Genesis 1:1 NKJV

In the beginning God created the heavens and the earth.

(Gen 1:1, )

created [H1254 בָּרָא‎ bârâʾ]

to make (cause) v., to make or cause to be or to become; in rare cases without pre-existing material.

I AM [H1961 אֶהְיֶה ʾehye‎] I Will Be. proper noun form of [H1961 הָיָה hâyâh]

[H1961 הָיָה hâyâh] Let there exist, be, come into being

to exist, i.e. be or become, come to pass

Jussive mood is a directive mood that signals a speaker's command, permission or agreement that the proposition expressed by his or her utterance be brought about.
