28 For the earth bringeth forth fruit of herself; first the blade, then the ear, after that the full corn in the ear.
29 But when the fruit is brought forth, immediately he putteth in the sickle, because the harvest is come.

The word “corn” in the KJV is not sweet corn, because corn as we know it wasn’t even known In Israel.
Lexham Theological Wordbook (σῖτος)
σῖτος (sitos). n. masc. wheat, grain. Normally refers to wheat but can also have a general meaning of grain.
In this parable we found that the wheat grows in a certain way:
The Lexham English Bible Chapter 4
28 By itself the soil produces a crop: first the grass, then the head of grain, then the full grain in the head.
The full grain requires two things to manifest completely and produce a bumper crop:
The former and latter rain in the same season.
23 Be glad then, ye children of Zion, and rejoice in the Lord your God: For he hath given you the former rain moderately, And he will cause to come down for you the rain, The former rain, and the latter rain in the first month.
This has taken place in our day.
Bro. Branham speaks of it as future in “Spoken Word is the Original Seed”
And what they’re trying to do, they’re trying to manufacture a latter rain. Nonsense. Why, the latter rain will sweep the world, brother. Been a former rain, sowing words. That’s right. Now you’ll see what the latter rain produces.
You’ll find out there’ll be an affiliation. The Pentecostals and all the groups will come together, and they’ll shut the doors on them guys that won’t listen to it. You won’t even be allowed to open your mouth. Right.
That’s when He’ll come. That’s when He’ll show. That’s when you’ll see a rain. Oh, my! Lay still. Be quiet. Uh-huh. Let it go. Oh! 62-0318 - "The Spoken Word Is The Original Seed"
Bro. Branham says something similar about the manifestation of the third pull:
Right at this time now it’s just happened, so it could identify its presence among you, see, but it will not be used in a great way until this Council begins to tighten up. And when it does, when that does…
The Pentecostals, and so forth, can almost impersonate anything can be done. But when that time comes, when the squeeze comes down, then you’ll see, what you’ve seen temporarily, be manifested in the fullness of its power. 63-1229E - "Look Away To Jesus"
This is the last time Bro. Branham ever uses the term “squeeze”
He also quits talking about the doors of the churches being closed. Why?
He does not yet understand that the Trumpets are to the Jews.
When he preaches the Feast of the Trumpets he explains it.
Under those trumpets (Rev 9:14) there were 200 million demons loosed which had been bound in the river Euphrates.
These were loosed on the Jews and on the Bride.
The loosing on the Bride was in the “ecclesiastical realm” brought on by the Ecumenical movement.
Now the ecclesiastical realm has been opened, from the natural revival of the old pagan Rome, went forth on those Jews, which has always been their enemy. The lion, with teeth and everything, it stomped down and broke out the people.
Rome, always been God’s enemy! And it was turned loose in the same spirit, by the dictators of the world, because the religious system was still holding. Now it’s been loosed.
What has it done? In the “cunningness,” as He said, he come in like flatteries. And what has he done? He is bringing the Protestant Ecumenical Council of the World Churches, the spirit of antichrist upon both of them, bringing them to the slaughter, just like they did the other, in the hour to call the Bride.
How? Loosed in the ecclesiastical church spirit. Loosed upon what? Not upon the denominations; upon the Bride! But here you’ll get it, the Bride will not go through that time. The Bible says not. The church will, but not the Bride. Can’t you see? Ministers, can’t you see that, brethren?
You say, “The Church has to go through the persecution, for the perfection of It.” The Blood of Jesus Christ perfects the Bride. 64-0719M - "The Feast Of The Trumpets"
Notice, there she is. Now, she’s loosed, to call all these little loose ends, “Oh, well, don’t make any difference, anyhow.”
That’s what Satan said to Eve, “Don’t make any difference. It’s all right. Surely, God is a good God. He loves us all.” He doesn’t.
You hear so much about It being a good God. He is a good God, but, being good, He has to be just. There is no goodness without justice. There is no justice without no law, without punishment, penalty. So we’re in that hour, that we’re living.

