English Standard Version Chapter 10

Whoever heeds instruction is on the path to life,

but he who rejects reproof leads others astray.

Think through this in terms of work. Leading people - recognize that wise instruction helps people walk on the path of life. To reject this reproof not only affects yourself, but others as well.
