오시는 분은 하나님이시다. 자기 백성을 회복시키려고 작정하셨고 언약하셨기 때문에 마음을 돌려놓으셔야 하는 하나님이다.

‌골로새서 2:11 그리스도 안에서 여러분은 육신의 몸을 벗어 버리는 그리스도의 할례, 곧 손으로 하지 않은 할례를 받았습니다.

‌‌그리스도의 할례란 아담의 범죄 후에 하나님이 에덴 동쪽에 불검을 두셔서 하나님께로 가는 길을 차단하셨다. 그리스도는 하나님과 인간의 관계를 회복하기 위해 이 검을 통과 하셨다.

렘31:33 그러나 그 날 후에 내가 이스라엘 집과 맺을 언약은 이러하니 곧 내가 나의 법을 그들의 속에 두며 그들의 마음에 기록하여 나는 그들의 하나님이 되고 그들은 내 백성이 될 것이라 여호와의 말씀이니라

마음에 할례, 즉, 그리스도의 할례란 하나님이 자기 부르신 백성들의 마음을 갈아엎으셔서 하나님 사랑하는 자로 변화시켜버리시겠다는 의지를 포함한다. 하나님이 기뻐하시는 뜻을 사랑하는 자들로 만드시는 것이다. 하나님의 영화롭게 하는 일을 갈망하는 자들로 빚어 가시는 것이다. 이것은 교회라는 장소 안에서만 이루는 것이 아니라 그 백성의 전 삶에서 이루어지도록 본성을 바꾸신다는 약속이다.

‌갈보리 위에 십자가에서 하나님으로 부터 온 우주의 죄를 짊어지고 분리를 당하고 내처짐을 받으신 것을 보고 그 일을 당해야 하는 것은 저였습니다. 어떤 대가로도 대신 할 수 없는 가치입니다 라고 고백한다면 마음의 할례를 받은 것이다. 제 인생은 버려질까봐 주야로 두려워하며, 쉴 곳이 없는 처량한 인생으로 전략해야 하는 인생이었습니다. 그 죄값으로 하나님의 진노를 받아 끊어져야 할 삶이었는데, 그 삵을 주님이 대신해서 받으셨습니다. 진 인격적으로 고백하는 것을 마음의 할례 곧 그리스도의 할례라고 한다.

‌‌‌2. 예수님이 너희를 위해 일 일을 하셨다.

이 고백을 하게 하시기 위해 주님은 일 일을 하셨다. 그러므로 하나님은 너희를 위해 내가 이 일을 하셨다고 말씀하신다.

‌‌마음의 할례를 받은 자들에게 주님의 말씀을 따르는 것이 최고의 선이 된다.

‌사랑하는 사람이 원하는 것을 하는 것이 부담이 아니라 기쁨인 것처럼 해야 할 것이 하고 싶은 일이 되는 것이다.

‌‌주님이 나를 위해 하신 일이 내 생명을 위해 대신 죽어주신 일이라는 것을 확신한다면, 그 분이 나에게 원하시는 바를 따라가는 삶은 행복일 뿐이다.

이처럼 우리는 복음으로 빚어진 마음에 할례를 받은 자들임을 믿는다.

죄인으로 영원한 생명을 얻는데 실패한 인생이지만, 하나님이 먼저 내 인생에 개입하셔서 마음을 고치고 그리스도의 할례를 베푸셨다. 그러므로 주님은 이전에 할 수 없었던 일들을 하게하심으로 우리를 변화시켜 가시는 중이다.

성령님은 그리스도에 대한 지식을 깨우치게 하시고, 복음 가운데 값없이 주어지는 그리스도를 받아들이도록 우리를 설득하시는 사역을 하신다.

육신의 본성은 무슨 일을 하든지, 분노와 미움과 파벌과 자기자랑을 위해 모든 일들을 하게 한다.

하지만 복음으로 빚어진 본성은 하나됨과 용서와 이해와 다름 사람의 자랑을 위해 모든 일들을 하게 만든다.

야고보서는 행함이 따르지 않는 믿음은 죽은 믿음이라는 주제를 제시하면서 말씀이 실제가 되지 않는 삶은 죽은 믿음이라 경고한다. 시련을 당할 때 기뻐하며, 말씀을 듣고 행하며, 차별하며 대하지 않는 것이 주님이 기뻐하시는 삶이며 우리도 그렇게 되기를 바라신다.

이 시간도 우리에게 값없이 그리스도를 주신 하나님의 은혜와

하나님의 의와 구원과 영원과 하나님의 나라를 만들어 가시는 삼위 하나님을 찬송하기를 원한다.