I believe you’re seeing the last thing that will happen to the Church before the Rapture. That’s exactly. I believe it. The rain is over. 64-0823M - "Questions And Answers #1"
The full summer sun.
29 And he spake to them a parable; Behold the fig tree, and all the trees;
30 When they now shoot forth, ye see and know of your own selves that summer is now nigh at hand.
The latter rain is about to fall, and the sun is about to be revealed in it’s fulness, when the fig tree begins to bud.
The fig tree is the Jewish nation.
Israel became a nation May 14, 1948
This is important.
Bro. Branham ties the date of his commission with the date Israel became a nation. He uses different dates for it, either 1946 or 1947. Critics have used this to say he was a liar, but what happened in 1947 was the partition of Israel when the UN recognized them as a nation, prior to their Declaration of Independence:
Israel became a nation in 1947, on same night the Angel of the Lord visit me. When He came to me at twelve o’clock, it was noon when they signed that peace pact with the world, the League of Nations, and so forth, overseas. 59-1004M - "Who Is This?"
I think this is what he was referring to.
On November 29, 1947, the United Nations voted for the partition of the British Mandate of Palestine, calling for the formation of a Jewish state and an Arab state. The result? Jews accepted the deal, but Arabs rejected it. ajc.org
The thing is, he said “summer is nigh”.
Here was the former and latter rain together, here is the fig tree blooming. The Son must be out now, in its fulness.
You said, “When the fig tree puts forth her buds, know summer is nigh.” We see she is budding. And we see all the other trees a budding. We know it’s near.
We see Ishmael and Isaac, yonder at the gate, of each other’s throat, just as You said. Every prophecy right now striking. God, be merciful and save the lost. 57-0407E - "Then Jesus Came"
Now watch, He said, “The fig tree, and all the other trees.” Now, in other words, “There’d be a universal revival at the time.” 57-1002 - "Questions And Answers On Hebrews Part II"
The universal revival ended in 1956.
31 So likewise ye, when ye see these things come to pass, know ye that the kingdom of God is nigh at hand.
32 Verily I say unto you, This generation shall not pass away, till all be fulfilled.
Remember Early Summer was the time of harvest.
We notice before springtime comes. Watch some of His laws. “When you see the trees putting forth buds,” He said, “you know that summer is nigh.”
Springtime is a sign of the introduction of summer coming on. That’s a law. It always happens that way. 63-1129 - "The Super Sign"
Remember, we cannot live by yesterday’s light. Yesterday’s light is gone. It isn’t no more. It, yesterday’s light, is only a memory. Yesterday’s sunlight is only a memory, or, it’s history.
We cannot live in yesterday’s light, no more. And the same, though it’s the same sun, the same sun, but each day it brings forth its strength a little stronger, to ripen the grain for the harvest.
The sun comes today, gets a little stronger. Each day now it’ll get a little stronger, a little stronger, and till finally the wheat, that’s laying there, it’ll go taking life. After a while, the life will come up, then a little stronger, a little stronger. March, April, May, June, July, she is in the harvest then, you see.
The same sun shining today, in January or December, that’s up there bathing that snow and melting it down on that grain, bringing it water; it’s the same sun, but that wheat could not live in that same sunlight in June. See, it can’t do it.
See, the sun comes a little stronger each day, and the grain should be a little more matured to receive the sunlight. 63-1229M - "There Is A Man Here That Can Turn On The Light"
The first great sign in Bro. Branham’s ministry was on the river in 1933:
And I had a baptismal service down on the river, on 1933, on the middle of June, about sixteenth or eighteenth of June. And standing out there, it had been so hot, for weeks. Hadn’t had no rain for two or three weeks, and the country was burning up, nearly.
And that Voice came down and said, “As John the Baptist was sent forth, to forerun the first coming of Christ, so will your Message forerun the second Coming of Christ.” 64-0427 - "A Trial"

Almost every false doctrine around the Message comes from someone not recognizing what season we are in.
This is manifesting time. Summer time. Time to lay in the presence of the full Word.
People are still looking for a fig tree to bloom, a revival to take place, a latter rain, the return of a prophet, someone to bring more revelation, when it’s so close you could touch it. That was spring, this is summer.
What time is it, brother? What time is it, minister? Do you see the time of the day, and the sign you’re living under? Can you understand it? Do you see it?
Everywhere now, there’s no revival. Everybody is complaining, ministers crying.

Why do they do that? They want a great awakening. They’re crying, believing that there will be awakening. They’re good people. Why is it? What have they done? They have not recognized the awakening of the Bride.
By being a Christian, they feel the pull of the hour, but they haven’t recognized what’s been done. That’s what’s making them feel that way.
They know something is supposed to happen, but, see, they’re looking for it way off in the future, to come, when it’s already happened right by you. 64-0726M - "Recognizing Your Day And Its Message"
Bro. Branham’s ministry typed Moses and Joshua. Going out and coming in.
The first two pulls coming out, the third pull going in.
A forerunner and the Word itself.
The ending of a denominational age, and the beginning of the Bride Age.
At the beginning of the harvest season, a sheaf had to be waved.
10 Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, When ye be come into the land which I give unto you, and shall reap the harvest thereof, then ye shall bring a sheaf of the firstfruits of your harvest unto the priest:
11 And he shall wave the sheaf before the Lord, to be accepted for you: on the morrow after the sabbath the priest shall wave it.
Christ was the wave sheaf:
It’s not s-u-n anymore. It’s the S-o-n d-a-y, the Son day, that that corn of Wheat (God’s first One up from the dead) is to be waved over the congregation, that we are His Seed; and that’s the first of the Seed of those that slept, waved upon the first day of the week.
Notice, It was the first corn of God’s Wheat that had been raised from the dead, God’s first corn of Wheat. By God’s quickening Power, God had quickened His life, raised Him up from the dead, and He was the Firstfruits of those that slept, the Firstfruit. He was that Sheaf.
That’s why they had to wave that sheaf, for it was the first one that come to maturity. And it was waved as a memorial of thanksgiving to God, believing that the rest of them would come. It was a sign.

