God's Solution to Man's Problem

Identifying the problem:

If we do not come to a correct understanding of what our problem really is, we can never come away with the correct solution.

Water coming to my house?

Man’s problem is sin, God’s solution is Christ.

What man needed was not the law, he needed grace.

In Christ we have a man who reveals to us our greatest need.

If our problem is sin then we need a solution that deals effectively with that problem.

The penalty must be paid. Sin is like a debt.
