Matthew 28:16–20 ESV
Now the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain to which Jesus had directed them. And when they saw him they worshiped him, but some doubted. And Jesus came and said to them, “All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me. Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.”
Introduction:
7 - 10 We envision in 7 years that South Blendon will be known as a people grounded in the truth of God's Word. All ages will be excited to come together around vibrant times of intentional and purposeful study of the Bible, powerful prayer, and worship. As a result, people will be energized by the presence of the Holy Spirit and their relationship with Jesus. We will be joyously eager to do what Jesus is instructing to the degree that it has become unthinkable that we would not be in the neighborhoods around South Blendon blessing families with the same power from Jesus that has transformed our lives. Neighborhood families are stronger because of it and learning about their God-Given potential.

14 - LIVING LANGUAGE: In the next 3 years, we will introduce and solidify a consistent “up-in-out” vocabulary in our pursuit of deeper discipleship and overall vision attainment at South Blendon.

16 - Progression of Discipleship for our Youth.
1. Who should make disciples? Often, many people think that they aren’t ready to make disciples. There are many excuses: “I haven’t been a Christian long enough; I don’t have my act together; people won’t listen to me.” But when Jesus called His first disciples, He also called them to be disciple-makers. From the beginning, we are called to be people who disciple others.
Of All Nations

17 - We Transform the Community.

1. Often, when we see the words “all nations” in this passage, we can be tempted to think one of two things. 1. We are only called to make disciples abroad; 2. We are only called to evangelize to our friends and family. The truth is, we must have a hand in both!
As We Go...
