One of the suggestions in the Book, Stop Worrying and Start Living is,

Help Others: When you focus on making others happy, it takes the focus off your own worries. Volunteer your time, offer a helping hand, or simply spread kindness.

T: Time

For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven:

“Time is what we want most but what we use worst.” — William Penn

Only 12% of people have a dedicated time management system, a recent Timewatch survey shows. Despite the alarmingly low numbers, many people believe that proper time management reduces stress, increases productivity, and brings more focus and confidence at work.

Still we tend to lose a lot of time on unnecessary things — a minute here, ten minutes there, and we end up with an entire wasted day on meaningless tasks.

E: Encouragement

Romans 14:19 ESV

So then let us pursue what makes for peace and for mutual upbuilding.

So let’s agree to use all our energy in getting along with each other. Help others with encouraging words;

Change comes either through Encouragement or Criticism.

P: Purpose

Romans 8:28 ESV

And we know that for those who love God all things work together for good, for those who are called according to his purpose.

Live a Purposeful Life: Find a cause you're passionate about and dedicate yourself to it. Having a sense of purpose gives your life meaning and direction, leaving less room for worry and more for fulfillment.

U:Understanding

Philippians 4:7 ESV

And the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.

Before you know it, a sense of God’s wholeness, everything coming together for good, will come and settle you down. It’s wonderful what happens when Christ displaces worry at the center of your life.

P: Pray

Romans 8:27 ESV

And he who searches hearts knows what is the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for the saints according to the will of God.

Ephesians 6:18 ESV

praying at all times in the Spirit, with all prayer and supplication. To that end, keep alert with all perseverance, making supplication for all the saints,

Pray at all times in the Spirit with every prayer and request, and stay alert in this with all perseverance and intercession for all the saints.

Prayer is the difference between the best you can do and the best God can do.
