1. Abel (v. 4)

(a) His offering pleased God (v. 4a)

(b) His faith is still speaking (v. 4b)

2. Enoch (v. 5)

(a) He was taken away by God without experiencing death (v. 5a)

(b) He was found to have pleased God (v. 5b)

3. Noah (v. 7)

(a) The warning about the flood produced godly fear (v. 7a)

(b) By faith he built the ark (v. 7b)

(1) His faith delivered his family (v. 7c)

(2) His faith condemned the world (v. 7d)

(c) His faith resulted in his being an heir (v. 7e)
