ROMANS 12:2
2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
1- BETTER TOGETHER

PAUL WAS WRITING TO NEW BELIEVERS IN A HOSTIL CULTURE
PAUL WANTED THE BELIEVERS TO SEE HOW THE GOSPEL WAS RELEVENT TO THE CHALLENGES ON A DAY TO DAY BASIS
This transformation process is known as sanctification. The Greek word for sanctify can be understood in terms of “saint” and “holy”—to be separate from and set apart for. In short, sanctification is the process of being set apart as a believer and becoming more like Jesus. Sanctification is a spiritual maturation experience.
1 I appeal to you therefore, brothers, by the mercies of God, to present your bodies as a living sacrifice, holy and acceptable to God, which is your spiritual worship.

27 He has no need, like those high priests, to offer sacrifices daily, first for his own sins and then for those of the people, since he did this once for all when he offered up himself.
30 And you shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength.’
4 We were buried therefore with him by baptism into death, in order that, just as Christ was raised from the dead by the glory of the Father, we too might walk in newness of life.
3- NOT CONFORMED, BUT TRANSFORMED
3- NOT CONFORMED, BUT TRANSFORMED
2 Do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewal of your mind, that by testing you may discern what is the will of God, what is good and acceptable and perfect.
18 And we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit.