And to be waved again, we realize, in the last day, according to Luke 17:30, in the Son day again, “in the day that the S-o-n of man will be revealed,” or waved again over the people.
Now, Who is the Son of man? “In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us.”
And if all the teaching that we have, and confirmation of the Word of God; by Word of God, by signs, by wonders, we see today, that in the Book of Luke here, that as we just quoted from, or the Luke the 17th chapter and the 30th verse;
and Malachi 4, and the different Scriptures that we are acquainted with, that that Word again is waved over the people, that the dead traditions of man is dead, and the Son of God is alive again with the baptism of the Holy Spirit right among us, and is giving us Life.
As Christ was the first One to raise, from all the prophets, and so forth; although typed in many places, He was the Firstfruits of those that slept. In the Bride, coming of Christ, coming out of the church, there’ll have to be a Sheaf waved again in the last days. Oh, my!
Waving of the sheaf! What was the sheaf? The first one that come to mature, the first one that proved it was a wheat, that proved it was a sheaf.
Hallelujah! I’m sure you see what I’m talking about. It was waved over the people. And the first time there will come forth, for the Bride age, for a resurrection out of dark denominationalism, will be a Message,
that the full maturity of the Word has turned back again in Its full Power, and being waved over the people, by the same signs and wonders that He did back there.
“Because I live, ye live also,” speaking to His Wife. “Because I live, ye live also.” What a resurrection that that was! And what a resurrection this is, to be quickened from the dead, “to be made alive in Christ Jesus,” by God’s quickening Power!
He was waved to them. The Word, which He was, was waved back to them on the Day of Pentecost, the Word made manifest. Now, and as I say, It’s to be waved again in the last day. 65-0418M - "It Is The Rising Of The Sun"
What age are we living in now? Remember he was waved twice.
On the feast of Pentecost:
17 Ye shall bring out of your habitations two wave loaves of two tenth deals: they shall be of fine flour; they shall be baken with leaven; they are the firstfruits unto the Lord.
He was waved in this Message as a sheaf, now He is being waved in His Bride as loaves.
But the wheat has to lay in the Presence of the Son, to ripen. And that’s what we’re here for, friend, stay in the Presence of the Son till our little group of people here, till it becomes so ripe to Christ, it become bread on His table. 65-0217 - "A Man Running From The Presence Of The Lord"
This is the time of the full Word. The full Son.
30 Nevertheless what saith the scripture? Cast out the bondwoman and her son: for the son of the bondwoman shall not be heir with the son of the freewoman.
Mary was not the seed, she was the carrier.
(Pentecost was a shuck, which must pull away)
But the real, genuine Bride Church will bring forth the entire Word of God, in Its fullness and in Its strength, for He’s the same yesterday, today, and forever.
(He was the full seed. She manifested the Word for her day, but He manifested the full Word)
Now notice. But at the opening of the Seven Seals, Revelation 10, the full Word is to be born into manifestation again, and vindicated by the Spirit of God, in the full strength as It was when He was here on earth; manifested in the same way, doing the same things that It did when It was here on earth. 65-0218 - "The Seed Is Not Heir With The Shuck"

