The FIRE IS THE QUALIFIRE

God is not interested In your man made fire he wants you to carry his fire

1: BROUGHT UNITY AND EMPOWERED

Acts 2:1-4 NKJV

2 When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. 2 And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. 3 Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. 4 And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

Matthew 3:11 NKJV

11 I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance, but He who is coming after me is mightier than I, whose sandals I am not worthy to carry. He will baptize you with the Holy Spirit and fire.

Psalm 104:4 NKJV

4 Who makes His angels spirits, His ministers a flame of fire.

Meaning of Baptism:

In ancient times it meant immersion. When a dyer put cloth into die, it was immersed or baptized, meaning that the fabric took on the nature of the dye.

this is the purpose of the baptism of HOLY SPIRIT

it’s not a one time thing

WE NEED TO BE CONTINUALLY FILLED WITH THE HOLY SPIRIT

DRINKING FROM A NEW SOURCE

Ephesians 5:18 NKJV

18 And do not be drunk with wine, in which is dissipation; but be filled with the Spirit,

2: NOW PETER HAD POWER, BOLNESS, to penetrate the Hearts of the people.

Acts 2:36-39 NKJV

36 “Therefore let all the house of Israel know assuredly that God has made this Jesus, whom you crucified, both Lord and Christ.”

37 Now when they heard this, they were cut to the heart, and said to Peter and the rest of the apostles, “Men and brethren, what shall we do?”

38 Then Peter said to them, “Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. 39 For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call.”

You will have BOLDNESS to confront a Godless culture and call them to repentance!!!

3: QUALIFIED FOR MIRACLES

Acts 3:1-8 NKJV

3 Now Peter and John went up together to the temple at the hour of prayer, the ninth hour.2 And a certain man lame from his mother’s womb was carried, whom they laid daily at the gate of the temple which is called Beautiful, to ask alms from those who entered the temple; 3 who, seeing Peter and John about to go into the temple, asked for alms. 4 And fixing his eyes on him, with John, Peter said, “Look at us.” 5 So he gave them his attention, expecting to receive something from them. 6 Then Peter said, “Silver and gold I do not have, but what I do have I give you: In the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, rise up and walk.” 7 And he took him by the right hand and lifted him up, and immediately his feet and ankle bones received strength. 8 So he, leaping up, stood and walked and entered the temple with them—walking, leaping, and praising God.

Why do you look at us as it was our own Godliness made this man whole it was the name of Jesus and faith in that name

7 Nevertheless I tell you the truth. It is to your advantage that I go away; for if I do not go away, the Helper will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you.

4: STRANGE FIRE

Leviticus 10:1-3

The Profane Fire of Nadab and Abihu

10 Then Nadab and Abihu, the sons of Aaron, each took his censer and put fire in it, put incense on it, and offered profane fire before the Lord, which He had not commanded them. 2 So fire went out from the Lord and devoured them, and they died before the Lord. 3 And Moses said to Aaron, “This is what the Lord spoke, saying:

‘By those who come near Me

I must be regarded as holy;

And before all the people

I must be glorified.’ ”

So Aaron held his peace.

Chapter 9 ended on the high note of God’s fire coming down from the presence of the Lord, a confirmation that God’s acceptance and approval had been granted in response to their worship. What a contrast to the beginning of chapter 10! Again, fire comes down from the presence of God, but this time in fatal judgment upon two disobedient priests.

Nahab and Abihu decided to use common fire 🔥 in the HOUSE of GOD for their worship in their priestly duties

instead of using the super natural FIRE of GOD that started the fire on the alter

They used common fire 🔥 one they had made up for themselves

I HAVE no problem with fancy buildings, cute little preachers, smoke machines, lights and all the bells and whistles

BUT IF IT IS USED TO REPLACE THE ABSENCE OF THE FIRE OF GOD YOU CAN HAVE EVERY BIT OF IT

ALL THEY ARE DOING IS ENTERTAINING DEVILS!!!!

Jesus didn’t say Medicate, council, conform, corral DEMONS HE SAID cast them out

JESUS SAYS STRANGE FIRE 🔥

LET JESUS DRAW THE CROWD!!!

PRAISE BE TO JESUS FOR THE GREAT MERCY HE HAS ON THOSE THAT STAND IN PULPITS WEEK AFTER WEEK FROM THE WORSHIP TEAMS TO THE SPEAKERS AND PREACHERS IN PULPITS

I WANT THE AUTHENTIC FIRE OF GOD THAT COMES FROM GLORY I WANT THE REAL SMOKE FROM HEAVEN THAT COMES OUT OF THE SECRET PLACE OF PRAYER

5: THE FIRE OF GOD EXPOSES,  PROVIDES FAVOR & PROTECTION

Acts 28:1-5 NKJV

28 Now when they had escaped, they then found out that the island was called Malta. 2 And the natives[a] showed us unusual kindness; for they kindled a fire and made us all welcome, because of the rain that was falling and because of the cold. 3 But when Paul had gathered a bundle of sticks and laid them on the fire, a viper came out because of the heat, and fastened on his hand. 4 So when the natives saw the creature hanging from his hand, they said to one another, “No doubt this man is a murderer, whom, though he has escaped the sea, yet justice does not allow to live.” 5 But he shook off the creature into the fire and suffered no harm.

THESE SIGNS WILL FOLLOW THOSE WHO BELIEVE!!!

6:THE FIERY TRIAL that produces GOLD

Daniel 3:17-18 NKJV

17 If that is the case, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and He will deliver us from your hand, O king. 18 But if not, let it be known to you, O king, that we do not serve your gods, nor will we worship the gold image which you have set up.”

GODS FIERY PRESENCE in your life  WILL PUT A HOLY FIRE BOLDNESS IN YOU THAT WILL KEEP YOU FROM BOWING TO THE gods of the CULTURE

Your not gonna bow to the RAINBOW community, not allow the school systems to indoctrinate our children with transgenderism

Fire will cause to to stand against abortion, and hate groups

Zechariah 13:9

“And I will bring the third part through the fire,

Refine them as silver is refined,

And test them as gold is tested.

They will call on My name,

And I will answer them;

I will say, ‘They are My people,’

And they will say, ‘The Lord is my God.’”

GOD WILL NEVER PUT HIS GLORY IN A VESSEL THAT HAS NOT EVER BEEN TESTED

WHEN YOUR IN THE FIRE LET THE FIRE GET IN YOU!!!

II. How Received.

How did the apostles receive it?

1. They recognized their need.

2. They believed it was for them.

3. They really desired it.

4. They continued steadfastly in prayer.

5. They were wholly surrendered to God’s will.

6. They expected it.

One gets the baptism with fire in pretty much the same way as one gets water baptism. You wish to be baptized with water you go to one qualified to baptize with water, tell him what you want and put yourself in his hands for him to baptize you, you being willing to take upon yourself all the consequences of that baptism. Do just the same in this. There is but One qualified to baptize with fire. Jesus Christ, the risen Christ, is the sole and only baptizer with the Holy Ghost.
