Intro:
This morning we are going to look at Romans 9-11 from a 40,000 foot view. As we look at the chapters I am going to highlight certain aspects and expand on them.
(expand on Israel itself and how God chose to use them). Include current events and Gaza.
talk about how God has a purpose and a plan for Israel, and it didn’t change with the establishment of the body of Christ.
Israel’s rejection of Christ was God’s catalyst to send the Gospel to the nations. Israel rejecting Christ does not mean that He has rejected them.
They simply fulfilled scripture by stumbling on the stumbling stone.
Share that our desire should be to see Israel saved. The church of Jesus Christ is not a replacement for Israel and its people. We need to pray for them to be saved.
How will they believe if someone does not declare it to them.
We should simply be filled with gratitude that we were given the opportunity to
