Being Glad for Jesus

Psalm 34:1–4 KJV 1900

I will bless the Lord at all times: His praise shall continually be in my mouth. My soul shall make her boast in the Lord: The humble shall hear thereof, and be glad. O magnify the Lord with me, And let us exalt his name together. I sought the Lord, and he heard me, And delivered me from all my fears.

Verse 1 Ephesians 5:20 “Giving thanks always for all things unto God and the Father in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ;”

Verse 2 Psalm 33:20 “Our soul waiteth for the Lord: He is our help and our shield.”

verse 2 Psalm 44:8 “In God we boast all the day long, And praise thy name for ever. Selah.”

verse 2 Psalm 119:74 “They that fear thee will be glad when they see me; Because I have hoped in thy word.”

verse 3 Psalm 40:16 “Let all those that seek thee rejoice and be glad in thee: Let such as love thy salvation say continually, The Lord be magnified.”

Verse 4 Psalm 3:4 “I cried unto the Lord with my voice, And he heard me out of his holy hill. Selah.”

Every we enjoy comes from the Lord

We cannot truly enjoy or praise God without total submission to his will
