Evil is growing/darkness is expanding

As evil spreads and as our world is turning upside down, we are becoming more and more “self-focused”.

And the enemy wants us to take offense with those we love, our friends, our co-workersl…

Reflect upon your week this past week? Were you “moved with compassion” or were you moved with irritation, anger, what about me? it’s not fair?

Matthew 24:12 “And because lawlessness will abound, the love of many will grow cold.”

…”love of most”

Walking in love means you are walking with Me!

Perfect Love casts out fear!

How do I know fear will not win against me? How do I know I’m walking with Jesus?

Answer:

Do I love myself? Am I showing God’s love to others?

Is my faith increasing because I’m reading the Word (more than a 5 minute devotional)When thoughts of fear come upon me do I:

Keep thinking about them?Embrace the fear I stead of casting it out?Do I get frustrated and angry at those around me when things are difficult?

Do I hold on to unforgiveness because I feel justified

Or…Do I put my thoughts on the One True God, the Almighty GodDo I praise and worship Him in the midst of what is causing fear?Am I thanking God for His Love and Faithfulness?Am I showing God’s love to others regardless of what I’m going through?

Am I quick to forgive and am I quick to repent?