Summer is here, in fact it is over for the church. The tares are being bound.
What time is it? Not the early summer beginning of harvest, but the late harvest.
Ruth’s courtship began at barley season.
22 So Naomi returned, and Ruth the Moabitess, her daughter in law, with her, which returned out of the country of Moab: and they came to Beth-lehem in the beginning of barley harvest.
23 So she kept fast by the maidens of Boaz to glean unto the end of barley harvest and of wheat harvest; and dwelt with her mother in law.
There’s three stages of Ruth. Ruth, deciding; she was deciding whether she would make the decision or not, to go back into the homeland (just like the Church).
Ruth, serving; when she went out to glean. Ruth, resting; that’s what Ruth is doing now (the Church). Now Ruth, rewarded; now that’s where, or, the next thing happens (is the reward of the Church). 61-0611 - "Revelation, Chapter Five Part I"
Deciding, was justification; serving, making herself ready, sanctification; resting, was with the Holy Spirit, until the Wedding Supper came. How beautiful!
The Church come through John Wesley, justification, or…Martin Luther, justification; through John Wesley, sanctification; through the Pentecostal, baptism of the Holy Spirit; and now, resting, waiting for the Coming of Her Lord. Perfectly! 61-0730M - "Gabriel's Instructions To Daniel"
The Lutheran Age was the springtime. The Wesleyan Age was the summer of growth. The Laodicean Age is the harvest time of gathering the tares for binding and burning; and garnering the wheat for the Lord. An Exposition Of The Seven Church Ages (10 - A Resume Of The Ages)
It’s time for the harvest to be finished.
37 Then saith he unto his disciples, The harvest truly is plenteous, but the labourers are few;
38 Pray ye therefore the Lord of the harvest, that he will send forth labourers into his harvest.
This age is the last of the seven church ages. What began in the first or Ephesian Age must and will come to full fruition and harvest in the last or Laodicean Age. The two vines will yield their final fruit. The two spirits will terminate their manifestation in each of their final destinations.
The sowing, the watering, the growing is all over. Summer is ended. The sickle is now thrust into the harvest. An Exposition Of The Seven Church Ages (9 - The Laodicean Church Age)
The ages are actually blending together.

Once the Philadelphian Age has about run its course, the Laodicean Age quickly comes in, bringing both the tares and the wheat to harvest, “First bind the tares, to burn them: but gather the wheat into my barn.” Matthew 13:30.
Remember, please, that the Sardisean Age started the reformation that must still go on until the grain that was planted at Pentecost goes through the full cycle of planting, watering, nourishing, etcetera, until it comes right back to original seed.
While this is going on, the tares that were sown will have to go through their cycle and be harvested also. That is exactly what we see happening. If you can just think of the seasons, you can get a very good picture of this.
The plant that you see growing in full strength in summer suddenly appears to be going to seed. You can’t tell exactly when summer became autumn — it just faded into it. That is how the ages are, and especially these last two. An Exposition Of The Seven Church Ages (8 - The Philadelphian Church Age)
The Gentile Ages are running out.
35 Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.
It is during this time that the church goes down into tribulation.
20 The harvest is past, the summer is ended, and we are not saved.

This does not mean that the Bride is in some cold formal condition, just waiting to be rescued, but that she has been restored back to the original grain.
All the life is in her. All that He is She is. She bows herself in worship to the King Lamb.
The Full Word is here. He is here.
But this is my ministry, see, to declare Him, that He is here. 62-0713 - "From That Time"

You’ll never be any closer, till you see Him face to face. Because, here, all of His characteristics is identified right here now, healing the sick, and knowing the secret of the heart. He is the Word of this hour. 64-0415 - "Christ Is Identified The Same In All Generations"
He is here in you. The pillar of fire has become a person.
When a man breaks through that veil, into the Shekinah Glory now, the world calls him a fanatic. They can’t see what’s wrong. But behind there, there is no beauty of him. He might not pronounce his words right. He might not dress just right.
He might not dress in clergy clothes. She might not dress the way they think she ought to. It may be, but, you see, inside, behind that badger skin, behind that human skin, in there is the Shekinah Glory, in there is the power, in there is the Word, in there is the shewbread.
And the Shekinah Glory, which is the Light, that makes Light that ripens grain. You Kansas people know that, by your wheat crops. Without that sun, it won’t light.
And until you come in behind that badger skin, until you get out of your old skin, your old thoughts, your old creeds, and come into the Presence of God; then the Word becomes a living reality to you, then you’re awakened to the Shekinah Glory, then the Bible becomes a new Book, then Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever.
You’re living in His Presence, eating the shewbread that’s only provided that day for believers, priests only. “And we are priests, royal priesthood, a holy nation, peculiar people, giving spiritual sacrifices to God.”
But you must come in, to behind the veil, to see the unveiled God. And God is unveiled, that’s His Word made manifest. 64-0617 - "The Identified Christ Of All Ages"
We are resting in the presence of the Son.
Now, church, we’re teaching now. But, remember, when you leave here, start moving out of the shuck now; you’re going into the grain, but lay in the Presence of the Son. Don’t add, what I’ve said; don’t take away, what I’ve said. Because, I speak the Truth as far as I know It, as the Father has given to me. See? Don’t add to It, just say what I said.
The thing of it is, just tell the people to come seek the Lord Jesus. And then you yourselves lay right in His Presence, just make love to Him, “O Lord Jesus, Son of God, I love You.
Tender my heart, Lord. Take away all the filth and the love of the world, and let me live holy in this present world before You.” 65-1128M - "God's Only Provided Place Of Worship"

It’s the end of the Harvest. Our Boaz is making His redemption claims. Are you ready? Do you take the Message seriously? Come rest in His presence.
