When the tree falls

Ecclesiastes 11:3

3 If the clouds be full of rain, they empty themselves upon the earth: and if the tree fall toward the south, or toward the north, in the place where the tree falleth, there it shall be. 4

It is appointed

When the tree falls, wither it is to the north or the south, that is where it falls.

We are talking about when we die. When this life that we are living comes to an end. We will either go to heaven or hell.

Like the tree, when it has fallen, that is where it lays.

and when we die, that is where we will spend eternity. We will not be able to change that once we die.

That’s it. there no changing the outcome. that’s where the tree lays.

Ec 9:4–5

4 For to him that is joined to all the living there is hope: for a living dog is better than a dead lion. 5 For the living know that they shall die: but the dead know not any thing, neither have they any more a reward; for the memory of them is forgotten.

Once we are gone, that is it.

but we have hope now. it you are still breathing, there is hope. if you woke up this morning, then you have a right to praise God!

Death comes to all.

Life is like a vapor, we are here for a moment, then gone.

Jas 4:14 Whereas ye know not what shall be on the morrow. For what is your life? hIt is even a vapour, that appeareth for a little time, and then vanisheth away.

It is appointed….

I saw the dead

everyone will stand before God, both great and small

We will all be the same on that day.

Judgement. Either we will go to heaven or hell….

Where tree falls, that is where we will go. There is no return. There is no changing directions. We can then change our minds. Where the tree falls!

Father Abraham, send lazzarus to me, with a drip of water.

First born among the dead.

Even Jesus experienced death. Jesus had some down time. 3 days in the grave.

But death could not hold him!

First fruits.

We have hope in this life, because of the victory Jesus had over death.

Jesus made it, to where we can change the direction which we fall.

You were dead

In darkness, we grouped. In darkness we lived.

All sinners

slaves to sin, on our way to a sinners hell!

But Jesus made a way for all of us. I am the Way!!
